    @bt_uk why is your internet so poor!!! I can’t even watch the football without it buffering!! Glad I can leave in 2 months to someone who will help us get what we are paying for

    @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

    @bt_uk you’ve emailed me three times now over the past three months with a digital voice activation date, and each time it never happened. Your chat help times out after 20 minutes and your call centre doesn’t pick up. Do you have an email address or postal address so I can contact you?

    Three days without phones or the internet after a tree fell and not one word to anyone in our Suffolk village from @bt_uk. The tree was removed today but no one came to fix the line so another day in the dark. Shame on you.

    @bt_uk can you fix your website so people can actually log in! Put details in, get texted a code, put code in, go to look at acc & get taken back to password page… round & round 🔁 🙄 If you want people to pay their bills it’s quite useful to let them see their acc 🤨
