@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk your broadband is just the worst and for £60+ per month I think we’re going to move to another provider. So many #StrictlyComeDancing2019 spoiled I’m so annoyed right now

@bt_uk Constantly slow…. Or lagging. The other day I had a download speed of 4mbps. I have Wi-Fi discs around the house. This point I’ve disconnected everything apart from my PlayStation from the internet and still not great.

@bt_uk 'Here to help' Mis-sold mobile contract 12th Jan, told a Manager would contact me 14th/17th to rectify. No contact! Told a Manager would call 18th. No contact! One advisor I spoke to called me back advising me to go to website help section! Still waiting for Manager call!!

@tweedtotyne @bt_uk I had this problem when I started working from home, some years before covid. There was a significant difference between speed measured by BT and by my employers IT specialists via my laptop. An ethernet cable solved it, and then later BT upgraded my hub.
