@btsport J mir, v rossi and J Miller when advertising them on bt sport with that stupid model they don't speak with an American accent. Fgs 2 of them are Australian and Italian. Fans say its stupid 😤too sort it out. #MotoGP

@bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

@bt_uk 3 Home tech visits cancelled! Not only on the day, but I get confirmation 15 minutes before the 2-hour window they gave starts and then an hour into the 2-hour window, they cancel!!!! Three times now! Unbeliveable terrible service ... maybe I should not pay for 3 months!!

@bt_uk Hi, my youview remote isn't working. Lights up when I press buttons, resetting the box and remote doesn't help, nor does changing the batteries. The most used buttons seem to be worse so I wonder if the remote needs replacing, it's nearly 2 years old. Can you help please?

So #CPFC that performance has guaranteed you are on first on #MOTD. Strange how VAR wasnt used today obviously must not affect their chances of winning again. Needless to say whenever they are on I won’t be watching could not tolerate another love fest #BTsport was bad enough
