I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

Just had my first experience with @bt_uk support, and it's a thousand times better than Virgin Media's. I described the problem (a dead TV box) and didn't have to argue. Within five minutes, I had a new box ordered that'll be here by Tuesday. So much better.

@bt_uk HI BT, please DM me. You came to install fiber yesterday but it didn’t work and needs technical work further down the line. But.. whatever has been done has made the Broadband much slower. Working from home is now impossible. Please contact me urgently.

Doesn't matter if its seriously dangerous to the opponent @btsport . These are all immoral Ref's with 50% of the rotation born and from Greater Manchester. Whether it could of seriously harm a player from LFC is not the point. They'll never give/look at it.
