Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

When you wait in all day for @bt_uk engineer to arrive, call them to chase it up and get told they’ve cancelled and no one was going to tell us. Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

@bt_uk so glad I wasted my entire day, the guy on the phone didn’t really care and offered max of £25 back. My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

@bt_uk The lights on the hub are orange, and rebooting it won't solve the issue as the fibre box is not receiving any light from the head-end (PON failure). The fault won't be cleared until the PON light goes green.

@bt_uk Very bad service from @bt_uk. My 82 yr old friend was left with a disconnected Lifeline and without incoming calls for the past 17 days. BT keep giving me 3 day deadlines to fix it and it just doesn't get done. We don't know who can help. It's disgusting behaviour @bt_uk
