    So. It appears that #virginwifi has gone down. Thank goodness I am with @bt_uk providing a seamless connection. I can’t recall my Wi-fi ever dropping. Champion.

    @bt_uk lost broadband in Norwich NR6. Fault found... ...but an update by Thursday 17th??? Seriously, the last thing I need in 2020 is broadband to fail. Please, get a move on.

    Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

    @bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

    @davie19tour @btsport 😛 you are easily the worst team to watch in England. Which is extremely sad thinking of the man utd teams I watched as a kid. Also I fully expect everyone to beat us 4-0 mate haha we spent nothing

    @broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

    @ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

    @jordysniper @btsportwwe @btsport I have asked the same question on more than one occasion! The biggest issue for me is the lack of response! Might as well cancel if the service isn’t going to be up to scratch! Very poor from @btsportwwe @btsport #badcustomerservice

    Service received from BT advisors pathetic. Fault reported on my line on 1-09-2019 before 7pm did not send me a mini hub as their keep connected promise and could not be bothered to fix it till today as called them for the 7th time on 13-09-2019. @BTCare @bt_uk

    Thank goodness @mrjakehumphrey and @btsport covered #ncfc v #Chelsea The unbalanced coverage from @BBCMOTD / @GaryLineker where it was Chelsea Chelsea Chelsea is rather poor.

    @emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services. Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

If it was Person of the match, I'd be inclined to agree. Player of the Match is still correct, it really shouldn't be an issue for anybody at all, there's no reason for that

    @bt_uk another day, another nightmare with your company. I've just received a scheduled call from your complaints team, but it cut off before I could answer as my signal dropped out & they haven't even bothered to try me again. This is after 5 hours on message/calls yesterday!

    I don't like to call out companies on here, but @bt_uk has made me absolutely livid this weekend. 7 hours I have wasted trying to get a resolution to a problem they made. I've been told lies; promised tasks haven't been done and calls to confirm action taken haven't been made...

    Fuming @bt_uk automatic cancelling complaints placed and not prepared to refund for 4 days with no Internet or TV package. Such poor customer service. Happy to pest to upgrade but not happy to make service work
