I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.

We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
