@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk Why choose anyone else? Because BT is crap. 2megabits for 60 quid. That's the DL, the UL isn't even 1 even on a good day. I've moved away and gone with Sky, and DL is 16-20megabits, for like 25 quid. Downloading a full GB doesn't take a hour or more now, only 10-15 mins.

Can’t believe @bt_uk scrapped @CI for @SkyCrimeUK it’s basically Pick. Both channels plays the same old RoadWars, world’s worst killers and killer in my Village. Absolutely no original content.

@bt_uk The address on the account is wrong that’s the whole problem! I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to correct BT’s error. I was also told that BT sending my hardware and details, including account numbers present no breach of security!

@bt_uk I have sent more information via a good few DMS that you can fully read and if needs be you can phone me on my mobile only that info will be found in my account. I now wish for this matter to be reported as a complaint against BT

@bt_uk Decide to keep this public, and yes we've decided to record all help line phone calls for legal reasons and later publication. So now we have been told that we need to provide a LL no. We don't have one, the old sky is not recognised by you. Random excuses.

@deafmade_audio @bt_uk it’s no good for streaming games or anything like they’re advertising though- i had to cancel my ps now because it wouldn’t stream games even with an ethernet cable
