@ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

@davie19tour @btsport 😛 you are easily the worst team to watch in England. Which is extremely sad thinking of the man utd teams I watched as a kid. Also I fully expect everyone to beat us 4-0 mate haha we spent nothing

Matt (@scoop2far) reported from Norwich, England
@bt_uk how is it that when you own the backbone of broadband in the uk you still manage to provide service levels so far below any of your rivals? 2 weeks of failing service and no response from BT... rubbish
-
Caroline Sauverin (@csauverin) reported from Brooke, England
@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

Stephanie Kate (@StephanieHowksx) reported from Taverham, England
@bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?
-
Vineet Shah (@vineet_shah_007) reported from Norwich, England
@bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

Dave Montgomery (@GeordieCanary) reported from Thorpe St. Andrew, England
Thank goodness @mrjakehumphrey and @btsport covered #ncfc v #Chelsea The unbalanced coverage from @BBCMOTD / @GaryLineker where it was Chelsea Chelsea Chelsea is rather poor.

Marc Gridley 🔰 (@PlanetGridders) reported from Horsford, England
My recording of the semi final ended after 3h18 minutes. I wondered if @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey made as big a fuss of the Sterling / Mustafi incident as he and they did over the @vlindelof one in the week? I bet there was no mention 🤔 Funny that #agenda

Sean Kent 🏳️🌈 (@seanmkent) reported from Costessey, England
Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

@jordysniper @btsportwwe @btsport I have asked the same question on more than one occasion! The biggest issue for me is the lack of response! Might as well cancel if the service isn’t going to be up to scratch! Very poor from @btsportwwe @btsport #badcustomerservice

@bt_uk lost broadband in Norwich NR6. Fault found... ...but an update by Thursday 17th??? Seriously, the last thing I need in 2020 is broadband to fail. Please, get a move on.
-
Vineet Shah (@vineet_shah_007) reported from Norwich, England
@bt_uk Need much more than a compensation as for the time I have spent calling and following up what has happened to my complaint, and all for a fault that was out my premises.

Thoroughly disappointed in @bt_uk. I was told to place my order and had 14 days to cancel it all. Now told, less then 48 hours later that I can't!

@btsport why do I constantly have to login to your app every time I want to watch! Using a Roku stick. Everything up to date. Shouldn’t be happening!

How is baseball going to grow in the UK if @btsport does such a poor job of covering @GB_Baseball in a major tournament? Sometimes feels like @bsuk are fighting a losing battle. #WBC2023 #

-
Guy in London (@guy_in_london) reported
@btsport commentator asking "Is that full time?", and he is meant to be in the stadium! Pretty poor between him and Peter Walton. The panel with Rio, Cole and Hargreaves is pretty poor too. If it wasn't a monopoly, no one would pay for @btsport #CHEBVB
-
Cockney rebel (@Bethnalboi64) reported
@bt_uk just received your email detailing the price rises. These are tantamount to extortion considering that I live in Central London and you cannot be bothered to update my service to full fibre like all of the surrounding streets have. £70 a month for 5.5mbs is disgusting.
-
Matthew welburn (@ItIschewy) reported
@bt_uk I pay for your halo2 package but never get more than 90mbps, it's usually around 77mbps. Tops. I'm not being unreasonable, am I?
