@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

@bt_uk This is the 4th day our BT internet has gone down for the second time in a day, what are we paying for?! And to top it off it’s now gone down whilst we’re watching the football - £15 a month we’re paying for @btsport and we can’t even watch it. This isn’t good enough!

So @btsport not even bothering to mention the De Bruyne challenge, the same channel that insisted of doing a near 25 minute deep analysis of a Martial foul leading to a pen in a 9 nil United win. Never mind the officials not being consistent the media won't even be also.

@bt_uk Thank you for helping with this. My service was fixed today. It’s unfortunate that it took 3 visits by 3 separate engineers tho. If the first had done the diagnostics properly they would have fixed it then, saving Openreach a lot of time and money, and me a lot of hassle.
