Caroline Sauverin (@csauverin) reported from Brooke, England@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. -
Rhonda 💙 🇺🇦 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ (@rhondawainman) reported@bt_uk Tried that and the customer service agents kept cutting me off. Waste of bloody time.
-
Alexandra O'Byrne (@AlexaOByrne) reported@simboman @stokeygurl @bt_uk Could not agree more! During my many calls with BT I’ve been told this is affecting tens of thousands of customer accounts. Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.
-
Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
-
jack250213 (@e4290936) reported@bt_uk After some investigation I posit this as a reason for constant delays in my broadband applications. 'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine. I provided my real, verifiable details. Ask me—don't secretly track me'
-
Elek Eklund (@EklundElek) reported@tctantan @bt_uk @bt_uk a once great company is now CRAP so I’m not surprised by what you’re saying 🤙🏻 You should ask to see the itemised phone bill for the non existing service! 🤙🏻
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? It’s disproportionate for a simple task.
-
Nikki Anderson (@NikkiOsbor4715) reported@bt_uk OVERCHARGED by this awful company again.... emailed them...no response, telling me on twitter to phone them and wait for hours for the phone to be answered. Contract up soon cannot wait awful company. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK how can you overcharge me 🤬🤬
-
RaeRubyRae (@RaeRubyRaeK) reported@bt_uk You do sell customer info and I can prove it! So I can’t use the app unless I give you my mobile number is that what you’re telling me? There’s no other option?
-
bakerbird (@cakey12) reported@bt_uk been trying for 3 days now see my bill. Please don’t tell me you are not aware of any problems. How about telling me how this can be resolved. You emailed to say bill is available ……. All I get is 3 dancing dots !!!!!
