@bt_uk your broadband is just the worst and for £60+ per month I think we’re going to move to another provider. So many #StrictlyComeDancing2019 spoiled I’m so annoyed right now

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk wifi has been down in my neighbourhood since Friday (only openreach can fix), but nothing from them). Ongoing problem will now significantly disrupt work and personal life as the week starts. How are you going to fix this quicker? Compensation with no fix doesn’t help.

@bt_uk How do I speak to someone at your company without using the phone please? I have hearing trouble and the background noise on your calls is horrendous? I can't even hear clearly with hearing aids!

@bt_uk I tried it from my landline, to see if it was different. Instead of hanging up when I press 2, it just beeps continuously. Either way, it doesn't work for me.

@bt_uk Because I went to your help and used the chat option and they told me to ring that number for help. The point is, when you ring that number and press 2, does it hang up on you as well?

@bt_uk Tech support. I was told: "They can be reached at: 0800 218 2182 Or 0808 100 6116 Or 0800 145 6789 Timings : 9am to 5:30pm on Mon-Fri and 9am to 2pm on Sat" Try 0800 218 2182 and press 2, see if it hangs up on you as well.

.@bt_uk are you aware of problems with BT community forum password reset and/or new registration verification. Have tried both options, but no e-mails have been received (have checked spam).
