@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

@LozzaFox @virginmedia Probably the WORST customer service out there. Mis-sold me a contract by offering to end my @bt_uk contract early. That was over a year ago and I’m still fighting to get back the £318 owed. Plus once you leave the room that the router is in your Wi-fi goes back to dial-up speed

@WeAreOpenreach Well that's lovely. But you know what would be even lovelier? If @Openreach would fix the bloody fibre connection outside my house so I can FINALLY get my Internet connection from @bt_uk. I signed-up for the service six months ago. SIX MONTHS. 😡

What is going on with customer service at the moment?? I know it’s busy but all I need is a bit of help, and with @TSB @O2 and @bt_uk all I’m met with is people who can’t be bothered?? Never experienced anything like it in my life.

@bt_uk Are you able to provide an update for me? Engineer came out but went again. Just looking for a time he will be back today but the number I got sent in a text by BT doesnt work

Bad start to Tuesday as our @bt_uk fibre is dead as a duck and they can't get an engineer out to us until tomorrow... so please forgive the team's jumpy video call quality and don't ask us to share our screens...!

@bt_uk Looked into upgrading my BT Halo 1 package to Halo 2 it offers the same broadband speeds that's not upgrading.Sure you get 24/7 engineer calls and a little box that boosts piss poor wireless speeds more the 15 feet away from the router but come on,it's not much.

@bt_uk Been waiting since 14 Dec for delivery of Wi-fi 600 kit. Have made 3 very long phone calls to chase, including one yesterday where I was on for over 2 hours! Left my number with Manager in Sales who promised someone would call me back. So far, nothing. Help. Please.
