I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??

Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
