@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

@bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

@bt_uk @Julianphilp2 We not only have problems with the signal but the so called fibre broadband itself, it’s terrible and when we call support all they do is talk about what’s connected to it rather than sorting the problem out

@bt_uk Yes it's been hell. Using mobile with unstable signal. Paid lots of money for extra mobile data as I rely on it for bereavement admin. Hotspot doesn't work. Phone and wifi was wrongly cut off and spent hours on phone to you. No reconnection until Wednesday Thur. Nightmare.

In the month-long-plus saga of @bt_uk trying to order a new internet line, still no progress. I’ve literally begged and pleaded for an escalation to a manager who will own the resolution of this fault, and only now am I being told ‘yeah, we maybe should do something different’.

@bt_uk Shocking customer services and appalling performance by BT 64 days to get a broadband connection 7 visits from engineers 36 hours of phone calls 4 operators cut me off half way into a conversation 3 managers never fulfilled there emails promise to call me back

@bt_uk i cannot log in to the bt app from now tv ? What is the issue it works on the other tv but not mine?? You’re website says to enter code ID106 but it says there is no such thing!!!?
