    So. It appears that #virginwifi has gone down. Thank goodness I am with @bt_uk providing a seamless connection. I can’t recall my Wi-fi ever dropping. Champion.

    @bt_uk lost broadband in Norwich NR6. Fault found... ...but an update by Thursday 17th??? Seriously, the last thing I need in 2020 is broadband to fail. Please, get a move on.

    @ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

    @broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

    Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

    @bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

    @bt_uk Ok BT so how come the Priority Fault Repair leaflet containing the form PHME 83925 to is not available online and furthermore the BT people on the phone when I ring 0800 800 150 as instructed on your own website have never heard of it? Let alone can send it.

    @petercardwell @talkRADIO Landlines = lifelines… have @bt_uk not learned anything from strom Arwen! Digital is not reliable enough. Until electricity supply is pipelined / weatherproofed this should not be done. This is levelling down!!

    @bt_uk Hello, yes but it said they will aim to fix the issue within 5 days. Which is a long time - especially given I'm working from home. Now relying on mobile hotspot with EE.
