Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. Here in Feltham mine has oranged lighted random times for 1 week since last Friday and did it into this Friday and on to this Sunday
