@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

@bt_uk The broadband is working. It’s the phone, call dad’s no. it goes to one of his contacts. There is no call divert on which BT has confirmed. Dad can make outgoing calls but no incoming. It never gets resolved - contract cancellation seems the only answer but not paying £95!
