@bt_uk I did Tasha; but only to confirm that my contract of £46.99 a month for 1mps (sometimes 0.4) is correct; there is no fault (alt. BT engineers say it’s very poor) therefore there is now a £720.34 cancellation fee. As you can see from time of tweet; can’t sleep! @CitizensAdvice

@bt_uk can you explain why, as a current customer, the upgrades/offers you can offer me are over £50 a month however if I was a new customer in the area I would get it free until 2023 and then only pay £30.99 a month. Make it make sense please?? Why can I not access this offer?

@hibernoanglais @bt_uk @Hyperoptic I see nothing but negative posts around Hyperoptic and their service, despite offering a really attractive package. Their service area is also tiny. Worth some research.

@bt_uk as a loyal customer who has been with you for 3 years, I would expect to receive a decent upgrade offer. Not being asked to pay more!
