Myles (@Myles86927573) reported@bt_uk Twice now i’ve been lied to about my internet and service provided. After catching you out in a lie, your manager Steve gave me a special deal over chat to keep me with BT. This was all done automatically. Now, two months later you are trying to raise my bills.

Mr Jansen, one should really look into the failings of your company in keeping a health centre without an incoming line now for 3 days of all which trying to help those who phone in or in our case can not currently!.

In my case I spent almost 4 hours waiting to speak with a person. They try to grind you into giving up. Much as I’m no fan of some company stances I’m now ABBT - anyone but BT.
