@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

As if being a university student in 2021 and relying entirely on online services to get a degree isn’t hard enough, my @bt_uk WiFi has been down for 4 days and I’m still waiting to be told when it will be fixed👍🏼

@KirstyLFC1892 Virgin broadband is fast but tv is ****, went back to sky a couple years ago, just got a new deal full package with btsport and multi-room and there new broadband, £89.00 just tell them you want to drop your package down as your finding it hard, should give you a better deal

@bt_uk please can I have the home phone numbers for "Peter" and "Andrew" who call my house atleast once every day, dispite me asking them to take us off their list, we are not BT customers& this is not persuading me to become one! Is there a complaint email for spam phone calls?!

@bt_uk I’m trying to connect to customer service since Friday and no one #answers. It’s a 30 minute wait every time and it’s annoying coz it never gets answered even if you hold for 30 mins.

@bt_uk Morning. So although I had a problem with my WiFi disc an engineer was sent out this morning but he only deals with connections from the street box to the house. He said engineers are not allowed on the house due to Covid. Not sure how I'm ever going to get the WiFi disc sorted?

@bt_uk Oh, absolutely not BT's fault. Just might have hoped Openreach would give an actual reason at least to BT as the service provider! Knowing if it is on property issues, off property etc is useful, esp. as renters. Or if FTTC was coming (given FTTP is going out from same cabinet)
