I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

If it’s not replacing our fibre bb then being charged DOUBLE for just the dongle, no phone line and most basic service is outrageous. I’m also being charged for kit I was told would be FOC!!!!
