@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

Appalling service from @bt_uk; a month after I cancelled everything from them they are still charging me £12 a month and forcing me to listen to abysmal music if I try to challenge it.
