New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

Karen Shepherd (@karenonthetwit) reported@bt_uk never dealt with such an incompetent set up.Fibre promise-3 months, 3 visits, 2 days of lost earnings, literally hours on hold then to be told no one knows what’s happening again. Couldn’t even complain/escalate. Your hub is on doorstep come and collect we are busy.
