@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk No - but it's a BT managed pole. According to their service provider, we can't do anything until BT fit a new pole and reconnect the cables to the property.

@bt_uk Just bin your ‘quick and easy chat’ service they were useless. Had no idea what was being asked of them. Eventually spoke to a lovely fella in Liverpool who resolved the issue in ten minutes as opposed to the hour forty five minutes getting bumped from agent to agent in chat

@bt_uk would be great to know why I'm paying £50, for top end 900mbps with a granteed minimum of 450mbps and my speeds are more up and down than a Yo-Yo and not even breaking 200mbps...
