@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Fryman7 (@fryman7) reported from Warboys, England
Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬
-
Narky Nurse 💙 (@mookie_moomin) reported from Peterborough, England
...now we know why - it’s never been activated on my account even though I only took out this contract for the free BTSport. Can’t get hold of customer support, but that looks like standard by the reviews...

@artsmithdrums @bt_uk Imagine paying the line rental in advance, being given a £6 per month discount to stay as a customer but the 14.4% price increase includes the line rental already paid and the £6 monthly discount!!!!!! Total RIPOFF Company.

@FreyaWoods8 @btsport If they don’t get back to you your bank can cancel it .
-
andy whyte (@whyteuk) reported
according to the @ombudservices it is acceptable for @bt_uk to: -advertise a service that doesn’t exist. -promise an install on service -roll installation date back with no communication for months -eventually respond to the complaint and put a 7mo delay on useless fools.
-
DanRowley mr Everton 2015 (@rowleydan) reported
@FreyaWoods8 @btsport No more cricket on BT = cancel .
-
Sam (@samsamsamsam92) reported from Leeds, England
@aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped. On the FA cup point, little old Manchester United the live game tonight, sure the 900k in TV money will do them good.

@bt_uk Your sales staff talk me into moving my mobile sims (3 phones) to EE, there’s a pac code problem, Your staff admit somethings gone wrong, then transfer me to EE whom won’t speak to me unless I tell them the amount on my last EE bill, WTH. Fancy helping me out here???
-
Gary (@GWitcons) reported
@bt_uk James, a somewhat patronising reply after a request for help, it did occur to me to seek alternative validation but not possible. BT sold me a product, messed it up and yet you don’t even offer me a call back from someone who might help?. Shocking service #buyerbeware

@bt_uk @BTGroup Exterior work I was advised would be completed within 48hr has not happened. I am now on my 5th installation date. My complaint was also ignored. You a disgrace of an organisation.

@bt_uk my broadband is £29.99 per month. Yet from April it will be going up £4.97 more. THIS IS A CRAZY HUGE AMOUNT. DISGUSTING BY BT - blaming inflation is very bad practice.
