@bt_uk There’s no fault on the line, it’s the crap internet I’m paying for! Fibre build is 95% done and has been for 5yrs but @networkrail need to allow access to complete. Sort it out between yourselves before I remove your poles from my garden!!

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail @bt_uk I'm not happy at all. Post women never delivered my parcel on Thursday for my BT Router. Iv now got no internet untill Monday. She didn't even call me like I requested. She was meant to leave with caretaker. I want some sort of compensation

Still no internet or telephone line having moved over a week ago. Thanks @bt_uk for not fulfilling your promises despite the notice we gave. Useless service when we are relying on internet for work. Any reimbursement?

@bt_uk when you refuse to offer a refund for someone who has slowest internet going, yet allow them to upgrade and then refuse a refund because you claim the small print says they wouldn’t get more than slow!! Profit over people

@bt_uk if anyone is thinking of joining BT please don't. They can't deliver what they say they can. There whole house WiFi is a joke it does not work. The halo 2 is a ripoff and not worth the money. When you have trouble not much help,so if you need broadband look some elsewhere
