@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk why is the security check taking more than 3.5 hours since I sent the requested document, I need my product tomorrow as promised in the express delivery, I paid extra for a service that isn't going to apply as promised, that is the worst customer service I've ever had.

So thanks @btsport I have my debit card stolen and am a victim of on-line fraud. You immediately stop my service and then point blank refuse to waive the reconnection fee if I rejoin. Wow. I’m done.

@Lizooo22 @bt_uk Make sure you keep details of every dialogue with them. If it’s not resolved to your satisfaction 8 weeks after you first contacted them, you can ask the Ofgem Ombudsman for help. They are very good. But keep all the details. Ideally demand answers by email.

@bt_uk If you check my records you’ll the issue has been ongoing for months. It’s all been logged, I’d appreciate it if someone could review my case and see if there’s anything that can be done. So far the onus has been on me to push to get a resolution, it’s exhausting & dull.
