Sean Greentree (@SeanGreentree) reported from Attleborough, England
I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

Paul Foster (@Paulfo) reported from Harleston, England
@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk @BTGroup You could easily turn it on for all of us. Stop being horrid and just do it.

Joshua Issitt (@joeissitt) reported from Attleborough, England

@bt_uk your broadband is just the worst and for £60+ per month I think we’re going to move to another provider. So many #StrictlyComeDancing2019 spoiled I’m so annoyed right now

Mike Dimmick (@mikedimmick) reported
@PippaCrerar @bt_uk "BT Hotspot" is piggy-backing on other people's BT Broadband service. It would only work for a household if one of your neighbours is with BT, hasn't opted out of Hotspot, doesn't turn their router off, and it's in range. It's not nothing but I can see why DfE turned it down.
-
Kirsty (@kirstyhannam) reported
@PippaCrerar @bt_uk Even assuming that were true, an intermittent broadband service would be better than none at all. Odd choice by government in an emergency.
-
Jim (@memike72) reported
@bt_uk I’m using the checker on the ‘now’ tv box when the internet slows down and the picture begins to pixelate. Afterwards I did it again and it was up to 7mbps. It’s intermittent drop of signal, very frustration g.

Princess 👑 Fiona (@Princess2Fiona) reported
My Internet has gone unstable again. It's the copper wire connection in the road. I may be offline for long periods. @bt_uk are very good about fixing it, but limited by what they can do with 40 yr-old infrastructure. I absolutely depend on broadband. No mobile signal here. 1/2

Amanda Catling 💙 (@amandacatling) reported
@bt_uk Thanks for update. 12/1. Another 4 days. why so slow? That is nearly 3 weeks. Cannot believethis is the service level you are working to. Not great customer service. Can you provide a 4G hub to give us something? Other I know have been given this when there is no service?
-
jamie caines (@jamiecaines2) reported
@bt_uk my hub has randomly gone orange does this mean there’s a problem in my area or does it do it for maintenance sometimes?
-
Pickerpark (@pickerpark) reported
@bt_uk Can you give me a number so I can talk to someone please, not an automated service, I was on hold for over an hour earlier so phoneline is working fine
-
Pickerpark (@pickerpark) reported
@bt_uk why is my WiFi running like a 1 legged dog with a broken ankle? Its at 4mbps? What is going on?
-
Inna (@InnaMUFC_Vettel) reported
@bt_uk is there a problem with your call line? The customer services can't seem to hear me and there's no problem with my phone as I've tried others and they can hear me!

@Bryn_Cartwright @PippaCrerar @bt_uk Oh Im sorry.. I thought you were apologising for their ineptitude. Never bother waiting for a straight answer from any of this current pratfall of Clowns.
