    @bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

    @VodafoneUK @bt_uk woke up with no internet to find out that some maintenance guys are doing work on it, later finds out that they have taken the pole down, whilst my internet was working fine before with no issues, no-one informed us about it. Some notice would be nice

    @bt_uk You lit are completely incompetent and disorganised. @OpenreachHelp any chance any of you can shed light on the coming up to 3 weeks without Internet? BT are completely useless and unable or unwilling to communicate why theres no service and why fixing it keeps being delayed

    @bt_uk David Cormack 125 Plantagenet chase Yeovil ba20 2pr. I can assure I insisted I did not want a new contract and she still signed me up. I was ringing to cancel a service not take a new one. Hopefully this is sorted now but I would appreciate you checking.

    @bt_uk please help! I have received a few letters purporting to be from you re: debt on a BT business a/c...however I've never had one and moreover letters not addressed to an individual. Thought this a scam but now getting debt collection letters...very distressing!

    @bt_uk can I get some help? Every other night between 12-3am my internet switches from blue light to orange light, my broadband is 900mbps why is this happening??

    @bt_uk are saying my routers faulty. @Onestream_UK are saying it’s BT resetting the dns at 7-9pm at night. Can I have an honest answer to why my internet is resetting at its busiest time every night please? I can’t see anyone else having the same problems.

    @bt_uk I'm trying to purchase WWE Extereme on sky box office but every time I try to book it via my sky Q Box or via the website it won't let me I have phoned both BT and sky on numerous occasions both you and sky have both failed to sort the problem out you say

    @bt_uk any update on the outtages in port talbot area? it's now 2:30 and estimated fix was at 1am
