    @bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...

    Cannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Chasing ETA appt has cancelled and rescheduled for tues. no reason, no conversation just changed AND complaint has been closed as resolved! I DONT THINK SO 😡 LIVID

    @bt_uk No I agreed to BT broadband protect by McAfee. Norton has issues with windows 10. So technically your leaving us zero protection.

    @PaIveer @bt_uk Bt have been sgocking with my 79 year old dad. He has been without a phone line for 1 week. Have now been advised it will be resolved on 9th feb. They did not even e mail him to confirn there is a problem as i asked them to do. Awful, awful, awful

    My advice is never, ever get broadband from BT Business @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare . If you get an intermittent fault like we did, their broken support system will fail and leave you in utter despair. Hours wasted explaining a year long fault to different people...

    @bt_uk As I said to your rep on the phone if I want to watch a fight I tend to go for PPV and not Box Nation, kids ar e grown up so don’t watch all that and so on……nothing can change my mind that it’s a very poor set up compared to other options

    @bt_uk you refused to lay fibre in my street, leaving me with broadband that was considered slow in 2005. So can you please stop mailing me about your blisteringly fast fibre plans, it's just rubbing salt in the wounds at this point.

    @bt_uk what is the point of offering people on low incomes & benefits the Home Essentials Plan & then denying them this offer because they have a poor credit rating? Surely it's obvious people in this situation may not have great credit scores! Can someone get in touch with me?

    @BTCare after a few weeks of it all working well the internet has finally slowed down again, i cant even open twitter on it to complain.I guess a few weeks of it working justifys charging me so much for a product which is **** for the rest of the year? @gigaclear hurry,save us!

    @bt_uk Yes. Apparently there is an issue in the area that should have been completed by 1330z it’s now 1600. Can you check my service on my postcode and adddress please and find out what’s going on?
