Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@bt_uk Thanks- already have this number after your sales team failed to pick up before 9pm, and the lady on faults couldn't put in another complaint because your system was shutting down !

BT bad service. Fault on my line. Required to send four texts at additional costs with details. Spoke to person who took personal details and then asked me to send yet another text at additional cost. Gave up. Rotten customer service. @BritishTelecom @bt_uk

Right this is the 3rd night in a row, my internet (@bt_uk) and my phone (@o2) have lost connection at exactly the same time. Why. What ******** is going on?? I really don’t understand. Zero signal on my phone and my internet has completely lost connection.

Listening to JJ as #btsport #UCL colour commentator is like watching paint dry maybe worse. That’s why I won’t subscribe to #BTSport some of the worst colour commentator’s. Steve Mcmanaman isn’t much better.

Jenas is talking some rubbish on BTSport. City got two scrappy goals (they won't care a jot) but they've been generally poor. PSG will be sick at throwing this away. Apparently it's great inventive tactical change to be more attacking when you are losing 1-0 🤷🙈 #PSGMCI #PSGCity

@going4golds @BritishTelecom A couple weeks ago, long awaited, pre booked BT engineer simply didn’t bother to turn up (to install the service!!). No response to texts or calls. Didn’t even try to call me. None of the @bt_uk staff could deal with the complete issue.

@bt_uk Switched to BT Fttp one day ago and already regret it. My speeds were faster with the ***** old copper cable from the router and won't connect to @Sonos so £600 of speakers bricked. It is 14 days to cancel isn't it? @SkyHelpTeam I might be back soon!
