@bt_uk how is it that when you own the backbone of broadband in the uk you still manage to provide service levels so far below any of your rivals? 2 weeks of failing service and no response from BT... rubbish

My recording of the semi final ended after 3h18 minutes. I wondered if @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey made as big a fuss of the Sterling / Mustafi incident as he and they did over the @vlindelof one in the week? I bet there was no mention 🤔 Funny that #agenda

Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

@bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

@davie19tour @btsport 😛 you are easily the worst team to watch in England. Which is extremely sad thinking of the man utd teams I watched as a kid. Also I fully expect everyone to beat us 4-0 mate haha we spent nothing

@ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

@bt_uk lost broadband in Norwich NR6. Fault found... ...but an update by Thursday 17th??? Seriously, the last thing I need in 2020 is broadband to fail. Please, get a move on.

@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

@bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

@bt_uk I've checked my emails and I see it now. Just not clear why BT feels the need to squeeze an extra 3.9% for nothing, no extra service, no extra feature, nadda. Must be nice to get free money on top of the £431 million BT made last year. I stand by my comment - RIP OFF.

@bt_uk You give me nothing new in return. Just empty apologies and excuses. Of course I signed the contract without reading 1000s of lines of legal garbage, who does read it. Fair enough rise with inflation but the extra 3.9% is a joke. £450 to terminate now. FFS.

@bt_uk Thanks Janet. Don't mean to be impolite, but Are you a real person? I appreciate your reply, but Don't see why BT can't put a service update ou publicly. I know from social media (because I have a Vodafone mobile keeping me online) that hundreds , if not thousands are affected

-

@bt_uk Thanks for that - good to know, but we feel were being ignored here! So if you're blaming Openreach, why can't you pressure them for better info? Makes BT look bad. There are thousands of local people affected by this. I accept problems occur. Why can't you tell us about them?
