God why is @bt_uk broadband so awful? It's very stressful when you rely on it - I've been trying to reset my router for the last two hours. Had 2 engineers out too and it's still crap. I can't wait till the contract with them ends and I definitely won't go with them ever again.

@bt_uk My TV, which is HDMI connected to my PC, keeps telling me that the connection has been lost from my router. My router tells me, through the symbol, that I'm connected. It's a mystery. Solution please, what is going on?

My family has received absolutely appalling customer service from @bt_uk. In the wake of a loss of our loved one, this has been an added upset and stress which has cost us a lot of time and is yet to be resolved. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company.

@bt_uk I’m still waiting for this call and not getting any happier. I didn’t speak to anyone yesterday morning despite what your records are showing, and I certainly haven’t given consent for my complaint to be closed. Please can someone call me by 11am today.
