@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk How about focus on delivering the speeds you promised, my BT WiFi is so bad that when I checked the speed the download speed went down to 7 Mbps and the upload was measured in kbps, we left sky for bad speeds, this keeps happening we're going else where

I’ve never seen a company like @bt_uk before absolutely shocking. Dreadful customer service and full of bullshit. Over a month for WiFi to be installed joke!
