Alec Wilson (@Alec_2511) reported from Beccles, EnglandMartin Keown again for a Manchester United game. Why @btsport? He's an awful pundit and he hates United. Sort it out! @btsportfootball @mrjakehumphrey

-
Sean Greentree (@SeanGreentree) reported from Attleborough, England@bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!
-
Caroline Sauverin (@csauverin) reported from Brooke, England@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.
-
MummaShreeve (@RachelCShreeve) reported from Long Stratton, EnglandStill no @bt_uk broadband or home phone for my neighbours and I since Friday as @OpenreachHelp despite having visited the damaged line have made no attempt to fix. Not great when single parent in remote blackspot area. 4 x being told fixed in 48 hours #stillnotfixed #notattempted
-
Sean Greentree (@SeanGreentree) reported from Attleborough, EnglandI’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!
-
Merv Honeywood (@mervhoneywood) reported from Bungay, England@Catters61 @btsport If he could just hang on til next week would be handy for us Norwich fans
-
Steve Gray (@doughtagnan) reported from Westhall, England@jeffreyjohnbell @bt_uk Whenever you get a work culture that's dominated by males you get the "laddish" macho bullshit. At 18 I worked in an office in the Met largely staffed by over 50's ladies. Those old gels were so lovely to work with and some of my best managers have been female. The worst blokes.
-
Ian Hutson (@Hutsandar) reported from Occold, England@BTCare are there issues with the BT hubs being reported, mine is dropping out constantly...
-
Michael Dann (@michaeldann65) reported from Gislingham, England@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(
-
Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England@bt_uk @BTGroup You could easily turn it on for all of us. Stop being horrid and just do it.
-
Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported@bt_uk I had a long conversation with @bt_uk the other day. I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. And why take payment before?
-
GerryC🏇🏾 (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk please, please when will Openreach fix the cable damage that has affected residents in Grange Estate, Church Crookham! We’ve had no landline or internet for a week now! Residents are phoning their suppliers, but are having no updates! This is getting beyond silly!!!!
-
Rosemary Dunnill💙 (@RoseJean12) reported@ladylittler @bt_uk We had a longish power cut and lost Internet and landlines (bring back pre digital voice). Mobile on Tesco(O2), so non-existent 4g/5g signal. Would need to drive 5 miles to make a call, AND we live in a town! I fear getting older, with no car, in emergency
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reportedHuge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. I’ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me
-
Kristen Covo (@kcovophoto) reported@bt_uk Not to mention I now have the inconvenience of having to post back your faulty product from a post office (are there any left in London?) Instead of your engineer just taking it. Why do I as a customer have to work for you?
-
Jim Sweeney. (@oldnurse55) reported@kerry_mclean @bt_uk It picked the worst time to go down Kerry. All the very best for the Exam Results. 🙏
-
grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reportedSpent an hour with a really gentle lady from @bt_uk got the comp network set up and now can't watch any tv, at all. Not anything! Outstanding!. Your colleague was lovely though
-
Amai Chong Memes business (@AmaiChong_ninja) reported@bt_uk Our thoughts are with the people who used BT’s service and found out: •Hidden charges are everywhere. •The app is useless and has no interaction with the company. I’ve messaged you 6 times now with no reply. Scammers
-
Dustfuch (@Dustfuch1) reported@bt_uk please tell your call handlers to stop the hard sell once youve asked to leave. 4 times i had to tell them to stop trying to sell me things, and they still kept me on hold and transferred me to a "manager" to let me cancel. Frustrating isnt strong enough
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
