@bt_uk @BTGroup You could easily turn it on for all of us. Stop being horrid and just do it.

  • Paulfo Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

  • mervhoneywood Merv Honeywood (@mervhoneywood) reported from Bungay, England

@Catters61 @btsport If he could just hang on til next week would be handy for us Norwich fans

  • mamajasper Beccarooo (@mamajasper) reported from Framlingham, England

@bt_uk another day another massive let down from our terrible broadband! #Rugby 5 mins to go!!🙈

  • hickman751 Chris Hickman (@hickman751) reported

@bt_uk Renewed my broadband contact with @bt_uk for 24 months back in April, nothing but trouble since, after loads of phone calls , my package I agreed too is still wrong, promised call backs that didn’t happen, plus given an email address of one their phone operators, but still wrong

  • Mr_Rooz Rooz (@Mr_Rooz) reported

@bt_uk Thanks so basically we would pay for landline even if we choose not to have it? (as the broadband cost with or without landline is the same) So what do I do if I am a customer whom doesn't want landline but also doesn't want to pay for it?

  • elisascalcon Elisa Scalcon (@elisascalcon) reported

@bt_uk The fact you cannot provide stable internet when people are working from home during a global pandemic is disgraceful. Especially for £41 x month. Oh, and 0 compensation offered too for the 7 months of sub-par service. Great job.

  • prolaycarpets Pro Lay Carpets (@prolaycarpets) reported

@btbusinesscare so yet again im left chasing BT to sort issues out, im using the live chat now and 2 users have disconnected, now currently speaking to the 3rd the reason? because BT have charged me £125 for an engineer visit that wasn't needed and found no fault due to being a bt system fault

  • prendergast Pádraig Prendergast (@prendergast) reported

@bt_uk I've never had such a bad experience with a company than I have with you. A new broadband customer three weeks in and been told another month to wait. Passed from post to pillar with not one of your staff knowing what's going on. The level of incompetency truly baffles me.

  • Mr_Rooz Rooz (@Mr_Rooz) reported

@bt_uk hey guys how do I go with switching to your full fiber without the landline rental? Your customer service told me that it not possible but why do I have to pay for landline rental when I get full fibre which is independent of phone line?

  • elliew1985 Ellie Lewis (@elliew1985) reported

@bt_uk twice in as many weeks my whole internet service has been knocked out by your engineers working outside my house. #workfromhomefail

  • bcv06 B🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@bcv06) reported

2 weeks without broadband, new issues every month @BT_UK you man are a joke
