    @bt_uk My broadband has been off for over a week now.. ive spoke to 4 advisor's and had 3 engineer's out. One of the engineer's lied and said i wasnt in when i spoke to him at the gate. Very poor service!!!!

    @bt_uk I will never use bt again.. i have just recieved a email saying 40% of the faults happen in the home and i will be charged £85 call out if this is the case.

    @bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

    @BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

    A new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

    @BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    Oh dear @bt_uk… Offered a new contract twice, but my acceptance has been ignored then was supposed to be transferred on a call today but the transfers are broken so was given a direct number…. for the wrong department, who are now panicking because they’re getting random calls

    10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldn’t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I can’t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.

    @neilio_uk @bt_uk @BBCWatchdog Yes all **** , i have gone to 3 mobile router ( no phone line ) £10 a month for first 6 months the £20 for 18 months . I have been gaming watching Netflix all speeds good . Just check if your postcode is acceptable for speeds .

    @tyke34 Looked at @ee too and their site says we can’t have landline either as says we don’t have a line at home? We do, but I assume it’s via voip with @bt_uk as have a special box that converts it to analogue phone signal for old cordless.

    @bt_uk Th landlines and internet in the Village of Barrowden (LE15 8E) have now been down for 15 hours. The BT website indicates that there you are unable to provide a time for a fix. What is your plan to resolve and keep customers updated?

    @Catjsaunders @bt_uk Absolutely in the same boat! Getting billed every month and all they want to do is raise a complaint. I believe we’re on complaint no. 6 at this point and they still have the audacity to ask if I’ve been in touch with their team for an update! Absurd @bt_uk

    @bt_uk … and if you can’t honour the same deal then I’m out anyway and leaving you. I just tried that other number you gave and it goes to the same call centre. Basically, crap, waste of time, unhelpful. You are losing a customer today.

    @_ashsachdeva @bt_uk I am 3 months without internet due to BT error but getting charged for fibre every month! They don’t seem to have any problem taking your money…it’s providing a service they have trouble with!!

    @bt_uk Is ther a customer services e-mail address? What ought to have been a straight forward move from one broadband & landline provider to another has been a mess and chaotic. It would be easier if I would be able to send the corresponding paperwork. BT has made a mess of our accounts
