@bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

So. It appears that #virginwifi has gone down. Thank goodness I am with @bt_uk providing a seamless connection. I can’t recall my Wi-fi ever dropping. Champion.

@bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

Still no @bt_uk broadband or home phone for my neighbours and I since Friday as @OpenreachHelp despite having visited the damaged line have made no attempt to fix. Not great when single parent in remote blackspot area. 4 x being told fixed in 48 hours #stillnotfixed #notattempted

Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

@ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

Thinking of switching Broadband from @EE to @bt_uk? DON'T. Not only do you end up with 3 different phone numbers, you have no internet connection. Still on the phone to BT using my EE mobile - 59 minutes later. Oh yeah, and they both bill you for the same service too. #Shambles

Awful customer service from @bt_uk came to install internet but engineer couldn’t be arsed to turn up and promised they’d be there for months. Now left with a mini hub for 2+ months which barely works. No idea how im supposed to do my A levels with unstable bad wifi. Help

Football was destroyed with the creation of a "Champions League" in the 90's. How can teams who haven't won a league title in 30-50 years get to play there. And whilst it's right what some employees from Sky & BTSport have said about a Super League, they are part of the problem.
