    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @bt_uk have spoken to 6 people and still no resolution. How were BT engineers allowed to take over a line with a different company? Why can't anyone seem to fix this problem? We work from home. We have no internet. It's your fault. Please respond.

    @virginmedia Internet goes from over 200mbps to zero multiple times an hour. Tried calling @virginmedia to speak to someone and got cut off. I do not expect to have to reboot my hub every hour just to receive a service @bt_uk provided far better and reliably. Shocking service continues
