@bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

My recording of the semi final ended after 3h18 minutes. I wondered if @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey made as big a fuss of the Sterling / Mustafi incident as he and they did over the @vlindelof one in the week? I bet there was no mention 🤔 Funny that #agenda

Trying to watch football match on @btsport usual sound breaking up pixellating picture! I have the fastest broadband they offer and they still can’t get it right. This has happened for years. No problem with any other channels.

@btsport @bt_uk @BTGroup it's about time BT sorted out the ipc6023 error people have with the TV box. Got mine out of the box and can't watch any live channels due to this error. It's not a new error either. Been going on for years. Very poor service tbh.
