Allen Heard (@AllenHeard) reportedHelp me out internet, I have a faulty @bt_uk disc, BT have given me fault reference, told to go back to @EE as I bought from them, (owned by BT anyway) product is guaranteed for 3 years, EE said they only replace within 30 days, each saying the other should replace. Help!!

Also surely you are in breach of contract by not providing the service that I am paying for. It took 11 hours to update and install my mobile. That can’t possibly be right.

Whilst the fault is not yet fixed and we are running off the previous owners broadband as the switchover has not yet happened we have, finally, made some progress and got someone to identify the issue.
