    @bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

    @bt_uk very frustrating. My broadband connection went live 2 days ago but my Smart Hub 2 still hasn’t arrived and when I called customer service yesterday I couldn’t get a straight answer. It says dispatch delayed on track my order but for how long?!

    @btbusinesscare I’ve been forwarded a copy of YOUR ’update’ to BT, so lets begin <Please can the CP case manage this and set the customer's expectations, as he's advised us he's not had any updates or timescales> so, first of all, Please point me to where I claim not to have had updates FROM BT

    @bt_uk Thanks to @EE I am without mobile coverage all today and maybe tomorrow as well!! According to EE the problem is known " We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours, but some fixes take a little longer." I assume you will not be charging me for the lost days?

    @btbusinesscare If Openreach (YOU) want to tell BT to <set the customers expectations> then Openreach are going to have to actually offer information and commit to actual dates to begin with, THATS how you set customer expectation. Then you need to meet those dates (my go live was 18 June).

    .@btsport, my bfs bought a month pass through the site to use on ps5. He's realised the app is absolute **** & wants to change it to sky to have as a channel. He rang customer service within 15 mins of activating & was told no. Can you fix this? #BTSport #ShitService #SortHimOut

    @btbusinesscare I only get updates from BT on dates YOU dictate to them-Openreachs ’we’ve no update’ isn’t even an update. Breathtaking lack of awareness. ‘Update’ rather suggests that something has progressed, but it hasn’t, similar to the way that you use the word help in @Openreachhelp

    @bt_uk I need help ASAP. I’ve been trying to connect to the WiFi on my PC for the past hour however it will say in connected to the WiFi but not the internet, when I look for the problem it says DNS Server not responding, I have an important class to attend to in 2 hours!! HELP.
