Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. Fault reported on my line on 1-09-2019 before 7pm did not send me a mini hub as their keep connected promise and could not be bothered to fix it till today as called them for the 7th time on 13-09-2019. @BTCare @bt_uk

Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.
