@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk I can't here it, but my wife has better hearing than me(she is much younger) it bothers her, not sure we need another box anyway we have had this one for a while, not sure how long they last, but we have recently upgraded our speed, never had this problem before we upgraded

@BTCare Hi, just had a call supposedly from Openreach Technical Support, telling me that my Internet is too slow (38 download, 9 upload) and they could talk me through how to speed it up. It's working fine, and fast enough for what I need. Is this call genuine?

@bt_uk are ar*eholes, they decided to change my bill from monthly to quarterly without my knowledge and issue a bill. I called them and they said they have changed it back to monthly and to just pay my usual monthly amount.

@bt_uk placed an order in June for telephone and broadband plus number change, now at the end of November and still waiting for the number change, what an incredibly poor service you offer!

@bt_uk our internet keeps dropping off every few minutes and my manager is about to herd me back into the open plan office with the rest of the lot everytime I've been offline for longer than a minute CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS I DONT WANT TO PUT ON ACTUAL CLOTHES AND GO THERE
