@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

Dreadful service from @bt_uk failing to upgrade to full fibre for an existing customer when Sky have succeeded for neighbours. 3 appointments cancelled, one 1 1/2 hours before it began. No phone now either. Clueless!
