    @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

    @bt_uk Nothing was sorted only just got off from speaking to your advisor. Sort that app of yours out it's broken more than It works

    @bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.

    @bt_uk Hi, I have just signed in to the BT account and the last bill says (Final bill). Next to the BT account No it says (Inactive). I was in credit and this was sent to my bank account. So I'm guessing its ok to cancel.

    @jayclark0106 @EE @bt_uk Yes considering they are "the UK's biggest broadband provider" the service is not great. Already spent time on the phone to them and it still drops out regularly......
