Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

Dear @btbusinesscare we notified you on Tuesday that we lost internet. We renewed our contract and were promised a router within 24 hours. It’s Friday & still no router! Your team now tell us no order was placed despite having the paperwork. Awful CS. Contact me ASAP. #btbusiness

@bt_uk my 86 mum has had no landline for a week now in Bexleyheath no help from BT disgusting how BT treat the elderly. My mum relies on her landline it’s causing her great stress, BT said fault would be fixed by Thursday but still no landline.
