@bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

Service received from BT advisors pathetic. Fault reported on my line on 1-09-2019 before 7pm did not send me a mini hub as their keep connected promise and could not be bothered to fix it till today as called them for the 7th time on 13-09-2019. @BTCare @bt_uk

@ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

@bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

@HywelPlaidCymru @bt_uk Can confirm that BT have not helped and said my case wont be looked into until 29th Dec which means the new year I still wont have a service. I have been lied to here from BT as notes show what the engineer needs to do and now they are happy for myself to go without a service.

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk They’re awful. Not only did they deliver my router to the wrong address, they also disconnected the Internet at that address and then told me and the folks there that we had to wait a month for them to sort it. Switched to Sky, super happy now.

@bt_uk I have the mini hub but isnt great. Wont connect to tv as the tv pro I would doing via Wifi and the charge is awful as after use loses connection and charge and have to charge again. Isnt a good enough wifi alternative but thank you to Sharon your help.

@bt_uk This is not a good service at all and even when looked at from 29th Dec this means still no service into the new year because of BT not doing their job they are paid to do. Very dissapointed customer.
