    I think @BTCare should win an award for taking over 2 years to issue me a refund on my bill 😂 stop sending me bills with refunds on if you will never issue the cheque. 🙄

    @bt_uk Check your DMs from me, I’ve done this plenty of times and nothing ever gets resolved, it’s a waste of time and we’re stuck in a contract with a poor service

    @BTCare try to watch channels...it clicks on TV signal week or lost.i attempt to go and search why and that don't work either 🤔 pay money for f..all

    @bt_uk i’m having continued BT Wi-fi issues. i’m getting a disc, but the problem is with my devices connecting- they drop out all the time, but the hub stays blue. I’ve been advised to do a factory reset, which I have, currently my phone won’t connect. Please can someone help?

    @bt_uk my internet has been going down for 10 minutes at a time twice between 8am and 9am both yesterday and today, hope this is not going to continue. What could be the cause of this?

    @bt_uk It's a fault with the whole area according to your app. 2 days estimate as of yesterday for fixing it. So I don't think that calling will help.

    @bt_uk I set the router up myself in the end. I was expecting the engineer for line activation and it was already activated so with the unexpected cancellation I set it up myself. Just annoying with all the engineer is on their way and paid service that was cancelled beyond my control
