@bt_uk Thanks, but you and others haven't understood my tweet. It is not because I can't afford it. It's about a 2-year contract which can go up in cost by large amounts without people being able to cancel it. It could at least be yearly.

@btsport I've paid for this ppv and you keep cutting the sound on interviews and corner instructions. By definition I'm over 18 and have bought the ppv....could you treat us like adults as this is not an ofcom requirement. As ever you're ripping off your customers.

@bt_uk Hi I have no internet in Barnsley S71, restarted my hub several times but the light is still orange & I can't check the service status as someone messed up when allocating the phone number & removed the digital voice service from my package.

@bt_uk Hi, I have been impressed with BT so far, you guys have arranged a 'Halo' wifi backup to be sent Monday. Just hope it works. Wifi is still down due to the fallen tree & we've been advised it will be back Wednesday latest. Thank you.

@bt_uk my fibre to the premise has been down since Thursday, it now has a blue light but DL throughput is just 0.04mbps. The whole area is affected, what is going on in the Stirchley/Kings Heath area of Birmingham?!!

@Hells4Heroes @bt_uk Sky uses the Openreach network, which is the same network other broadband providers like BT and EE use. Maybe worth a look
