@bt_uk Investigate what further? I already have an engineer coming on Wednesday for my issue. I was just making public my issue and my findings for others to know how poorly the service and the treatment of staff is. Though, as an employee I'm sure you're no doubt aware. Join a union ✊

It's not the flaky connection or the courteous but ultimately unhelpful phone answerers that are the killer. It's the hope that gets me. The hope that this time THIS TIME they will actually fix the effin broadband @BTCare @bt_uk

Never known an internet provider as bad as @bt_uk employees that lie, accounts that “delete themselves” lazy managers who can’t be arsed to call you back even though promised multiple times. What a disgrace of a company 👀👀

Hey @bt_uk I’ve had terrible internet, terrible customer service and now I actually have no broadband. I’ve reported you to the ombudsman for repeated failures, deception and repeatedly closing my unresolved case. I’m looking forward to my big refund and compensation
