    @btsport J mir, v rossi and J Miller when advertising them on bt sport with that stupid model they don't speak with an American accent. Fgs 2 of them are Australian and Italian. Fans say its stupid 😤too sort it out. #MotoGP

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    @bt_uk our internet was due to be set up on October 13th. Your engineers have come out 3 times, turning up unannounced - not great as a woman alone. No service STILL - only offered a more expensive package as a way out. Yet u continue to charge for a service you’re not providing.

    So annoyed with @bt_uk and your awful wifi. First my parents wifi goes for 3 days meaning they couldn’t ship orders for their business and now the sky in my room hasn’t worked in 5 DAYS because there’s no wifi. It’s now saying my correct password is wrong.

    @bt_uk Residential on-premise fibre. On a daily basis the service drops out, the lights don’t change on the box. Even when it is working the speed is atrocious

    @bt_uk Please, @bt_uk, fix this. I've *TRIED* the phone lines, I've *TRIED* the website, I've *TRIED* engineers phone lines direct. Nobody wants to give a single solitary **** about this, and just bumps it down the road.

    I have a lot of time for the people in customer support, they are always polite But I always have to chase things up. How it is possible for something that is promised to be delivered overnight, to not appear despite 3 separate people 'sorting it out for me' is beyond me! @bt_uk

    @winstano @bt_uk Hi Ben when I had a similar problem a few years ago I emailed the Chairman of BT and got a reply from his blackberry and the problem was fixed in two days. Unfortunately we seem to have to make a nuisance of yourselves these days to get anything done!
