@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk 5 faults in 3 months, engineers out and still not fixed. Constantly fobbed off and I’m trying to teach online- appalling service. Offered £20 to shut the complaint- absolutely not. Give me the service I’m paying for! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@bt_uk Ordered an upgrade 11 days ago because of the atrocious connection. No email confirmation. No phone call. Been on hold for 17 minutes now after being cut off. The issue is now severely effecting my work. Where do I send the invoice for lost business? #btsupport

@bt_uk You used to be able to do it, why has it suddenly become such an issue? Should it not the prerogative of the user? Is there any plans to update the service? Are you aware of all of the criticism that the new platform has had?
