@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

@bt_uk plugged in new hub and disc, all ok then flashing purple, reboots and resets didn’t fix it. Put the old hub back in and still purple! 4g hybrid connect is giving me 7mb download!!!! No engineer until Tuesday, 6 days away. I need this resolved asap as I can’t do my job!

@jlagrue @bt_uk Hope you get an answer because my WiFi went down 3 weeks ago and they're still not showing any interest in fixing it. All they do is ask you to "pop your details for DPA" and your forgotten about. Lost my job because they can't send a trained engineer for the job

Day 20 of total loss of service for broadband and phone while @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk do ??? to fix it. In a menstrual cycle, day 20 is when *** starts to appear!

My 94 year old Grandma with mobility issues has phone line cut early, switching to digital by @bt_uk. None of the equipment delivered blaming @RoyalMail. She's got a personal alarm that can't be used. Home phone can't be used @Ofcom how can vulnerable people be left like this??

@JNRaeside @bt_uk You may guess what I think of @bt_uk customer services from the fact that they tried to aggressively upsell packages to my recently bereaved mum when she told them repeatedly she just wanted them to take my dad's name off the account.
