@CCriadoPerez @McAfee_Help @bt_uk Although I have never encountered any virus/mail ware problem for any Mac, you should be able to delete MacAfee files from the Library and Preference Folder.

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595

@bt_uk hello, I've had an ongoing broadband instability issue for around 6 months - frequently when I'm using IP voice applications the service is disrupted - I've tried to raise a fault on this a number of times - help!!

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

Appalling service from @bt_uk. Been without fibre broadband for 7 days now. Unbelievably, told by a service rep that the service we pay for can experience outages at any time for any duration and we are not protected due to Ts and Cs. 1/2

Only way to have service resolved is to upgrade. No end date for resolution and no one actually seems interested in helping us. Just happy for us to sit and wait in isolation at great expense and stress. Embarrassing @bt_uk 2/2
