@bt_uk My broadband has been off for over a week now.. ive spoke to 4 advisor's and had 3 engineer's out. One of the engineer's lied and said i wasnt in when i spoke to him at the gate. Very poor service!!!!

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

@BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

@bt_uk to give you some context a neighbour went to speak to the Open reach people trying to fix the fault. They were told its likely to be 3 weeks before its resolved - not tuesday (i hope not). Now imagine you're homeschooling & WFH & BT say tough youre not on halo we cant help you.

£25 a month I pay for @btsport and it bloody crashes so many times it really winds me up and it always does it during Liverpool games! First month they charged me twice and I never got a refund. After this game I’m gonna cancel. Not worth the stress. Bloody poor.
