@bt_uk why do we pay for your internet when it crashes about 5-6 times a day!!! Sort it or cancel my so called deal

  • CanaryGabriel Angela Gray (@CanaryGabriel) reported from Cromer, England

@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

@bt_uk As I’ve said previously, it’s not me that has problem,it’s my mom & neighbours but they can’t complain because their phones &/or internet are down! Some are with you,my mom is with @Plusnet. I live in same street but my (& others) phone & internet is fine (coz we’re fibre?) 😤

  • n4ssie live slug reaction (@n4ssie) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I was thinking of getting the Full Fibre 150 deal, but I am intending to move addresses by summer. Is that an issue?

  • bella_caridade Bella Caridade-Ferreira (@bella_caridade) reported

@bt_uk Gosh, are you saying that your systems are so bad you can't search for a surname? That's dreadful system design right there.

  • plod1956 Keith Farrow (@plod1956) reported

@sacosw @paullewismoney @bt_uk One answer to lack of mobile coverage at your home is to use a network that has Wi-Fi calling. Not going to solve all problems, but will help a lot.

  • jayesstoo JayEss2 (@jayesstoo) reported

@sacosw @paullewismoney @bt_uk Ditto although since changing from BT mobile to Vodafone, I now get a signal! Although could be a problem when upgrade to 5G as I can't afford a new compatible mobile handset. And have to pay surcharge on broadband for being in a non urban area so limited choice & higher price.

  • ShireBeds Shire Beds (@ShireBeds) reported

@btbusinesscare The short term issue is now resolved but our long term issue remains - we look forward to having this resolved by yourselves

  • TheGingerGuy22 The Ginger Guy (@TheGingerGuy22) reported

@bt_uk I'm trying to track a fault and to my understanding 2 are on my account, 1 stating slow connection (not correct as there is no connection) 2 no land line calls available ( I don't have a landline phone) I'm now on day 4 without connection to broadband services

  • _RyBrown Ryan Brown (@_RyBrown) reported

@daveazzopardi @bt_uk Had the same all week, upgraded to FTTP with 900 down and I've had nothing but trouble with it

  • iestynx Iestyn Lloyd (@iestynx) reported from Caernarfon, Wales

@bt_uk Any news on WiFi 6 support?
