I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk Yes it is now. I checked the service via the link provided which said it was ok. We rebooted our phones and within 30mins it was ok again. Thnx for checking back.

@bt_uk no Internet since half 2 this afternoon, bt help just keep giving us excuses, first it was an incident and now network outage? Which isn't not much help. Any ideas when we can expect to be online again? We are in BR5

@NigelTozer @bt_uk @EE I believe you can cancel now. You have 30 days to cancel from when they notify you of price increase. According to Citizens Advice. Hope this helps.

@bt_uk Hi we have recently upgraded our business 'BT telephone/Broadband' but BT neglected to transfer our CloudVoice telephone number, our number is in quarantine & isn't being reconnected until the 28/2; we can't do business without it, please help!!!

@bt_uk how hard can it be to block premium rate calls on my 81 year old mums service who has dementia? She’s been scammed into spending £63 on prem rate calls last month and after 3 calls and over an hour to BT I’m still none the wiser
