  • MortyMark Mark Newstead (@MortyMark) reported from Norwich, England

@ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

@bt_uk Our BT TV box has broken again and not even 2 years since you last replaced it. Stuck on a loading screen in a loop and nothing we have tried in attempts to reset it or access settings works. Very disappointing as we are likely going to lose all our recordings again!
