@LittleOlivia7 @btsport @raphaelvarane I guess we could have done, however, may have caused issues. It wasn’t planned, and we were all playing it by ear. Rio felt more comfortable just congratulating him and i think it made great TV. 👍🏻

@bt_uk After 3 hours on the phone and having waiters for the engineer to turn up from 8am I am told that it is a pm job although. Your customer services passed me to Opeanreach who then explained that BT have to calm them. Please respect my time.

@bt_uk our boardband is down in NW5! We have reported issue but no one is responding. Our mini hub we were given also does not work!!!- is there a wider issue in the area or can you help!

@btbusinesscare Oh but Christine, you see they can’t help me because the OTP won’t come through to the phone or email and it requires a *letter* to set up an admin to get it sent to a different number. Kafkaesque nightmare.

@bt_uk engineer aparently cut the entryphone cable and used it for their system. Now I'm faced with a big bill to fix. Three calls to BT, thrice put on hold and each time after 25 minutes or so cut off
