@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk so here I am on the phone for 2 hours as I’ve discovered I’m paying for a cloud phone service that I told you I didn’t want and haven’t used once. Requests to have it removed and pay for broadband only are being stonewalled. Please contact me urgently

@bt_uk I'm allegedly switching to VOIP tomorrow (not my choice). To add insult to injury just had a text implying my existing btoadlband will be affected for the day. This is the 1st time that this has been mentioned, also no phone service when no power - a backwards step IMO

Appalling service by @bt_uk. I pay hundreds of pounds per year to you can cannot get to speak to anyone. Been on hold for over 27 minutes. Why not hire some more staff?

@bt_uk I’ve found BT shocking to be fair, WiFi has never been so bad. Ps5 in my front room less than 2 meters away from hub and playing fifa or anything that needs a stable connect and I’m lagging so bad it’s unplayable. BT help is very poor, I’ve done it so many times!

@bt_uk Continue from my above message is it possible to get my Internet fix by Monday the latest if not I demand compensation for the lost of Internet for 5 days since I was told BT will send a engineer by Wednesday to fix it.
