  @bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

  @bt_uk bloody nightmare trying to get through at various times of the day for 6 days now !!! We’ve moved and need to cancel the broadband & land line. Why can’t this be done on@line if we are leaving you !!

  Our local fish van seems to be a bit of a street water-cooler. He arrives on a Thursday morning, the usual crowd wanders up, chats, complains about the woeful mobile signal (yes @bt_uk , yours) but... We buy incredible fish - and local eggs, strawberries, scones and cakes!

  @LiToast @bt_uk @EE My BT unbreakable internet experience was slow and dreadful, and I returned it immediately. They still billed me for the month. Thankfully I hadn’t yet cancelled the other one, but that’s not perfect. I wonder if fibre internet is better.
