Neil Dines (@Dines_11) reported from Crowland, EnglandI must be nearly at the end of my contract with @bt_uk because my broadband is so slow recently. Got a few weeks to shop around
-

Harry Eastwood (@harryeastwood97) reported from Parson Drove, England@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Amai Chong Memes business (@AmaiChong_ninja) reported@bt_uk Our thoughts are with the people who used BT’s service and found out: •Hidden charges are everywhere. •The app is useless and has no interaction with the company. I’ve messaged you 6 times now with no reply. Scammers
-
Jim Sweeney. (@oldnurse55) reported@kerry_mclean @bt_uk It picked the worst time to go down Kerry. All the very best for the Exam Results. 🙏
-
trevor rhodes (@trevjrho) reported@bt_uk The many BT "guides" I've spoken to have been pleasant and tried to help but are constrained by a system that frankly doesn't work in customers interests. Particularly so in the case of older customers.
-
UAVHive (@UAVHive) reported@NorthernPeasant @bt_uk Are you sure someone isn't applying for a service in your name, maybe even a mobile phone?
-
Keith Small (@keithdsmall) reported@uniteandserve @bt_uk @Ofcom Just get Starlink, and reduce your blood pressure. I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.
-
Kelly (@holby_fan) reportedI need to cancel my fibre order. It hasn't arrived yet but I haven't seeked permission from the council @bt_uk
-
me (@shenry1972) reportedI'd like to thank @bt_uk for leaving my vulnerable elderly mother without a working phone line for almost a week and giving such atrocious customer service.
-
. (@SpawnSoul) reportedHow does one leave their contract with @bt_uk and their third world internet speeds? We have had five engineers out and the speeds are still slow. The worst ISP ever.
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reportedUpdate on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

Ingleton Ian (@Ingleton_ian) reported@bt_uk Living in her own, remote location and currently no access to emergency services of she needs them.
