    @bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

    @broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

    I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

    @bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

    @btsport J mir, v rossi and J Miller when advertising them on bt sport with that stupid model they don't speak with an American accent. Fgs 2 of them are Australian and Italian. Fans say its stupid 😤too sort it out. #MotoGP

    @bt_uk I think bad timing given the problems so many are having with the new firmware updates to the BTSmart Hub 2 - many nights spent waiting for the broken broadband to come back on - Full Fibre and Halo, still buffering.

    @bt_uk I recently had a problem with my WiFi and you told me to disconnect one of the cables that went to the modem part. This worked, however for the last month or so, my Internet is constantly disconnecting, several times a day, most days. Is there anything you can do?

    @bt_uk Case is raised - I wait to hear something VOL013-590904473379 - everyone I have spoken to though is equally unable to provide an answer as it appears to be the hub software update that’s causing the issue - until that’s fixed we have a breakable service
