@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@btbusinesscare Absolutely horrendous service from BT 3 weeks no business broadband nor updates on when it will be installed. Pushed to every department with no answers! Shocking service!

@bt_uk Been on hold to your call centre for 25 mins. Just to cancel a service. Funny how you can sign me up instantly online but won’t allow me to cancel.

@bt_uk how do I raise a complaint that actually gets resolved? My internet drops out 2 or 3 times a week. I’m stuck in a contract with you & every time it drops out I have to type in the 108654 long password back into my @SkyUK box! Which is a ball ache.

Best uk internet supplier for reliability? Since moving house our @bt_uk / @EE “unbreakable” wifi has been down for a solid week and they have told us if we want to break contract to switch we won’t be penalised as a result
