@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk I was right, BT could not sort the problems. My parents have cancelled the order. It was simple, change the existing Broadband package to a new broadband contract and you could not even do that. What a load of rubbish. Disgrace!

@StartledJesus @bt_uk Appalling! Made the move to change from sky but BT are a already a disappointment. An appointment for next week changed out of nowhere to June! I need to find somewhere else to go and get decent service.

Still waiting @bt_uk despite being promised (broken promise again) that it would be sorted after Easter holidays. How long do families have to wait for their money from a multi billion pound corporation? Going on nearly 3 months now, ridiculous!
