    Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

    @bt_uk Thanks. They weren't a great deal of help, as it's with @RoyalMailHelp somewhere. Supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Our postman has been today and not delivered anything so little hope of anything today... how can I get online in the meantime?

    @bt_uk not impressed as a new customer that we've received a virtual card, gone to use it and because we didn't activate within 3 months (2 weeks out) we can't use it. Absolute waste and you're already putting our bill up! Shocking service.

    @Bernard_Stedman @bt_uk I've found it's a bit of a nightmare getting the required support and information. The teams are poorly briefed and consequently give out conflicting information. It all still feels a bit of a mess.

    @bt_uk Apparently the current hub we have doesn't work? He tri3d various ports on the hub and reset it several times.

    @bt_uk I’ve never been so badly let down by terrible service and constant promises to resolve issues you have caused ! Another 3 hours on hold waiting for a resolution that doesn’t work

    Hi @bt_uk I've scarsely been able to play music on my @sonos today. Now this could be due to @sonos. But it is also likely down to you as my laptop keeps failing too. So how about you refund my money?

    199 days since @bt_uk were supposed to install my broadband. they continue to advertise to my neighbors that it is available and still continue with their cavalier attitude towards customer service. even @ombudservices don’t think it’s unreasonable. shambles the lot of them.

    @bt_uk Dear BT , I'm ur customer for last 12 months. Due to my son medical emergency moving to India. when I check to disconnect my service, team saying to pay the penalty of £250+ for breaking the contract. I'm happy with BT service but due to uncertainty I'm moving to Ind #BT
