@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

@btbusinesscare I moved house in December, you failed to move my Internet so spectacularly that mid January I cancelled the non existing internet. I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

@bt_uk Thank you for the BT mini hub. It arrived yesterday. But it seems the 4G signal here isn't strong enough for it. If junction box is fixed on Tuesday that will have been 9 days with no internet service. Will there be some refund ?

@bt_uk Was set to move to FTTH on 21st May and early morning they cut my FTTC connection even before the Fibre ONT was installed and later found an issue with fibre install. Now without broadband and assured copper will work next day. Empty promises, worst company to deal with

@btbusinesscare Again after being advised my complaint was resolved, the problem has resurfaced and you are billing for an account which should be closed. I have emailed Stephanie Agolini twice and had no response about this. Customer service is as bad as ever BT!. Sort it out!!.
