@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk having enormous trouble with a fault which you sent an engineer round today to fix which did nothing. Diagnostic bot also not helping as hasn't replied since it said it would try and fix fault. Can some tell me what is happening?
