@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@btbusinesscare can you get bt corporate to contact me, been trying to get response for over 3 week now trying to upgrade my internet. Spoke to your guys twice today been give wrong number and a email that does not exist. Internet at my site is 3mb download and 0.1 upload. Fix it

@bt_uk Absolutely appalling service. My 84yr old father in law who lives alone with no other means of contact has been with out a phone for OVER 30 DAYS!! Nobody in your organisation seems to be escalating the issue. Do I need to go to the press? It is unacceptable.

@bt_uk hi BT, not sure who to contact about our BT baby monitor which is losing connection to the camera most times it is used at least once, requiring a reset on the camera itself. Is this a known issue and can I do anything to prevent it? Many thanks
