@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

@bt_uk hello we just received a phone call from a BT call centre in India asking us to stand in front of our main router so that they can do a diagnostic test. We never have had an issue with a router, never called/contacted BT about a router. Could this be a scam?
