    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    How do you know that a company doesn't care about you as a customer - when you speak to customer services about a failure of the company to live up to the service paid for & the best you get is an update which you can find from their website & an apology - @bt_uk & @RoyalMail etc

    @bt_uk Would be handy if there's someone I could DM? I get this message when I enter my email address, and correct password... You're not currently logged in to email - to login, click here. which then sends me back to the login and its in a loop

    @bt_uk Wi-fi issues in SN12. Can connect to broadband ok with full strength signal but no apps, websites are responding. Diagnostics on BT account say no problem???

    @bt_uk How can an agent talk to me about a fault I've raised if our landline doesn't work and I live in a very poor mobile signal area? Think agent has been trying to contact me ... but obviously can't.

    @bt_uk I dont have a BT account I use Sky and when Sky is contacted they say they know of a problem and say it's at an exchange.

    @bt_uk I'm moving home on 11/11/2021, and need to sort out my broadband. I have investigated the BT option - as I would like to remain a customer - however unfortunately BT does not provide the speeds required in my new postcode. I therefore decided to go with another provider.
