Well one good thing of being a @bt_uk customer is the banging Christmas Tunes on their ‘hold’ music; with the amount of time I’m calling them I could cancel my @SpotifyUK account! Shame actual service they ‘supply’ is worse than Lord Bendtner during his @Arsenal days

Anyone have contact details for BT's Technical Management Centre / TMC? My phone has been dead for NINE weeks since BT installed fibre broadband. Problem moved to TMC but they're not contacting me. @bt_uk

Latest update, @BT_uk Openreach now saying wont be out until 22nd Dec to repair the damaged caused by Virgin Media contractors. Absolutely appalling service, be 4 weeks without internet! Just not good enough at all 😡

@bt_uk That answers my question. You obviously don't own the fibre network in my street. Thus you are now charging me triple the price at 5% of the new speed. My customer loyalty to BT for 11 years is now costing me money.

Bloody hell, @bt_uk customer service ... 50 minutes I've been on the phone to reschedule the collection of a TV box - and nobody seems to know how to do it. You set it up last week ... 50 minutes 🙄😡!!
