@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

@bt_uk 100m across the road an up graded service is provided and excuse me for being cynical, an Open Reach engineer lives in that road! To change to another system would incur a £600 fee to BT!

@bt_uk After countless issues with BT bband since 2019 my latest gift from them, is slow speed(<10MB)until Tuesday, all Easter weekend, until they can be bothered to send an engineer. Thanks BT.
