@bt_uk I moved house on 4th Oct. When moving your analyst advised I could renew my broadband / tv packages for better specification but same price as my previous bill. Now ive had my latest bill & its £20 / £30 MORE. Was on hold for 30mins and gave up! Help please! #btlied

@bt_uk So anyone reading this in the High Wycombe near town and having issues, the street level equipment (junction box) was involved in a car accident hence we are offline, its only taken 2 phone calls and an online chat this very helpful tweet to get that info

@bt_uk Your WiFi is beyond a joke, might as well go back to dial up. Paying for a top package and I have to turn wifi off on my phone cause its so poor. Keep getting told its the hub but we've had 3 bt hubs now and they're all as bad as each other. Diabolical BT as usual

@bt_uk arrived home with a broadband fault which is apparently outside our home and an engineer will fix it by 8 November. This seems an awfully long time.
