Since Oct constant broadband going down. 2 engineer visits outside the home and once again tonight IT’S DOWN! No reflection in bill either. Considering a change 😞

My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk

My internet is stopped without me asking for termination within hours of receiving an email in the middle of a night which I haven't requested at all. Now I'm told to wait for nearly 2 months.

This is poor service. We currently have no internet and your engineer didn’t turn up yesterday as promised yet again!

Nicola Lester (@Delilah64) reported@bt_uk A few hours later and Wi-Fi is dropping all the time on my laptop. I’m in the next room to the router location, so it shouldn’t be a signal issue. I’m really at my wit’s end with this now. It’s so hard to do anything with Wi-fi when it’s dropping in and out all the time. 😩
