@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk Hi there, I have The BT Smart Hub 2 and have a Fibre 150 package, i’ve just moved my PC downstairs and the wifi coverage just about covers the corner where the PC is located however the signal is weak, is there any chance of sending me a WiFi booster?

@bt_uk I’ve had an engineer out to check things a while ago. I’ve reported I’ve got slow speeds and the troubleshooter has said I’m not getting my minimal guaranteed speed so you tell me what type of engineer I need

@englandcricket have been awful,the results speak for themselves. But I’m not bothered.I won’t pay to watch sport on tv be it @btsport or @SkyCricket so I can’t get upset about what I haven’t seen. Far more interested in grass roots cricket.

We switched to @bt_uk because we thought we'd get a better product and service!!! AND THE HELPLINE IS CLOSED FOR BANK HOLIDAY. We're supposed to be working tomorrow. DON'T BELIEVE THE BT ADVERTS FOLKS!!!
