    When you wait in all day for @bt_uk engineer to arrive, call them to chase it up and get told they’ve cancelled and no one was going to tell us. Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

    @bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

    Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

    I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

    @bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

    @bt_uk so glad I wasted my entire day, the guy on the phone didn’t really care and offered max of £25 back. My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

    @btsport Unbelievable company. You take my money for a monthly pass of £25. You then cancel the pass 2 days later even though you have my money. Then experiencing some of the worst customer service I have ever come across I still have not got my pass renewed after 4 days. Joke..

    @defiaye @bt_uk Me too! I was surprised when it changed just by switching. My speeds are still low but that made a difference! And EE are so good with giving free data to use on your phone while they fix faults.

    Considering buying a @btsport pass to watch #saintsfc but the website refuses to allow me to use my existing broadband account login to buy it. I'm still a bt customer. I'm aggrieved at having to register again. Surely it's not necessary?

    Hi @bt_uk , someone cut through my line last Thurs when digging up the road. No internet for us working from home or homeschooling😱 You fixed it that evening👍🏻. However, my laptop connection keeps cutting out during zoom calls. Hub remains blue, what can I do, pls help.

    @defiaye @bt_uk Honey, if you switch to EE for both landline and mobile, if there's ever a fault with your broadband, they will chase BT openreach on your behalf and while the fault is being fixed they will add credit to your mobile for free to use the 4G for data. Their service is brilliant.

    My internet is still down. I've using the 4G on my phone to send this but I don't want a huge bill at the end so I'm using it sparingly. @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare to deal with and they are utterly useless at dealing with a disabled person with any sense of respect.
