@btsport J mir, v rossi and J Miller when advertising them on bt sport with that stupid model they don't speak with an American accent. Fgs 2 of them are Australian and Italian. Fans say its stupid 😤too sort it out. #MotoGP

@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

And don't @bt_uk advise plugging into hub. Mine isn't near the phone. Perhaps a well-paid manager could test the 'customer experience' for a change.

So, strangely 1 week after @bt_uk introduced the digital voice phone line (imposed not requested), now our broadband needs fixing as it is more down than up. You know its bad when they contact you about it.

@bt_uk Hi I was on the phone for a total of 30 mins, I obviously knew about the outage. I'd asked why the hub had changed from amber to purple. I spent 12 of the 39 minutes on hold. To be hung up on. Which is what happened earlier in the week. The BT app still says we r 6 days 2fix

@bt_uk Please can someone help me with an ongoing issue due to cancellation of my account where you are still charging me!! I have escalated my complaint twice and had no luck with the multiple calls made to your call centre.

Has @bt_uk's "customer" "helpline" been "very busy at the moment" at all times of day and night for the past two years because of the volume of complaints from disgrunted customers or because it can't be bothered to employ enough staff to deal with us pesky customers?
