    @bt_uk My @btsport picture quality often way worse than this - pixelated and unwatchable with broken up sound. When are you sending me my £100? (and more importantly providing me with a more reliable service? 🤔).

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @btbusinesscare guess what? Promised a phone call 1 hour after I spoke to your team on the phone at 10am and they haven’t rang back. You are exceeding my expectations of being the worst service provider in the UK right now 👏

    @bt_uk worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Week 7, still no line working, 4 engineers, 3 credit checks and 30 false promises to get back in touch. But hey, your still charging me for this.

    @fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

    @rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Good morning both. After nearly 2 months of no broadband, the latest problem appears to have been isolated. @OpenreachHelp cant 'close the order due to a computer issue' so that BT can then activate our account. Please, please, please fix this for us, please

    @bt_uk Why was my complaint "VOL013-644382501708" closed without any details taken, feedback given or any form of resolution? I'd like to give BT the opportunity to look in to this before submitting this case with the ombudsman.

    @Burgy_Tog @bt_uk If can't login to MyBT account then Text FIX with the full landline number to 61998 via mobile which will trigger some automated tests on your line and if it doesn’t fix your issue then BT will be in touch. Cost of Texts are free unless you are on Virgin mobile

    So another weekend where @bt_uk internet is being absolutely shite. Can’t even play a YouTube video without it buffering. Don’t get me started on the upload stuff. And before someone from @bt_uk contacts me… don’t coz apparently nothing is wrong. Despite every issue.

    Very "insulting" Fibre with BT Halo 3+ marketing ploy, "big fail", @bt_uk invitation upgrade offer letters sent out are then withdrawn by email for BT gain. Your @bt_uk punters are far from impressed, come on BT you can do better for your loyal customers.

    @bt_uk I know what the fault is, ONT address mismatch. BT and Openreach have taken over a month to fix it - that’s the problem. How long does it take to match a serial # with an address ? No excuse for not getting callbacks multiple times either.Ptob order with @sky when it’s fixed.
