@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

I’ve changed to @bt_uk because sky internet are not providing fibre and the reception on the tv is appalling. Can’t even watch BBC northwest or ITV NW. The signal quality for ITV Wales is 58% and BBC comes up as a fault. No other options to view another region. In Liverpool
