New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

mister cutts (@mi5ter_c) reported@bt_uk Thank-you Lesley, unfortunately I had seen that, and via mybt there is no ability to 'Click on Settings & then Account' because your faq screen view help is from a previous website configuration. There is no setting to click on to add a new account.
