@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk More problems. #fibre #broadband had gone down. Smart hub reset isn't working. Less than 2 months in rarely get the minimum 100mbps as advertised.

Also **** @bt_uk for giving codes to customers to buy a ps5 and making the codes invisible to a bunch of people. I had no way to find my code and couldn’t get one.

@bt_uk Its arrived in the last half hour and now all set up and running. No messages received to say that the service was now available though. Just guessed all was ok as the phoneline was back on.
