    @bt_uk Need much more than a compensation as for the time I have spent calling and following up what has happened to my complaint, and all for a fault that was out my premises.

    @bt_uk how is it that when you own the backbone of broadband in the uk you still manage to provide service levels so far below any of your rivals? 2 weeks of failing service and no response from BT... rubbish

    @bt_uk lost broadband in Norwich NR6. Fault found... ...but an update by Thursday 17th??? Seriously, the last thing I need in 2020 is broadband to fail. Please, get a move on.

    So. It appears that #virginwifi has gone down. Thank goodness I am with @bt_uk providing a seamless connection. I can’t recall my Wi-fi ever dropping. Champion.

    Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

    My recording of the semi final ended after 3h18 minutes. I wondered if @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey made as big a fuss of the Sterling / Mustafi incident as he and they did over the @vlindelof one in the week? I bet there was no mention 🤔 Funny that #agenda

    Service received from BT advisors pathetic. Fault reported on my line on 1-09-2019 before 7pm did not send me a mini hub as their keep connected promise and could not be bothered to fix it till today as called them for the 7th time on 13-09-2019. @BTCare @bt_uk

    @jordysniper @btsportwwe @btsport I have asked the same question on more than one occasion! The biggest issue for me is the lack of response! Might as well cancel if the service isn’t going to be up to scratch! Very poor from @btsportwwe @btsport #badcustomerservice

    @bt_uk why is your internet so poor!!! I can’t even watch the football without it buffering!! Glad I can leave in 2 months to someone who will help us get what we are paying for

    @ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

    @bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

    @bt_uk BT email stopped working as I accessed it whilst abroad. What a joke. Now home even after restarting & following their process & steps still not working. Rely heavily on email for work. So annoying, frustrating & stupid as it can take up to 2 days to resolve. Pathetic

    @btsport why I’m I hearing women commenting on champions league nights all the time ok the premiership but it’s really doing my head in to be honest get some players that that have played in it I have to turn over the arsenal game coz it’s bad the Chelsea game for me anyways

    Hi @bt_uk can you advise me why I have had no Internet all week and whilst neighbours on same or lesser packages have been sent a hub, I am told I cannot unless I upgrade to your top package. We fail you, pay us more. Nice model

    @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness nice to know how helpful you both are, charity event on Saturday which requires WiFi ordered end of February with the stipulation it needs to be working for Saturday, text today to tell me that due to an issue with the order you have cancelled it
