I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

Dear @btsport - if I knew I’d have to **** about and HDMI my laptop to the TV to watch #UFC257 then I’d have just found a moody stream and not paid. Why does your TV app not know you have a box office event happening FFS?

@btsportufc @btsport Just bought this @btsport only let me log in on my phone but not my other devices Xbox etc ? I logged out of my phone and then typed login details intonnbt sport xbox app just goes red

Why have I just paid for the PPV and when I click "watch live" it just asks me to pay again... I've even tried to pay twice, which just tells me "you have already bought this event" C'mon @btsport help me out.
