today is a slow day 1hour 25minutes to download an image on @bt_uk which is only 20mb Ill understand 2GB or more. Ill get the usual BS they are giving me the speed, but why should I pay the same monthly fee for (dialup) broadband as someone who actually gets FAST broadband?

@BTGroup @bt_uk Would be good to get a service where I can get WiFi in anything other than the room the hub is in. Even that can be intermittent!

@bt_uk engineer aparently cut the entryphone cable and used it for their system. Now I'm faced with a big bill to fix. Three calls to BT, thrice put on hold and each time after 25 minutes or so cut off

@bt_uk I have someone assisting in the way that they can with checking my router again myself, but I have still not had the requested call back from a manager regarding my complaint. 15mins turned into 5 hours.
