@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@dom_jeyes @bt_uk I, along with many others (check Twitter), have suffered the same. I got through to them and they are aware of an ongoing incident of incorrect payments being taken. Should apparently be resolved (with money refunded) within 72 hours… likely much sooner.

To save people sitting on hold with @bt_uk @btsport for 30 mins or more, they're having problems with people having multiples of their normal subscription payments coming out. Appaz being sorted asap #BTSport

@bt_uk @Lewistoon91 Guys this isn't a possible issue. Your system is quite clearly charging per hour instead of per month. It's quite clearly a huge ******* issue. Shut your DD system down until you've figured out the problem. You're taking £100s from people!

What’s intriguing is @bt_uk you’re advisors are asking for account information for a company wide issue. Are you all that incompetent that you’re not sent company emails alerting you to company WIDE issues??!! I wonder how many families are starving today because of you??
