    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @bt_uk I totally understand Elaine, for me 15 days is a long time however for my elderly neighbors to be without a landline. I know that my immediate neighbor (who is 96) relies on the landline for her emergency button to work. Obviously I'm supporting her but can't be there 24/7

    @bt_uk Business customer. Sold a 15mbps leased line at the start of the pandemic, your 4G wireless solution would have been a far better and cheaper solution. No site survey carried out and salesperson refused to entertain a discussion on 4G wireless solution. Stuck in 5 year contract.

    @bt_uk You have told us that some company has broke our bt line outside and we won’t have wifi for 1-2 weeks, you have given us a really slow backup router that barely load pages on the internet 😳

    @bt_uk As normal BT customer relations is CRAP innstalled broadband today CHIPPED our plaster in the lounge assured us our copper line would be in tact. No phone line tonight called BT to complain told copper was removed how bad is this I am disabled and rely on my phone bad news

    Well @BTCare @bt_uk 'superfast broadband' - not at all impressed with the speeds again today at 52.90 download speed (screenshot taken!) I may bring down the speed of my monthly payments if this continues ;)

    @bt_uk the problem with our Internet in E4 has been at due to be fixed shortly since Tuesday. Any chance of a more useful update? The mini hub is doing its best but is not providing as good a service as we expect from our contract.

    @bt_uk Your web devs have no idea what sensible password change policy is. Show buttons only work whilst held down. You allow pasting on the 1st new password field but not the second. This just encourages poor password choices and creates frustration.
