    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @bt_uk My @btsport picture quality often way worse than this - pixelated and unwatchable with broken up sound. When are you sending me my £100? (and more importantly providing me with a more reliable service? 🤔).

    @PaulCaden1 and the students home Wi-fi likely no better either! I’m having to drive into work any day I am delivering online outreach presentations to schools or at online conferences as our home Wi-fi is so poor.....😳 @bt_uk?

    @rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @bt_uk Oh, he’s coming back don’t worry. There’d be a riot if not after a week in the dark ages. Just thought I’d share how absolutely bonkers it is for a WiFi engineer, coming to fix the WiFi, rings WiFi doorbell, is flummoxed when it doesn’t work and tries no alternative.

    @bt_uk hi, I'm a BT broadband customer. Whenever I try to connect to a BT WiFi hotspot on my phone it says my BT ID and password are incorrect even though I know they're right.

    @bt_uk Yes, also the route of the problem is probably an email address associated with the older account, as it is still active, although I have long since forgotten what it is or any credential information, so its a repeating £0 bill action, which generates the email.

    @bt_uk My fttp has been down for 9 days. BT contacted three times but still when I look for status in my account it tells me that an engineer will visit last Thursday and the fault is expected to be fixed last Friday. Why can't they update the status in my account?
