    My recording of the semi final ended after 3h18 minutes. I wondered if @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey made as big a fuss of the Sterling / Mustafi incident as he and they did over the @vlindelof one in the week? I bet there was no mention 🤔 Funny that #agenda

    @bt_uk how is it that when you own the backbone of broadband in the uk you still manage to provide service levels so far below any of your rivals? 2 weeks of failing service and no response from BT... rubbish

    @bt_uk Need much more than a compensation as for the time I have spent calling and following up what has happened to my complaint, and all for a fault that was out my premises.

    @bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

    @bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

    @jordysniper @btsportwwe @btsport I have asked the same question on more than one occasion! The biggest issue for me is the lack of response! Might as well cancel if the service isn’t going to be up to scratch! Very poor from @btsportwwe @btsport #badcustomerservice

    @broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

    Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

    @ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

    @bt_uk Yes they have after “hours” on the phone and then they charged me £40 it’s an insult. @bt_uk got it wrong I’m disabled recovering from cancer I’ve no window on the world other this mobile my life is shut down! I’ve got to wait till 27 Oct! And I told you Oct 3 it was happening !
