@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

I am not saying it's ****, but when it rains I can't play any online games as the internet connection is so bad. Thanks @bt_uk #FirstWorldProblems I know - but still a rubbish service I am paying for.

@bt_uk should have never resigned up to broadband. It is absolutely shocking service. Always cutting out. Fed up of turning router on/off

@bt_uk my broadband has been down all day. I used the tech bot and it did a line check. It said it was a local issue and would be fixed in 4 hours. It still isn't. I'm in the NE64 postcode area.
