Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reportedOver the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
