-
CARL ROBINSON (@CARLOSUK01) reported@btbusinesscare please cancel my order as you seem incapable of delivering a service and can’t even manage to transfer me to a supervisor to escalate my complaint when you change my installation yet again - that’s almost 4 weeks waiting now 🙁
-
Duncan Anderson 🍃🔋⚡️🤖 (@duncsand) reported@neural_theory @bt_uk No way to cancel on the website and I really had to hunt to find the phone number - they're trying their hardest to make it difficult.

julian hines-dedman (@dedmans) reported@adarkelimited @bt_uk It takes days to speak to someone in a far away country then you discover they have made two other accounts in your misspelt name and then decide in the ether that you broken those contracts and swipe £460 from your bank account!!

Simon Conway-Smith (@SConwaySmith) reportedIf @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!
-
Trainstation Fitness (@tsfitness2) reportedWe’re really sorry to all our customers affected by the ongoing internet outage. Our service has been disrupted and, despite relying on BT Business for support, we’ve been left without the help we urgently need. We know this has caused frustration and inconvenience @bt_uk
