@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk We do… and getting nowhere with your complaints department!!! When will you respond after our 3rd phone outage of 4 days, 12 days and 11 days in the space of a year! You are failing to provide a service to our business!

@bt_uk how can Bt agree a new contract with someone on the phone and then send something totally different in writing? Then you talk to someone to try and sort it, who says a mgr will call. Then mgr doesn’t call and you can’t get hold of anyone. Appalling customer svce

@bt_uk You are one of the worst company’s I have ever had the displeasure to use, 30 minutes on hold for a call back, in the meantime you caused massive disruption to my work, constant disruption backed up with excuses and lies.

@bt_uk I was promised a callback from your complaints team at 9am this morning. Nothing so far. Needless to say I have an issue - can't you even manage to respond in a timely fashion??????
