@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@bt_uk Very poor customer service, BT forcing customers onto EE without putting customer service in place meaning we are still paying full contract rate for our 2 mobiles, rather than SIM only deal.

@bt_uk Actually don't bother, I've given up trying to get help or information from you when the only way to contact is by written letter. You deliberately make contacting you difficult and complaining is almost impossible. Such underhand methods is a disgrace and I'm leaving BT.

@bt_uk I'm good thanks. You've laid full fibre cable just outside our front door, but you're not going to upgrade our line and instead are bypassing us. Why would I stick with that? You wint even sort the issue that happens every winter and pass the buck to @OpenreachHelp instead.

@bt_uk The extra hour wasted trying to speak to customer service, without any success. Customer Service incorrect name, can't change to lower tariff despite being out of contract.

@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer since Broadband was rolled out. Love the TV package etc. But with service of 14Mbps I’m afraid the relationship is about to end. Superfast you say - in my dreams….

@bt_uk Our Broadband provider can send something but the immediate issue is your BT line and why it takes 4 days to repair and on an update from you might be the 11/11. Poor service do you not agree?

@bt_uk coming to the end of my contract and seriously considering leaving you as I am not happy with how BT treat their staff, and the broadband is far too expensive, and does not hold up to having multiple devices connected to it...
