(3) @bt_uk your agents is to call the 'move' team tomorrow when they open at 8am - same time as my course starts. Meanwhile, my entire smart home system is useless - lights, security etc - and I have an extra 300 mile round trip drive. Entirely unacceptable customer service. Very
