@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

  • scoop2far
Matt (@scoop2far) reported from Norwich, England

@bt_uk how is it that when you own the backbone of broadband in the uk you still manage to provide service levels so far below any of your rivals? 2 weeks of failing service and no response from BT... rubbish

  • justinhoward6
Justin BUSTER Howard⭐⭐🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 (@justinhoward6) reported from Norwich, England

In the interest of honesty, I can honestly say Steve McManaman is a horrible scouse pr**k who stole a living kicking a ball about only surpassed by him keeping the numerous medical departments in jobs @btsport #chemil

Mark Newstead (@MortyMark) reported from Norwich, England

@ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

  • vineet_shah_007
Vineet Shah (@vineet_shah_007) reported from Norwich, England

@bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

@bt_uk absolutely disappointing service from you! 4 missed installation appointments, 4 days of annual leave WASTED!!!! Please tell me how much annual has to be used before you will actually connect the service so I can have WiFi to work from home and watch tv? Exhausting!

  • SConwaySmith
    Simon Conway-Smith (@SConwaySmith) reported

If @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!

  • Sudo_1962
    susie dolphin (@Sudo_1962) reported

@btbusinesscare broadband cable has come down in the road and now several residential and business premises without broadband for 4 days. Estimated repair date moves forward on a daily basis. How long will this take? Will I receive a discount off my bill for no service?

  • SimonRoxburgh
    Simon Roxburgh (@SimonRoxburgh) reported

@bt_uk @BTBusiness shocking service today. Over an hour being bounced between departments, kept on hold, more automated voices, chat bots, crappy apps and all I want to do is talk to someone who can sort things out, properly.

@BTCare your at arrangement with EE WiFi are a joke - asking to verify getting a code then losing the screen before being able to use the code is rubbish! Why do I pay such an exorbitant sum for such crap service? #BTrubbish

@bt_uk since my full fibre was installed my connection has been rubbish, you checker on the website found an issue your end but then I just get trapped in a ongoing loop of uselessness from your 'help bot'(which I can't actually type a reply to)how do I actually resort this issue?

  • JohnB_Rivendell
    John Brett (@JohnB_Rivendell) reported

@btbusinesscare Since the last 2 updates (8.2.6 & 8.2.7) the app doesn’t work properly. Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.
