@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@wilftray 1/2 them can’t get anywhere near winning the league they are in now with poor clubs, ain’t going to be super. FIFA, UEFA and PL should ban these clubs if happens and any player playing for them from international football. Broadcasters @SkySportsPL and @btsport don’t buy rights

Hi @bt_uk my mother, an existing customer, has been offered a new contract at double what it is advertised for new customers online. Over £60 for broadband and the most basic landline services. Seems extortionate. Can you explain the discrepancy pls?

@bt_uk been absolutely failed by your support today, who did a 180 on what I was told a week ago saying I'd be able to use minihub whilst I had to move out due to emergency building work. Brilliant. Now I have no way to work for 2 weeks.
