  • Paulfo Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk @BTGroup You could easily turn it on for all of us. Stop being horrid and just do it.

@cipnt @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare They were a good deal originally through our EE phone contract and they have native IPv6 support, but the price kept going up and the customer service is non-existent. When we moved, they wanted £180 to reactivate the existing line as well as a new 18 month contract… sod that!

@bt_uk And the link you sent doesn’t allow you to describe the issue. It simply reports “a fault” which isn’t helpful. Please please can you sort this? I pay lots of money to you each month!

  • plaindweller Kato (@plaindweller) reported

@bt_uk Many residents do not fully understand the implications of losing the analogue service especially in terms of inability to make calls/emergency calls during power cuts. Those living in rural areas with minimal/no mobile signal are generally overlooked in these situations
