@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk I did the fix thing to 61998 and a message said they found a fault and need an engineer but two mins later I got one saying there isn’t a fault and it’s something to do with our home lol which one is it

@ViewOfTheKop_ @SkySports @btsport Unfortunately it’s not the broadcaster fault, clubs have been allowed to pay stupid prices for players and wages, they need the money from broadcasters to pay for it. ‘Project Reset’ is needed.
