@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

@bt_uk we don't have any internet in RG40 area. I can't find a way to check if services are down on your website (except only if I have my landline number - who below the age of 30 knows this). We tried the old restart, unplug etc

@bt_uk I’m attempting to become a new customer, so far I have tried to ordered twice, got order number, no receipts and cannot track on your website as it hangs. Shall I try another provider?

@bt_uk I have checked the database and registered interest yes. I honestly wonder if it is some oversight or issue in the database since it is a very central place with fibre nearby.
