@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

Hey @bt_uk had no broadband or landline for 5 days now! Helpline v friendly but says no info available on their system, any chance of getting my service back soon?!

@bt_uk I had issues at my local Retail Store. I then needed to contact the call centre and redo the order twice after cancelling it twice. It was for Broadband Only, so without a phone line but I don't know if that would have made any difference. I only wanted a broadband set-up.

@bt_uk Thank you, Garry, sadly already tried that option. It appears to be an issue with downloads to Huawei. Why are BT apps not conversant with the Huawei App Store? As I've said I tried countless alternative download options. Cheers
