@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk Hahahah what a joke your customer service team is. If I had a choice of my internet I’d be with @virginmedia 100%. 12 month contract with them and it never went off once. BT? 6 problems in one week

@bt_uk I want 2 b/band connections to my house but am told I can’t as my existing accounts are linked. I have to cancel one line altogether (losing my no) & then apply to have b/band as a new customer.End result - I’ll have two broadband connections to my house but lose my no.1/2

@bt_uk Yes they have 3 times without advising us the job had been cancelled or crashed. Whilst we wait for switch on. It’s really not on. No customer service at all. Still not hopeful for next Friday
