New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

Fault reported on my line on 1-09-2019 before 7pm did not send me a mini hub as their keep connected promise and could not be bothered to fix it till today as called them for the 7th time on 13-09-2019. @BTCare @bt_uk
