Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@dee_buk PSN isn’t down. I am playing online games fine on Virgin Internet. The problem is with @bt_uk it shows as stable connection but certain sites won’t allow people to log in and PSN is one of them

@DowndetectorUK YES! For me most games connect except for Fortnite... stuck on 'checking for updates'. NAT type failing on connection test. Seems to be a playstation or @bt_uk problem???
