Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@bt_uk this is untrue you have sent me an email closing the complaint and blackballed me to go to ombusdman as deadlock.i rely on panic alarm and lifeline to live here and not got working internet confirmed by u u are purting me at serious risk of harm because without it i can die

@bt_uk @GemmaCarter23 why u still premoting this company 2yrs later and praying on the vulnerable cold calling when areas ban this?this and refusing to fix my line so disability aids not working or police panic line.what if my abuser attacks me or i have another heart attack these device wont work!

@bt_uk my disability details went missing complaints no sports still sport. definition of discrimination is if u complain about discrimination then refused service because of it even with me putting my life in danger as disability aids panic alarm linked.u saidyes to refusinghelp

@bt_uk been told this is untrue today. nobody at bt get story right with each other thanks for blackballing me and refusung support when vulnerable adult with panic alsrms etc relying on net stable. i look forward to the ombudsan as logged it yesterday and more today. section 7 pls data
