Hey @btsport was there a known problem with the main wide angle camera in use at last night's #BARMUN match on #BTSport 2? Was barely watchable, but all the other close-up style or pitch-side cameras looked normal/fine

@bt_uk just for clarity we have had no Internet since 12:45 on the 16th of February, zero help from the diagnostics or service checker (which are saying everything is okay) I will update when connection resumes.

@btbusinesscare I have sent a DM as requested. For a small and fairly new business this has been terribly detrimental and caused all manner of stress and impediment. Lack of action and resolution has been truly excruciating.
