They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Lee Ralph (@LeeKRalph) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.

Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
