Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@bt_uk Wasted another day with extremely poor Internet connection that your engineers cannot fix, I am honestly disappointed that BT expect me to pay £7 more per month for a satisfactory connection, so what have I been paying £30.99 for? You should have upgraded for free!

@bt_uk 'My information' that includes anything that identifies me address, account number etc. I hardly think that compensation identifies me! Help? No, you want use DM as a means of keeping things away from public facing. I could of course screenshot from DM and post anyway?

@BTCare 1) Hi, can you pls help? Our landline's down & we've had no dial tone for 2 wks. I'm a carer for my dad & was away for the night. Must have phoned the house at least 30 x & it just kept ringing, not cutting to the answerphone. It didn't ring at all at home..

@bt_uk They didn’t , but now my original hub is not working , I have a pink flashing light , but apparently it’s due to the change over meant to be today for the hubs , but it worked fine 20 mins after the engineer left
