@bt_uk @sacosw I was given BT Voice, wasn't asked if I wanted it, wasn't told I could go back to landline (only in first 14 days), and the damn thing doesn't accept incoming calls! 3 mths now, 3 missed hospital appts, 2 missed doctor appts. What an absolute shambles!

@btsport has no right to show the @ChampionsLeague Even worse they have no right to have it exclusively on their YouTube channel for highlights given the fact that their broadband service is totally and utter crap.

@paullewismoney @bt_uk I took my landline off my BT account as I never use it and saved £360 which is less than half of my energy bill increase but a good start 👍

@bt_uk I didn't realise this was an additional service. Thought it was just to be reliable for all customers. You have just made me wait 6 days for someone to come round and check that I wasn't lying to you about the fault. A 5 min visit to be like "yep that doesn't work"
