I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

I have been ripped off this year after being a loyal customer for 5 years. Absolutely disgusted and I suggest you shop elsewhere
