    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    Still no @bt_uk broadband or home phone for my neighbours and I since Friday as @OpenreachHelp despite having visited the damaged line have made no attempt to fix. Not great when single parent in remote blackspot area. 4 x being told fixed in 48 hours #stillnotfixed #notattempted

    @btsport J mir, v rossi and J Miller when advertising them on bt sport with that stupid model they don't speak with an American accent. Fgs 2 of them are Australian and Italian. Fans say its stupid 😤too sort it out. #MotoGP

    @BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

    @bt_uk Your service is utterly disgraceful. This is the third time now in the last 6 weeks I’ve had to report a fault because my phone line isn’t working. The fault is always at the exchange and leaves me without a phone line for 3-4 days at a time. SORT IT OUT.

    @bt_uk how hard is it for your team to charge the right bill, I was assured it was sorted last month. Really don’t like monthly 1hr calls......billing passing me onto a line that doesn’t answer. Ring ring, ring ring........... Never had it straight forward with BT s😔

    How do you escalate at complaint with @bt_uk ? 75Mb broadband running at max 4Mb for a MONTH now and BT don't seem to care & are lying to me.

    @bt_uk No just broadband speed 🙁 Had plenty of BT engineers out who cannot fix it unfortunately. I might aswell get a cheaper deal with another company and put up with the low speeds

    @btbusinesscare @BTnocare I received a text from Manashi today @btbusinesscare but the info she has is incorrect. Between Xmas & new year cables have been installed by openreach as a temp job. So why have I not been connected?! My complaint still stands!

    Many weeks notice to @btbusinesscare @BTGroup to install a new high speed home internet line. 6 weeks later- not completed. Plenty of excuses & misinformation though. One hand not knowing where the other one is! Shoddy service means I can’t do critical Zoom or Teams video mtgs
