@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk Switched everything off, unplugged all connections replugged and switched on again, all working again. The fact that the EE connection didn't come on at all during the 'outage' leads me to believe the hub got 'confused'. Anyway no downtime since doing the above (so far).

@bt_uk I've reset and rebuilt the network countless times. It seems to be OK for a period then all go to pot. To be honest us getting a bit tiresome

@bt_uk If you look at my account you'll see that I have had nothing but problems. Right from the outset. I'm not convinced new connectors will help, but we can look at it.

Right, might as well cancel my @btsport subscription. I can look at The Horror Channel for free. #Ashes

@bt_uk Generally OK, the odd blip here and there but the kids stream a lot and not a huge amount of problems. The TV box itself does seem to be awfully slow, whether that's a contributory factor?

Clare
(@CjLakin) reported
@bt_uk Hi, it’s not helped. Just says there’s no problem outside, it’s staying connected for 1 minute then disconnects. The text service says it’s not working for the festive period. To reply back on the 29th, I can’t wait that long

@bt_uk The process above has been followed, you just don't deal with it or ever fix it. You hide behind messaging and anonymous call centres, you have cost us considerably due to your complete inefficiency and 'couldn't care less' attitude, you should not have a licence from @Ofcom

@bt_uk my company’s internet is down since yesterday and area status showing there is no fix date on repairing, do you know what is happening at Bayswater W2? Thanks

@bt_uk If I’ve paid for it yes if I haven’t then no but wasn’t expecting it straight away, the person I spoke to never said that!
