@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk I’d rather not, I’ve spoken to so many BT people in the last week, I’m sick of going over & over it again. I just want to warn people you let us down two days before our move last week (we still have no internet) and cost us money, time, lost work & huge stress. Epic incompetence

@bt_uk It was a copper line, changed to digital voice. We have been told categorically that the number cannot be transferred. Are you sure you can help with this?

@bt_uk I've now been set up as a new customer AGAIN and have to wait until 11 July to have internet, and will that work. I've been charged £20 for a credit check, and I paid £29.99 last month for no internet and an EE mini hub that is useless. This is the worst experience I've ever had.
