However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

Sean Greentree (@SeanGreentree) reported from Attleborough, EnglandI’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

I wasn't posting for assistance, I already know the issue, and I also know how unlikely it is that it will be fixed IF your engineer arrives tomorrow.

Stephen H (@stephen2876) reported@bt_uk Maybe. I think this is a general problem and you certainly need someone to look into it. At the moment I can add incoming calls to my Call Protect blacklist, but when I try to listen to junk voicemail messages, I get a few seconds of silence then it disconnects.

GGZii (@GGZiiSocial) reportedSadly after a month @bt_uk fixed the internet. I'm left with 25 down and 4.5 Up for £60 a month. Their mini hub they provided gives 38/20 for £50 a month. I can't stream on that sadly. Why can't BT just install FTTP even the engineer said the cabinet is overloaded.
