@bt_uk why do we pay for your internet when it crashes about 5-6 times a day!!! Sort it or cancel my so called deal
-
I, Dom Davis (@idomdavis) reported from Cromer, England
Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@bt_uk how can you possibly justify a 14.4% price increase? I've only just reduced my bill through updating my package and you've managed to claw back almost everything I saved, for a lower tier service. What a cynical business model you have.

@bt_uk Competitors are charging £10 less a month. I asked if there was any deal or offer you could provide as service has been less than adequate, at best. The answer was No. I’m showing that at a time where everybody is cutting back, you’re not competitive. You make it easy to leave.

@bt_uk Thanks Dee, It's not the line though - I'm connected at full speed.. it's slow routing inside your network after it hits the kit in the exchange.

andy whyte (@whyteuk) reported
according to the @ombudservices it is acceptable for @bt_uk to: -advertise a service that doesn’t exist. -promise an install on service -roll installation date back with no communication for months -eventually respond to the complaint and put a 7mo delay on useless fools.

Anita Curran (@neatzneatz) reported
@bt_uk my broadband is £29.99 per month. Yet from April it will be going up £4.97 more. THIS IS A CRAZY HUGE AMOUNT. DISGUSTING BY BT - blaming inflation is very bad practice.
-
Gary (@GWitcons) reported
@bt_uk James, a somewhat patronising reply after a request for help, it did occur to me to seek alternative validation but not possible. BT sold me a product, messed it up and yet you don’t even offer me a call back from someone who might help?. Shocking service #buyerbeware

Tom Holland (@Tomahol1) reported
58 days with no @bt_uk internet. 7 missed resolution dates. I've spent £57.15 on having no internet, owed £470.40 in compensation. Over these 58 days, @bt_uk CEO Philip Jansen has taken £417,600 in salary. Perhaps some of this could be more appropriately allocated. #stilloffline

Fraser Crawford (@FCrawfordArt) reported
@bt_uk can I ask why you’re advertising broadband at £31.99 but have told me I have to pay £60? Also could you tell me how to cancel it pls. Your website is v unclear #BT #PriceHike #CostOfLiving

Rachel Bramley (@RachellBramley) reported
@bt_uk When the internet drops it goes orange, then when it comes back it's blue. It never flashes multicolour like the fault website says? The engineer mentioned a potential fault in the area but didn't give any more information.

@bt_uk over 34 years as a BT customer. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Absolutely appalling service. Clearly customer service isn't important and loyalty means nothing. 🤬
