  • TVBCJonpaul Jonpaul Heron (@TVBCJonpaul) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Working fine all day, week and month. Now watching #ChampionsLeagueFinal2019 on @btsport on YouTube and it’s now poor. Very interesting.

  • graeme_i_wilson Graeme Wilson (@graeme_i_wilson) reported from Walker Gate, England

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

  • CraigShitpeas Craig Shitpeas (@CraigShitpeas) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Rochdale’s 40yr old forward more effective than #Nufc 40million pound one. He is awful. No heart, no touch, no industry just dreadful. Well done #rochdale a deserved payday. They should have won it. They still might! #facup #btsport

  • mulcs85 John Mulcahy (@mulcs85) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@IamAustinHealey @Saracens @ChampionsCup @leinsterrugby @btsport Congrats Saracens - but some serious self evaluation needed by Leinster - not why we lost but reffing of offside and breakdown was a bad joke - really has to be addressed - laws already there - enforce them

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Crook, England

@bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@bt_uk And people on Twitter may be looking for a new broadband connection and should be aware of the level of service from BT

  • breenster breenster & 🐶 (@breenster) reported from Wylam, England

@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

  • liamlcg MrGrumpy.....Y.N.W.A (@liamlcg) reported from Murton, England

@bt_uk ...... Your wifi is shit

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.

  • Hossy93 Joseph Drane (@Hossy93) reported from Brandon, England

@Gaz_House @btsport Or you could go down the night before. 😉

  • timlibrarian Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, England

@bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595

  • calthomson10 Callum Thomson (@calthomson10) reported from Newburn, England

@btsportfootball @btsport please never ever let John Hartson commentate on your channel again. Ever.

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from South Hetton, England

@bt_uk Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree Please fix my broadband just for me I've waited now for many days (17 and counting) Many promises fade in the haze Oh Christmas tree oh Christmas tree Please make my broadband work for me

  • graeme_i_wilson Graeme Wilson (@graeme_i_wilson) reported from Walker Gate, England

@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

  • JohnRobson18 John Robson (@JohnRobson18) reported from Wallsend, England

I predict spurs to lose 5 -0 they are awful. @btsport

  • breenster breenster & 🐶 (@breenster) reported from Wylam, England

@bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk No broadband (now 15 days late), no reasons given why not, no sense of urgency to actually get it sorted. I'm running out of superlatives to describe your dreadful customer service and general incompetence.

  • graeme_i_wilson Graeme Wilson (@graeme_i_wilson) reported from Walker Gate, England

@bt_uk The automated 'check my line' service isn't finding the fault.

  • John_P_Turner John Turner (@John_P_Turner) reported from South Shields, England

@bt_uk Queried business bills, however, billing team are unwilling to discuss/explain the issues raised. Service has now been suspended and billing team refusing to engage without payment being made. This is nothing short of blackmail! @MoneyTelegraph @TimesBusiness

@bt_uk Question? Do you have any kind of Service Level for your refer a friend team?

  • Azrael808 Peter Green (@Azrael808) reported

@othermixed @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Dafuq... I mean, I'm sure you've already considered, but do you have any alternative providers you could look to? I don't rate Virgin (upload is pap), but maybe they're and option. Even a 4G/5G solution would be better than nothing... 19 days man... Jesus.

  • Mav3r1ck1989 Scott Hackeson (@Mav3r1ck1989) reported

I think @bt_uk has to be the shittest provider in the UK. They cancelled my internet by mistake and now I have to wait until best case next week to get it turned back on? Hands down the most stupid service there is.....

  • robmaxey1 robert maxey (@robmaxey1) reported

@bt_uk hi there. I went for the fibre upgrade a year ago, with the “Guaranteed 46mbs”. I have never got near that. Generally around 27-30. I think I once saw 37. NG13 8TR postcode. Pls advise ? I would have called or emailed rather than tweeting, but not listed on your web page

  • othermixed othermixed (@othermixed) reported

@Azrael808 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp The problem is that all fixed line stuff where I live is ultimately handled by Openreach. We are using a mobile hotspot but the signal in the house isn't great. I tested a 5G connection and that works reasonably well although but of course a lot less stable

  • al_vimh Al Vimh (@al_vimh) reported

Just off the phone to @bt_uk and need to do something to make me feel better so i'm driving steak knives into my own thighs and headbutting a bowl of broken glass. Soothing.

  • antonseloc tony coles (@antonseloc) reported

Having griped about @bt_uk and their spurious claims re broadband, it is only fair to say now how brilliant their response has been. From ‘Irish Sharon’ in customer services (👏👏👏) to the engineer who came out to try to put things right, couldn’t ask for better. Thank you. 👍

  • isaolinat ooo (@isaolinat) reported

@bt_uk Yes it’s is bad. How do I am DM you ?

  • RebeccaAnneByr1 Rebecca Anne Byrne (@RebeccaAnneByr1) reported

@bt_uk I was supposed to be having my new BT broadband line installed. The main issue it seems was that his ladder was not long enough to reach wherever he needed to go. And maximum capacity reached in the BT Street box. This should have been made aware to me when I registered for BT.

  • 23TapePE 🏀 Mrs T PE ⚽️ (@23TapePE) reported

@sid1307 @bt_uk @sky can do a much better deal, cancel and reconnect plus the internet is better
