@bt_uk A new customer can get 900mb from you for £59.99. Why can’t an existing customer get this. There wouldn’t be any equipment cost to you as I already have it. Trying to up sell packages with hybrid connect is just trying to rip off existing customers.

@bt_uk I am not on my 17th day without broadband after it has been cancelled without my approval. A neighbour added my address by mistake and i am now 17 days without connection. Your customer service and resolution has been appalling

My broadband failed last night and credit where it's due, @bt_uk service was immaculate. They noticed a fault on my line kept me well informed of the situation. Woke up this morning and it's back on already 👏👏👏
