@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk Yeah I do, I’ve been with bt a long time and it hasn’t gotten any better. Shouldn’t have to be connect by cable to be able to play a game. Shocking service if I am honest.

@bt_uk we have been without wifi since last Friday. It’s now Thursday and we still have no indication of when our wifi will be back up. All our calls to BT have been met with rude and condescending sales staff. Over £40 a month for this shambles. This is beyond appalling.

@bt_uk not impressed with service, new account took weeks- complaint made. Now the broadband is still down and no one seems capable of supporting us. We have a home and holiday business without internet and @bt_uk have been absolutely useless
