Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

Only sending out 1 disc at a time means you have to spend 40 minutes on the phone to BT on numerous occasions explaining why you need an additional disc
