Still no @bt_uk broadband or home phone for my neighbours and I since Friday as @OpenreachHelp despite having visited the damaged line have made no attempt to fix. Not great when single parent in remote blackspot area. 4 x being told fixed in 48 hours #stillnotfixed #notattempted

@btsport J mir, v rossi and J Miller when advertising them on bt sport with that stupid model they don't speak with an American accent. Fgs 2 of them are Australian and Italian. Fans say its stupid 😤too sort it out. #MotoGP

@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

@bt_uk Done that. Sky are getting nowhere with you. This is an Openreach BT issue and I want someone to sort it now. You can’t hide the provider when the issue is a BT network issue. Who should my MP contact at BT and also the media? (I am speaking to a number of outlets)

The fact @bt_uk can call 42mbps WiFi speeds “superfast” should be illegal. I get over double that on my mobile network.

@btbusinesscare I'm in contact now with a manager, but openreach is a problem not forfilling the work as normal , this is not the 1st it's happened they did this to my shop as well :( this is costing me work
