Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

  • PatternThimble Ceeb 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇦 (@PatternThimble) reported from Cramlington, England

@bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

  • chewytheleftie Chris Tindall (@chewytheleftie) reported from Gateshead, England

@bt_uk the worst service in the UK. I’m still getting bills for a service I stopped in January. Absolutely shambolic. I stopped being a customer 3 months ago yet here I am on hold to BT. What a joke.

  • PatternThimble Ceeb 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇦 (@PatternThimble) reported from Cramlington, England

@bt_uk Listen. It's an ongoing joke. There isn't one company I've worked for where it's not an issue. 30% of my time is dealing with billing. I'll use my account team. Just wanted to vent.

  • PatternThimble Ceeb 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇦 (@PatternThimble) reported from Cramlington, England

@bt_uk you have 45 mins to meet the 10-12 appointment. That I took the day off for. Defo looks like I'm going to be a @virginmedia customer soon.

  • SmarProcurement David Hall (@SmarProcurement) reported from Whitley Bay, England

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

  • LeeJarraHackle Lee Hughes (@LeeJarraHackle) reported from South Shields, England

  • PatternThimble Ceeb 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇦 (@PatternThimble) reported from Cramlington, England

@bt_uk No. As I've proved all I needed was a new hub. After being a BT customer for 20+ years. I'm looking forward October when my contract finishes. You have a good day.

  • PatternThimble Ceeb 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇦 (@PatternThimble) reported from Cramlington, England

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • purplepenguin81 Kelly🐧🤘🌻🌱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇬🇧 (@purplepenguin81) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport They think if they were to show it on TV then people won't go to the games but that is stupid as there is more supporters for most clubs than tickets

  • PureH11 PureH (@PureH11) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport The removal of the blackout would only benefit the Premier League and even then would only go to the biggest clubs and quite frankly they don't need the help.

  • PureH11 PureH (@PureH11) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Before people say people do it anyway through VPN, that amount of people who would watch the matches on tv if not for the blackout would obviously be greater than the amount of stream it illegally.

  • numerisphere 𝓐𝓵𝓮𝔁 (@numerisphere) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport So regressive. It’s always been this way from the PL down. You can go to almost any other country and see all PL games live. The myth that fans won’t go to games has long been disproven Imagine the extra revenues for clubs outside the PL. There would be a market

  • racistsaretwats Xx_Niki_xX (@racistsaretwats) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport And this is the current problem with English football tv rights! The prem get billions, then there’s a huge jump to championship rights and L1, L2 and national get a pittance, I’ve said all along it’s completely unfair and it’s done to keep the small teams small!

  • mikczmarski a bar of soap 🧼 (@mikczmarski) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport How fooking stupid is that yah right me man turtle wankers mate borgish decision making

  • TommyGodzilla Tommy Godzilla Leerschen (@TommyGodzilla) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I bet Mint mobile data plans.. a couple of fans with proper cameras and the ability to upload solves that issue. Private persons, maximum effort. Did you want that live feed in 4K?

  • PJ_Jenno PJ (@PJ_Jenno) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Could have a bad effect on clubs in lower leagues. Fans might not go to games and just stream.

  • AmyKNewport Amy (@AmyKNewport) reported

@bt_uk Box didn't work so got sent a new one but that doesn't work!! Turns on but then doesn't do anything. Tried resetting etc and nothing! It's crap!!!

  • MattScFc Matt (@MattScFc) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport You can’t stream 3pm kick offs in any league, why should you be special? Let’s be honest it’s got nothing to do with helping the league, it wouldn’t help Woking. 500 people illegally watching a stream and not going wouldn’t help the club at all.
