  @BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

  @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

  Still no @bt_uk broadband or home phone for my neighbours and I since Friday as @OpenreachHelp despite having visited the damaged line have made no attempt to fix. Not great when single parent in remote blackspot area. 4 x being told fixed in 48 hours #stillnotfixed #notattempted

  @bt_uk I will never call BT again, it’s not worth the stress it causes. Very uneducated customer services. Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.

  I have ongoing issue with BT & internet connectivity outside UK! Using WiFi I cannot connect to get mail on phone, iPad & computer! WiFi will not connect to Btinternet server! I spent hours resetting everything, next day it’s same problem! Gmail is ok @BTGroup @bt_uk

  Big shout out to @bt_uk who have upgraded a 91 years olds phone to a new digital line 2 weeks ago and the phones and broadband haven’t worked since! Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

  @bt_uk I’ve spoken to your ‘technical team’ on three occasions today, each time ‘our systems are down’ they are meant to be calling me back tomorrow! Still no closer to fixing his phone though
