@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk HAVE SENT DM AGAIN!!! Ongoing issue from November 2021 with 4 engineers coming to ‘fix’it…. What’s that joke again how many by engineers to change a lightbulb??’ Will expect call tomorrow and engineer no 5 pronto!

@bt_uk I've tried speaking to two people on the chat now as I can never get through on the phone. Both have said there's no record of me closing the account so I'm being charged an insane termination fee AND my old housemates had to pay to be reconnected.

@OpenreachHelp Hi, we have no provider or orders as they are immediately cancelled by you.@SkyUK said they can’t help us, @bt_uk failed to tell us there was a problem at all until we called. I am not opening any more orders as they will just be cancelled by Openreach.

VERY disappointed in @btsport customer services! I’ve been a loyal customer for YEARS & rang to try and get a few £ off my £29.99 a month bill & they could offer absolutely no movement & cancelled my subscription there & then! Gutted to not be watching my beloved @btsportmotogp
