Day 4 without broadband. Seems everyone at @bt_uk is trained to be polite, well meaning and incompetent. 4G mini-hub still has no network either (I guess BT can't activate sims correctly either). Hope the engineer coming tomorrow is not typical of the peeps I've dealt with so far

@bt_uk Hi Clare, I have managed to sign laptop into BTWifi using the new email & password set up thru online help today. So, many thanks. Not succeeded in signing in iPhone or TV yet, but they're less important.

@bt_uk You have plenty of tools to measure internet speeds yourself. The service I am receiving is utter garbage, and it's abusive to the degree BT is the only supplier available in this building. Be proactive if you care.

@teadrinker68 @bt_uk @BT Really? Guys next door have Virgin and it's been seamless for years. Customer service with BT has got better though, but their offering here is poor.
