I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

  • mamajasper Beccarooo (@mamajasper) reported from Framlingham, England

@bt_uk another day another massive let down from our terrible broadband! #Rugby 5 mins to go!!🙈

  • Paulfo Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

  • joeissitt Joshua Issitt (@joeissitt) reported from Attleborough, England

@WestHamUtd, @NorwichCityFC and @MotoGP all on at the same time tomorrow.... Help! @btsport

  • mamajasper Beccarooo (@mamajasper) reported from Framlingham, England

@bt_uk your broadband is just the worst and for £60+ per month I think we’re going to move to another provider. So many #StrictlyComeDancing2019 spoiled I’m so annoyed right now

  • Paulfo Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England

@bt_uk @BTGroup You could easily turn it on for all of us. Stop being horrid and just do it.

  • Hutsandar Ian Hutson (@Hutsandar) reported from Occold, England

@BTCare are there issues with the BT hubs being reported, mine is dropping out constantly...

  • StuartMcMillan1 Stuart McMillan (@StuartMcMillan1) reported

@SimonBrundish @btsport Man, that was such a bad take it’s not even funny. And then he went & double-downed on it. Dude — if 99% of the replies to your stupid take were negative, then that’s on you - not them

  • gazleigh Gary Leigh (@gazleigh) reported

Anyone recommend a tv and broadband deal? @virginmedia are on the rob putting price up from £62 to £108. @SkyUK or @BTCare do you fancy a new customer

  • wulliwette jules lambert (@wulliwette) reported

@bt_uk worst customer service ever! Three promises of calls within the hour and not one has been received!

  • AmyTrehane1 Amy Jasper (@AmyTrehane1) reported

@BTCare our line has now been down for 14 days, no landline, broadband or phone signal - how is this acceptable?!!!

  • paul_slingo Paul Slingo (@paul_slingo) reported

@btsport and @SkyUK can you tell me why I have to sign up to a minimum term contract to get BT Sports on my sky service? Why can I not have a rolling 30day contract?

  • Houch11Craig Craig Stewart (@Houch11Craig) reported

@btsport commentators on this Inter game absolute garbage. Decided their narrative before a ball was even kicked 🤡

  • gordoncraig18 Gordon Craig (@gordoncraig18) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for your marketing spiel. Still doesn’t help me with my paltry 3% increase in pension.

  • dan63937649 dan (@dan63937649) reported

@bt_uk recently constantly nagging for there money yet they refuse to help there customers really not good customer services and before anyone says there are other Digital VOIP companies don't bt have blocked anyone from taking the line over i have proof but i can't share on here

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@paullewismoney @bt_uk The answer @paullewismoney is when this person is moved off the PSTN & onto their communication providers VoIP service is to get a battery backup unit or mobile phone. Communication providers are offering these to their customers that are vulnerable as per regulatory requirements
