@bt_uk I purchased a sports month pass yesterday after a long break and set to now miss a second night of Champions League all because your password reset isn’t sending the pins/link to do so - so I can’t get in. Absolutely ridiculous that it’s taking this long to fix…..

@cyberco @dvernalls @bt_uk I know this change was highlighted to Industry back several years ago but there's lots of devices that need to be upgraded to be compatible with IP or mv to use mobile network instead due to this. E.g Traffic Lights, Alarms, Payment machines, Telecare and healthcare systems, ect.

@bt_uk Thank you Claire C. The local engineer seeing the poor internet suggested rewiring inside the house at our expense, moved the modem upstairs and Ethernet cables the TV. Then he replaced the Twisted copper pair from the pole to master socket. It got worse. Will DM you in gratitude

  • Mark196x Mark_6x (@Mark196x) reported

@bt_uk Your"team" don't know what they're talking about. The problem could be caused by the broadcaster (BT) not updating the EPG correctly, the BT Youview hardware or the Youview platform. Basically it's a crappy system. Thanks anyway.
