@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

Premier League football is probably responsible for giving people's computers more viruses than porn sites do. The amount of **** people have to go through to watch a 3 O'clock kick off game is ridiculous. £125.00 per month for Sky/BTSport for only 2 matches on a Saturday.

@bt_uk Hi Ian, Thanks I’ve posted it in a local group and everyone has the same issue apparently it has been reported and being dealt with. Some people mention they’ve had mini hubs sent out to cover them for the downtime but can’t see any info for this? Thanks

1/2 @bt_uk your service can only be described as appalling! After being forced on to EE, I've tried to transfer back to BT, which has been a joke. The last few weeks I have spoken to at least 10 different technicians. Each promised to sort everything and call me the next day,

Been let down twice now by @EE . Took the @btsport add-on and been waiting since Tuesday evening for my login to be sorted. Twice been told it will be fixed within 24 hours and still waiting. Paid out the money for a service I’m not receiving. Not good enough!
