  • Paulfo Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

  • templerd Robert Temple (@templerd) reported from Southwold, England

@bt_uk land line fault test repeatedly stops at 99% ... obvs land line not working ... suggestions please.

  • scoop2far Matt (@scoop2far) reported from Norwich, England

@bt_uk how is it that when you own the backbone of broadband in the uk you still manage to provide service levels so far below any of your rivals? 2 weeks of failing service and no response from BT... rubbish

  • DWyattHupton David Wyatt-Hupton (@DWyattHupton) reported from Norwich, England

@btsport How do you find college football replays on the App? Looking to watch last night's game today, but can't see a way to search for it and they don't come up under the American Football section. Can you help?

  • Paulfo Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England

@bt_uk @BTGroup You could easily turn it on for all of us. Stop being horrid and just do it.

  • Alec_2511 Alec Wilson (@Alec_2511) reported from Beccles, England

Martin Keown again for a Manchester United game. Why @btsport? He's an awful pundit and he hates United. Sort it out! @btsportfootball @mrjakehumphrey

  • DJJoshuaRoberts Joshua Roberts (@DJJoshuaRoberts) reported from Norwich, England

@bt_uk Why is BT WiFi/FON not working in Norwich?

  • SharkScubaDave David Holmes (@SharkScubaDave) reported from Norwich, England

@jordysniper @btsportwwe @btsport I have asked the same question on more than one occasion! The biggest issue for me is the lack of response! Might as well cancel if the service isn’t going to be up to scratch! Very poor from @btsportwwe @btsport #badcustomerservice

  • MortyMark Mark Newstead (@MortyMark) reported from Norwich, England

@ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

  • doughtagnan Steve Gray (@doughtagnan) reported from Westhall, England

@jeffreyjohnbell @bt_uk Whenever you get a work culture that's dominated by males you get the "laddish" macho bullshit. At 18 I worked in an office in the Met largely staffed by over 50's ladies. Those old gels were so lovely to work with and some of my best managers have been female. The worst blokes.

  • RachelCShreeve MummaShreeve (@RachelCShreeve) reported from Long Stratton, England

Still no @bt_uk broadband or home phone for my neighbours and I since Friday as @OpenreachHelp despite having visited the damaged line have made no attempt to fix. Not great when single parent in remote blackspot area. 4 x being told fixed in 48 hours #stillnotfixed #notattempted

  • vineet_shah_007 Vineet Shah (@vineet_shah_007) reported from Norwich, England

Service received from BT advisors pathetic. Fault reported on my line on 1-09-2019 before 7pm did not send me a mini hub as their keep connected promise and could not be bothered to fix it till today as called them for the 7th time on 13-09-2019. @BTCare @bt_uk

  • vineet_shah_007 Vineet Shah (@vineet_shah_007) reported from Norwich, England

@bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

  • csauverin Caroline Sauverin (@csauverin) reported from Brooke, England

@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

  • Hutsandar Ian Hutson (@Hutsandar) reported from Occold, England

@BTCare are there issues with the BT hubs being reported, mine is dropping out constantly...

  • vineet_shah_007 Vineet Shah (@vineet_shah_007) reported from Norwich, England

@bt_uk Need much more than a compensation as for the time I have spent calling and following up what has happened to my complaint, and all for a fault that was out my premises.

  • CJCliffe_FCIPS Chris Cliffe FCIPS (@CJCliffe_FCIPS) reported from Norwich, England

@bt_uk lost broadband in Norwich NR6. Fault found... ...but an update by Thursday 17th??? Seriously, the last thing I need in 2020 is broadband to fail. Please, get a move on.

@CockertonMark @bt_uk Utter shite, I moved the minute I realised I could and have never looked back.

  • spyblog Spy Blog 🇬🇧 (@spyblog) reported

@LazyCraigy @bt_uk @webs Tried a few tricks like writing down the web URL "I can't type with just one hand" , asking about the BT supplied anti-virus software & hinting I was using a Macintosh (you could hear their contempt for my apparent lack of technical skill). The #scammers rang off after 15 minutes

  • FionaFloyd fiona floyd 💙 🇺🇦 (@FionaFloyd) reported

@CockertonMark @bt_uk Their customer service team are always lovely and helpful but their charges are ridiculous! I too am trapped in a contract until early next year and really can't afford to pay to get out. I will be moving my contract as soon as I can though - shame because the wi-fi is good.

  • MichaelDJJohnso Michael Johnson (@MichaelDJJohnso) reported

BT is down again! BT went down at June 13, 2022 at 04:15PM in Camberwell. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. bt_uk

  • caronm_ caron m (@caronm_) reported

@BT_UK Pls can you confirm if you’ve been contacting people in BT40 area about poor broadband service and asking them to perform checks? Family members concerned about possible scam. Thank you

  • TowieAdman Adam Green (@TowieAdman) reported

Yet again @bt_uk with horrific customer service. Supposedly no method of the front office speaking to the back office?!?!? 14 days to rectify their own mistake. They have no idea the impact this has and don't care either!!!

  • birdiejr Holly Bird (@birdiejr) reported

@bt_uk Do you know if there has been a recall of the monitors? A troubleshooting Google shows that this is a really common problem with the BT smart monitor. I dread to think if something happened and a parent couldn’t hear their baby in distress.

  • mike_leckenby Lord Mike Of The Tsetse Flies💙💙 (@mike_leckenby) reported from Leeds, England

    @CockertonMark @bt_uk Crap… & rip off… full stop

  • knowles_ali Alison Knowles (@knowles_ali) reported

I understand that it will take time to reconnect, but was disappointed that this EE unit did not work. I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem. We have been relying on phone data, which is not great if you are working from home @bt_uk

  • SoSureSewell sewellpaul@lfc (@SoSureSewell) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥
