@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

Relative with falls/panic alarm. Not able to make outgoing calls for 5 days now. @BTOpenreach1 not responding to appointment requests from @bt_uk - safety issue. How do we get some movement on this? @Ofcom ?
