    @bt_uk why is your internet so poor!!! I can’t even watch the football without it buffering!! Glad I can leave in 2 months to someone who will help us get what we are paying for

    @martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.

    @bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

    @bt_uk I'm not phoning again. I've had two complaints open both closed with no contact. Genuinely what is the point of calling. You will log a complaint again and then ignore me again. Genuinely the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
