@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@OpenreachHelp It’s @bt_uk honestly we had broadband and now we don’t and for some reason have to have a new line fitted which can’t be done to 31st when open reach can come do it, so you are both aware of this issue it’s been escalated with BT

@bt_uk I texted fix to the number I was given and since then my Internet is working. I have just received a text saying an engineer was booked in. I do not require one. How do I cancel?
