@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@jeffreyjohnbell @bt_uk Whenever you get a work culture that's dominated by males you get the "laddish" macho bullshit. At 18 I worked in an office in the Met largely staffed by over 50's ladies. Those old gels were so lovely to work with and some of my best managers have been female. The worst blokes.

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@MarcAllera @bt_uk Shame you charge an existing bt and ee customer working for the nhs 400 to terminate a contract due to house move. The house I’m moving to has bt Cannot wait to change provider ASAP

Every radio show I've made wfh in lockdown has been a miracle. We have lost count of the many visits from @bt_uk engineers and bits that have been replaced inside and outside of our house and at the exchange 🤯 and still the problems remain. Next appt on Monday. Wish me luck 🤞

@bt_uk Ok but how do they get the number that I get from you? I understand the tech they use but I get the number from you and choose the option to be ex-directory i don't use it online ever so there must be a way it gets to these people. Same issue with my elderly mum

@btcare your internet service is unacceptable. It is constantly dropping ever since changing to you a couple weeks ago. This never happened in the previous 15 years when I had another provider and it means my children can’t do their lessons online. #ofcom #btdontcare
