I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).

BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming
