    Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

    @jordysniper @btsportwwe @btsport I have asked the same question on more than one occasion! The biggest issue for me is the lack of response! Might as well cancel if the service isn’t going to be up to scratch! Very poor from @btsportwwe @btsport #badcustomerservice

    @bt_uk how is it that when you own the backbone of broadband in the uk you still manage to provide service levels so far below any of your rivals? 2 weeks of failing service and no response from BT... rubbish

    @broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

    So. It appears that #virginwifi has gone down. Thank goodness I am with @bt_uk providing a seamless connection. I can’t recall my Wi-fi ever dropping. Champion.

    @bt_uk lost broadband in Norwich NR6. Fault found... ...but an update by Thursday 17th??? Seriously, the last thing I need in 2020 is broadband to fail. Please, get a move on.

    Service received from BT advisors pathetic. Fault reported on my line on 1-09-2019 before 7pm did not send me a mini hub as their keep connected promise and could not be bothered to fix it till today as called them for the 7th time on 13-09-2019. @BTCare @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

    @bt_uk Need much more than a compensation as for the time I have spent calling and following up what has happened to my complaint, and all for a fault that was out my premises.

    @bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

    @ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

    @bt_uk omg what an absolutely rubbish company for customer service. Placed an order in July and still not what I asked for. Engineer booked yesterday, stayed in for 2 hours but did not arrive. Tried to call but in a queue for over an hour. Shocking service no one cares.

    @bt_uk Hi, we are getting at best 3mbps but are paying for an upgraded service. Engineer called multiple times and doesn't look like we will get any better until we get fill fibre. Can we get a refund?

    @MickRaine6 @bt_uk Well that I’m afraid is BT, which is why I’m with Virgin. Not the cheapest by a long way but I’ve never had any real problems with them.

    @EE @bt_uk making a big song and dance about uninterrupted Wi-Fi using EE, yesterday I experienced a power cut and when I tried to get emergency help via my EE mobile, it wouldn't connect to internet, who's fault is it, BT say it's you guys?

    @bt_uk good morning, the internet is down and My BT app says BT is aware and is trying to fix the problem. I’m on BT Halo package with a mini hub, could you please turn it on so I can continue to get wifi coverage? Thank you
