@bt_uk @SarahHar256 Same thing, same place. Needing an engineer visit is just bluff. VDSL is up and fine, slow as ever, but PPP won't start so no IP. They need to restart some central network services so the delay is just there as a way to show their commitment to excellent customer service.

Wow on hold now for 55mins with @bt_uk and still waiting this is not good service considering I am a new customer. @Ofcom maybe you need to look at customer service here.

@bt_uk My mum is 90 and needs her phone line ti support her careline call system it has been off for a week and now they say it is off another week BT are unfit to operate a phone system if this is the best they can do

@bt_uk Hi we had an issue with our broadband and phone as our cable was accidentally cut. You kindly sent a mini hub as we had no internet. BT came within two hours and fixed the issue. We sent the mini hub straight back the next day when it arrived and didn’t even open it.
