@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk Great service today. You take my land line out with my old router before checking that the new fibre connection is working to point of connection. New router etc fitted by your contractor who left without a word. Guess what doesn’t work. Clowns

@bt_uk They have now been without a phone signal or wifi for THREE MONTHS which leaves them extremely isolated. All they want is for their old copper connection to be restored but BT are refusing to do this.

Signed up to BT, the internet doesn’t reach the living room, the router is on the top of my kitchen cupboard, promised a solution by 29/11 and heard nothing since. What a joke of a company. @bt_uk

@bt_uk hi, I’ve had no internet for 5 weeks. You’ve sent 4 engineers. 2 have shown up and both have been internal engineers that say it’s an external problem. This is my account number GB 2609 8469 please give me internet.

Well further to my whinge yesterday about the phone issues for my 96yr old uncle, the fantastic staff of @BTCare have not only got on top of the problem but it was fixed today. Highly recommend this service to anyone needing help.

@bt_uk Yes and also via chat. Currently trying to sort a phone fault using your messaging service but it’s saying it’s fine - it’s not. My new Broadband was meant to start 16th, it hasn’t and my next bill should be 29.99 but is showing £67 😡

@bt_uk why would you cut off my landline and broadband 3 days before checking that you could successfully fit full fibre? Now I am left with no broadband, no landline and because we have have no mobile reception we have no way of alerting emergency services.

@bt_uk Dear BT, my parents are in their 70s with health issues and live in an isolated area of the countryside. In September BT cut them off in error, leaving them with no landline and no wifi. They live in an area reliant on wifi because there is no phone signal.

@bt_uk the @bt_uk process being that anyone can use someone's postcode and apply to take over a BT customer's (ie mine) line at that postcode? And apparently it's up to me to sort it out? Your business practice needs sorting out @bt_uk

Why is anything to do with @bt_uk so difficult. 3 phone calls later and my issues seem to be getting bigger. I only wanted a new broadband deal 😩😩
