I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

@bt_uk your broadband is just the worst and for £60+ per month I think we’re going to move to another provider. So many #StrictlyComeDancing2019 spoiled I’m so annoyed right now

@bt_uk The issue is I don’t live at the address anymore as it was a student house I have left , and I have called bt to change the address to where I am now and send a new one , and 3 times now it hasn’t been done

@bt_uk After ringing up the tech people 5 times to be told they can see there’s a problem with my broadband and arranging for a engineer that does not turn up . Check the fault on my by account which says it’s been fixed . IT HAS NOT . Will be leaving BT very soon ,

@scottnicholls78 @SpeedwayGP @btsport Only downer is that, once again, any first time TV viewers looking in will have left after the first few heats, they'll never look in on speedway again. Is it not possible to have junior races to get the track 'warmed up'? So many potential new fans lost to the sport.
