However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

**** Stein (@bray_gooster) reported@bt_uk @virginmedia over the last year both BT and Virgin have continued to charge me after cancellation! BT have resolved the issue in one short phone call. Virgin were horrendous. Gave up trying to get my money back +£100. Who would I chose in the future. BT all the way!

Since it snowed, it has dropped to next to nothing but you say everything is fine, which is complete BS. Tied to a terrible contract and you won't help. I just wanna watch football but the stream buffers 4eva..
