@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

Well @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness your service is utterly appalling. You have now twice internally cancelled an order to convert a personal line over to a business contract despite assurances it was a straight forward process. Over a month without broadband on the line now 😡

@bt_uk Yes but you didnt discuss the issue as you claimed, so dont lie.. bt has no compassion or respect for any of their customers let alone the elderly customers. I hope potential customers can see this and choose a different provider!

@bt_uk atrocious service! BT removed our phone number when we renegotiated our account to a BB account only without us knowing, impossible to get it re-instated, no-one can call us, we cant call out, ur Tech dept refused to put me thru to complaints saying that "ship has sailed"!
