Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

Brad Brookes (@brookesy40) reported@bt_uk It’s ok thanks we have made 5 phone calls, had two engineers, somehow ended up with no broadband for 2 weeks and today found out a new telephone number had been set up into our home. Formal complaint submitted hopefully someone rings us back by Monday otherwise 6 times lucky.
