Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

Once I have picked up the phone, my day is already interrupted, I don’t want to then have to find a website to report it.

Unless I'm getting a ring after 5pm, I doubt I'll hear back. WILL BT EVER, PLEASE, FOLLOW UP ON YOUR ACTIONS? Oh, I mean your actual service.
