@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

@btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

@bt_uk Yes but you will not be able too. On installing a new customer , Open Reach engineer disconnected our broadband as there were not enough ports. No ports to reinstall what we are paying for. Escalated to exec complaints team. No resolution in sight 😞
