@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

After a few days of very poor service from @bt_uk we spoke to one of their tech guys, Steve in Sheffield. Three hours later an engineer arrived. We thanked Steve (and his cat), he was awesome. Maybe BT can learn something about customer service from Steve’s approach. #Notachatbot

@bt_uk we are on day 4 of no internet. In Oct we had 4 weeks with no internet! I have not had one phone call, or message from you despite me calling you, messaging you. We have a “stay fast guarantee” but no mini hub even provided. Costing £100s a day for office hire. Help pls!

@bt_uk Very disappointed after having full fibre installed. Had I known what it entailed I would never have bothered. Router can no longer be next to PC. No improvement on wi-fi speeds. New phones keep dropping out. I want my copper re-connected! (BT stalwart and shareholder)
