Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@btsport and when i try to chat with support i get from 300 down to top 10 then my page refreshes as of someone has joined chat then it says chat ended and I have to start from beginning!
