@bt_uk Queried business bills, however, billing team are unwilling to discuss/explain the issues raised. Service has now been suspended and billing team refusing to engage without payment being made. This is nothing short of blackmail! @MoneyTelegraph @TimesBusiness

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595

@bt_uk are the most incompetent company. I’m only a month into my contract and I want to cancel already. Terrible customer service, they just pass you to another dept and then your back to the start. I’ve never rang a company so much to get something sorted. #terrible

@bt_uk hello, I've had an ongoing broadband instability issue for around 6 months - frequently when I'm using IP voice applications the service is disrupted - I've tried to raise a fault on this a number of times - help!!

Lol what the actual ****, got new Smart Hub 2 from @bt_uk - tried setting the WPA2 passphrase to same as old one, but can't because it has spaces in it. Only ASCII between 32 and 126 allowed - somebody forgot to write a <= instead of a < - staggered.

@bt_uk some bullshit WiFi provider over a year we’ve been paying £50 a month for the WiFi to not work on more than 2 devices before internet problems starts happening it’s an actual joke

@bt_uk pay for ‘super fast’ fibre which continuously drops out during the day and means my work is affected. Answer from your caller is they can’t do anything since the problem is intermittent. Unacceptable, paying for a service I can’t use in the day!!!!

@bt_uk I will return it as addressed to wrong customer or something similar, however debt collection say it’s my problem as I am the contact address/number and say its my responsibility to sort it out with BT

@bt_uk Anyone. I'm phoning through the helpline number but no matter what I press it hangs up after saying to hold. Please can you call? The BT internet speeds are very slow so we can't use your live streaming services
