@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

Still no @bt_uk broadband or home phone for my neighbours and I since Friday as @OpenreachHelp despite having visited the damaged line have made no attempt to fix. Not great when single parent in remote blackspot area. 4 x being told fixed in 48 hours #stillnotfixed #notattempted

@bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

@bt_uk brilliant response to an outage yesterday in my village. My mini hub arrived less than 24 hours after the issue (which had been resolved anyway) . Very impressed with the proactively. I have a solution if any further issues. Thank you !

@bt_uk I get that, but what is a worry is that the line came down last Saturday - how come six days later you don’t know what is needed to fix it, and therefore can’t inform your customers more specific detail.

@bt_uk your 4 hours to late its just come back on this hybrid using the minihub external is rubbish if you get issues you have to contact bt to turn it on

@bt_uk You are going to take away all land lines thus making everyone rely on the internet - the internet only works with electricity being on - the past week with the carnage that Storm Arwen created makes this removal of landlines a very stupid decision.

Best thing about @bt_uk going to digital voice is that, hopefully, very soon nobody’s will have to use @bt_uk and that they go out of business. Use anyone else. They’re the worst, most unreliable and untrustworthy company there is.

@bt_uk Remember rural areas have no mobile signal, therefore no way to raise the alarm in an emergency! Having a working telephone line is essential and without it, it puts people at risk.
