@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

I ask for a complaint to be logged, as I was misled. Had I known been told risk was there, I'd have gone a diff route. Later that in the call, I'm told by @BTCare agent she's closed the complaint!🤬🤬 How do you take a complaint, then just close it yourself! Pointless complaint!

@BTCare I have tech booked for 13/11/21 between 10am - 12pm. I want this cancelled now. I cannot cancel online through booking and I’m not waiting over 30mins on the phone…that is a complete joke! Cancel it now !!

@bt_uk The engineer has just turned up. Turns out he hadn’t been working remotely as told on the phone. So I’m glad I didn’t leave the house! Really poor service and communication.
