@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk have been without mobile service since yesterday. I was told i would have it sorted by today. I called again (from a neighbour's phone) and was told it could be another few days. This is not nice. I am seriously reconsidering our contract long term

@bt_uk Appalling service. Home move booked 2 weeks ago. Engineer didn't turn up but signed off job as completed. Another appointment booked on complaining but apparently no Engineer assigned by open reach!! Booked another one today, waiting! @WeAreOpenreach
