  Hi @bt_uk, we moved our Internet with you on Monday. We "got" service but we are still waiting for the kit to arrive. It was resent and again stuck in Royal Mail. Currently with no internet and we WFH. Any help? Customer service lines are too busy and don't pick up. Thanks
