@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk Rubbish! Constant dropping out on router. When it works it works, but it’s becoming quite unstable since digital voice. Rebooting it constantly every other day. Shouldn’t need to do that, and 3 Wi-Fi discs.

@bt_uk BT promised they would add no cancellation charge to my account as they had been completely unable to give me functioning internet!! Despite four home visits by the technicians! Finally managed to cancel and I have been hit with a £200 cancellation charge?!? Terrible by BT!!!

@bt_uk 3rd time this week trying to speak to someone re my broadband. In a townhouse and the middle and top floor struggling to get a signal… pay an absolute fortune too 👿 want a booster sent but can’t speak to anyone

@btbusinesscare Thanks Ryan but there’s no point. Parents are now scared they will lose their number. I think they should cancel, but they like a landline. BT could’ve decided 2 years ago to post them a data sim to go on the 4G network I fitted to give them speeds above 0.3-1mbps but didn’t.

@MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.
