    @btsport J mir, v rossi and J Miller when advertising them on bt sport with that stupid model they don't speak with an American accent. Fgs 2 of them are Australian and Italian. Fans say its stupid 😤too sort it out. #MotoGP

    @bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

    I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

    @bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

    @broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

    @bt_uk 1 hour and 14 mins queuing to speak to an advisor. 8:50pm it gets answered and then hangs up. Appreciate you’re busy guys but that’s poor service #btbroadband

    307mb download and 58mb upload, and @primevideouk still cuts out and buffers whist watching the football. Hasn't changed, last year you had the same issues. Stop ruining the game give it back to @btsport or @SkySports FFS!

    @bt_uk appalling service had the day off work to wait in for an engineer who never showed up. No text or email to cancel, no explanation from the call centre as to why. Promised an appointment will be in 5-7 working days, messaged to say 6th jan. Not good enough

    @bt_uk please help. New customer since 02/12. Had 3 days of Internet and no TV. No joy from your setup team and 2 hours waiting to try and book an engineer. How can I cancel this service?

    @bt_uk My smart hub has just completely died out of nowhere. Tried it on different power outlets and tried factory reset but nothing. Diagnostics keep saying no issue but it’s literally dead. What can we do?
