@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

Just tried phoning @bt_uk re a TV issue (caused by them giving me incorrect info). 45 mins & I didn't even get answered. So, despite assurances from 2 of their advisors, I remain without channels. Not huge, relatively, but poor from them.

Still no @bt_uk phone line, deadline to fix it missed, poor service. Fault happens regularly - years of underinvestment in the rural telecoms infrastructure (wires wearing, poles too old to service), while priority is given to urban fibre rollout, and yet we don’t pay any less.
