@paullewismoney @bt_uk BT have a duty of care, to ensure anyone with emergency access needs can always get through to their support. Elderly for example with life line devices, that don't have broadband or a mobile phone need support 24/7 from BT

@bt_uk Well, finally an operative who seems to care. I have been promised a call back from him personally on Monday, to hopefully put an end to this appalling lack of customer care. Let’s wait and see, I’m not holding my breath….

@paullewismoney @bt_uk This is ridiculous. There is no mobile signal where my inlaws live. We get multiple power cuts for hours at a time in the country. Can't believe it's actually going to happen.

@mrjakehumphrey You’ve really shown yourself up here. What an embarrassing tweet. Wouldn’t exactly call you an early adopter. More better late than never. Podcasts reached over 100m people in 2020, a bit more than 200,000 who watch BTSport

@DiscVisc @bt_uk I took out BT broadband and telephone service yesterday 03/03/22 how do I get my £110.00 voucher from you especially as I went through your site?

@paullewismoney @bt_uk That's a disaster. As a former primary school admin, we had to call parents often during power cuts. Latterly by plugging in an old phone. How do kids get sent home now when there's no heating or food ? No power, no communications, no emergency help. Won't just be schools either.

@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.
