I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

Ah, the irony. Got the letter from @bt_uk about the yearly price increase (16p a month, not a problem) - though apparently it's to help them fund the gigabit fibre rollout. The one our house just got left out of while we are stuck on copper and across the road is on gigabit. Sigh

@bt_uk on hold for half an hour waiting to speak to customer service and twice I've been randomly met with a horrible high pitched shrieking noise one would think only dogs could hear giving me the worst headache. Is this how you guys get people out if the Que? It's inhumane!
