@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

Had a few calls from 02083378335, saying she was from @bt_uk claiming the Internet was not working properly. A very rude and dismissive person said she would disconnect me. Not even with BT.

@bt_uk Hi, I did the trouble shooting it stated the broadband was down and it could take up to 24hrs to fix I have the permanent orange ring on my hub.

@bt_uk Erm, we're on BT, our connection appalling. a town of 60,000 people, and we don't even have FTC, we can't get a stable connection above 1mb down.

Will never understand why @BTCare and @TalkTalk both have YouView boxes with just 2 tuners!! Not competitive at all since Sky and Virgin have 6/7 —- 4 tuners minimum are required these days

I made so many phone calls to them arguing I even threatened to stop the payments in the bank and she said you’ll be breaking your contract I said you’ve already broke it by not supplying me with a service you’ve promised Eventually they did it free of charge

@bt_uk I'm a BT Full Fibre 100 customer paying £39.99 a month and I've just recommended my neighbour who is switching over but he's getting Full Fibre 300 for the same price. Are you able to upgrade me for the same price?
