@btsport Is there actually any watchable ‘sport’ on @btsport or do just get buffering freezing crashing (every 5-10 mins) endless advertising (inappropriate for younger viewers) & vapid inept puerile commentators? Because if this is it your service isn’t worth the subscription.

@bt_uk desperately trying to renew my contract but no one wants to seem to help, emailed one offer, phone up to get and told £5 more! Been a customer for over 15 years and it feels like BT not bothered if I stay or not! Anyone help before my contract runs out!

@bt_uk But don’t worry…spent another hour on the phone, only to be told that they can’t do anything as OpenReach haven’t replied to any calls/emails/requests. However, some good news. I’ve been told I can cancel my 2 year Fibre to Home contract with BT because they’re garbage! 👏👏👏

@bt_uk Intermittent problem since June. Your engineer today ‘at distance’ having rebooted the hub measured download speed at 4.7. Not very impressive!

so i live in a quite big house and my @bt_uk WiFi is shocking in some rooms i have tried all things even bt engineers could not fix it , then i tried the BT AX3700 mesh Wi-Fi expensive kit like and guess what its AMAZING just ordered another 3 coming soon, MESH is the WAY guys
