Oh dear @bt_uk… Offered a new contract twice, but my acceptance has been ignored then was supposed to be transferred on a call today but the transfers are broken so was given a direct number…. for the wrong department, who are now panicking because they’re getting random calls

A new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldn’t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I can’t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.

@CCriadoPerez @McAfee_Help @bt_uk Although I have never encountered any virus/mail ware problem for any Mac, you should be able to delete MacAfee files from the Library and Preference Folder.

@bt_uk My broadband has been off for over a week now.. ive spoke to 4 advisor's and had 3 engineer's out. One of the engineer's lied and said i wasnt in when i spoke to him at the gate. Very poor service!!!!

The irony of @bt_uk sending me a ‘Customer Satisfaction’ survey when they’ve consistently failed to provide me with adequate broadband.Their final response (despite never sending anyone to assess) was ‘Some properties just don’t get good WiFi/broadband’. I live in central london.

@DMrsdn @virginmedia @bt_uk Sympathies. Same issues here. Managed to get hold of 3rd party contractor who do the construction / pre install (Svella Connect). They were very responsive and got the work done, but now VM won’t bring my install date forward (4wks late and counting).

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

@richardajkeys The problem is that Souness is a sourpuss who hates on individual players and teams, without limit. He exists on Sky for Liverpool coverage and opinions from a Lpool perspective. It’s why Sky is losing popularity - the likes of BTSport are carefully selecting pundits for insight
