I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

You wanted £842.95 for extra construction charges followed by £1733.14 for the same. Just been told you need to cancel the order and start again. Do you treat all customers so badly?
