@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@BTCare hi I’m struggling financially and have tried to reduce my bills where I can. One I can’t do anything about is my BT bill as I’m locked into a contract. Why are you not having the decency to support long term customers like me

@DemaMarcE @denkmit @LaLegatron I think btsport like Netflix have an issue with multiple viewers using one account to access plus access from abroad with a vpn which they are continually chasing.

Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again
