My recording of the semi final ended after 3h18 minutes. I wondered if @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey made as big a fuss of the Sterling / Mustafi incident as he and they did over the @vlindelof one in the week? I bet there was no mention 🤔 Funny that #agenda

@bt_uk About a day ago I got speaking with a really helpful woman from Dundee and she both understood what I was requesting, actioned it and has followed up as promised with a supporting email. That’s what customer service looks like. 👏
