    @bt_uk Was assured by @bt someone from Openreach would contact me today, it didn't happen AGAIN. Told I was the highest priority, yeah right. This needs a solution, apathy isn't it. Let down for the umpteenth time.

    @bt_uk No connectivity and been in contact with your faults team twice over the past 2 days and still no resolution. Been told an engineer will take two weeks. Chat assistant has now said engineer will be with us in 48 hours but since I have been fobbed off twice already. Please help

    @bt_uk Came home to no internet, tried calling but phone gets shut down and I am asked to solve my problem through a text message that doesn't make sense. I need to talk to an actual person to explain and tell me when this is going to get sorted.

    @bt_uk For the second time in 3 weeks BT has been unable to progress my upgrade to full fibre order with Openreach. What on earth is going on at BT? I’ve been a customer for 15 years - maybe it’s time to try @TalkTalk?
