@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

  • fryman7 Fryman7 (@fryman7) reported from Warboys, England

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

Probably old but I pay my TV license+ Sky + BT monthlies (yes I do) to hear expert ex-footballer analysis - not for some cunty bollux fancam supporters bullshit that I can get for free off you tube **** off @btsport @BBCMOTD @SkySports Stop being thirsty for influencers

  • Jenaraj Jenaraj (@Jenaraj) reported

@SkySportsPL again why is Souness on TV? He's does worst thing then what Marcel Sabitzer just did... I don't understand why your panel is so weak... @btsport you need to take over super Sunday or some American TV company they bring more oomph then these scrony fools

  • BustedSec ۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗۗ🆃🆁🅴🆉 (@BustedSec) reported

@bt_uk @getoliverleon Your answers indicate that you do not understand even the fundamentals of networking. You should help the customer open a ticket with tech support, not try to upsell him on a package that doesn't address or fix the issue. #BadCustomerService

  • AmyCooll Skull Walker 🇺🇳 (@AmyCooll) reported

@robertcarlyle_ @btsport @btsportrugby Love eve bad. Hate eve good.

  • ELIO_P_THFC Elio (@ELIO_P_THFC) reported

@virginmedia It’s cool. My service with you is ending in 3 weeks and I’ll be with @bt_uk instead :)

  • cewatts cewatts (@cewatts) reported

@getoliverleon @bt_uk Some DHCP servers won't do fixed assignments outside their scope/range of dynamic addresses, even if the address would be valid on the network. Are you trying to assign an address outside that range?

  • getoliverleon Oliver (@getoliverleon) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for the quick reply. Sadly you didn't even read the tweet and just reacted to one keyword. Is this what you call customer service?

  • getoliverleon Oliver (@getoliverleon) reported

@bt_uk Are you kidding? Is this a parody twitter account? The fixed IP is inside my home, the local network. not the public internet. You are getting it wrong. why doesn't this work anymore?

  • famelicose2 famelicose (@famelicose2) reported

@bt_uk Done that twice already. If it’s a known issue your side, have you posted it anywhere as a service outage so people known not to waste their time? Thanks
