@BTCare I’ve agreed to pay £200 on 21/9 debt will be coming down. What’s irresponsible is a member of your staff telling lies.

@BTCare That’s not the case. First of all paul hasn’t been working with me since 2017? He also has failed to call me to get payments as agreed (I have memory loss he agreed to call me) I’ve rang him several times never returns call. He is telling lies. Check and you’ll see

Mike Anderson #IfRafaGoesWeGo (@MikeNE3) reported from Ponteland, England

@thompsonbacon23 @psad2 @btsport @tfMichael1892 @rioferdy5 @mrjakehumphrey @jjenas8 When he bought the club the debt was half what it is now & was being repaid to the creditors (banks). The fact the club owes ~£145m to MASH is down to Ashley and no matter what the club makes as profit he doesn’t reduce the debt. So, where has the money gone?

  • BenWalker1984
Ben Walker (@BenWalker1984) reported from Whitley Bay, England

I’ve never seen this #PLtonight before until tonight on BTsport, Richard Dunne critiquing Rafa Benitez on attractive football. Hahaha the ******* Wally scored about 80 own goals and did jack shit with his career didn’t he? #NUFC

  • nlittle1892
Norman Little (@nlittle1892) reported from South Shields, England

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport The worst thing is Ashley has dragged the passion out of the fans. Fans now turn up out of obligation rather than any excitement of going to the match. The neglect of the facilities is shameful, spurs spent £250m in 10 years on theirs, Newcastle spent £10m in same time.

  • liam_hedgecock
Liam Hedgecock (@liam_hedgecock) reported from Wallsend, England

@btsport @EE Any idea when you will have your casting problem sorted out for ‘BT Sport on EE’ customers?

  • H3nno59
Michael Henson (@H3nno59) reported from Belmont, England

@BTCare I have major speed issues with my broadband since upgrading to super-dooper + It used to be superb and now it’s poor at best. I would call you but I don’t think I have enough time left in my life to hang on the phone.

  • DWHolmes230778
David Holmes (@DWHolmes230778) reported from Prudhoe, England

@BTCare Terrible customer service I have now had both my telephone line and broadband shut off even though I pay my bills and BT have made the mistakes. I have not even had a case manager call me despite several reminders to them. To top it all off I am offered a £40 credit joke

@Simonwoodus09 @btsport Yeah it’s so stupid, I actually want ufc and footy too and it’s not worth it, prem matches you want to watch don’t really come on bt so it’s a waste of money

  • jingo67
    davie🥓🧡💙hay (@jingo67) reported

@BTCare One of the messages i recieved at 2pm was the apology text from RyanAir offering voucher details for our 2.5hr delayed flight. Which i never received as it didnt deliver at the time when i was using airport free wifi. So how do i claim back for non service?

  • CREADCyf
    Stephen Edwards (@CREADCyf) reported

@BTCare Ive done as the last link told me from your collegue, renameing the other channel.... non are coming up on any devices. Its obvious that the wiffi link from device cant oick up the hub wiffi, so the problem is in the hub

  • jingo67
    davie🥓🧡💙hay (@jingo67) reported

@BTCare No your colleague blamed local network and suggested a move locations to try different areas as i was reliant on any free wifi. All this i tried but phone never picked any network up auto or manually. I arrived back in the UK and instant network. No tech advice.

  • JoannaMG22
    Joanna Goodman (@JoannaMG22) reported

@BTCare yes it is - I can access via the web, but I cannot work effectively like this - again @bt_uk is letting its customers down - my support call and this twitter conversation are like a comedy sketch of rubbish #tech #support #failure if I wasn't losing work time, it would be funny

  • wearenosmirk
    Joe (@wearenosmirk) reported

@BTCare I have a complaint logged, but I've also got an engineer booked, so surely they will come out first regardless because the service is useless without all the kit being setup?

  • wearenosmirk
    Joe (@wearenosmirk) reported

@BTCare As far as I know the previous occupants already had fibre installed, so I don't know why that would be the problem. Could you find the actual problem? It feels like we're being left in the dark here.

@BTCare Update: my father has opted for a new supplier. Now he’s getting endless automated calls from a BT SMS service. Thanks.
