Dreadful service :(

Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
