David Hall (@SmarProcurement) reported from Whitley Bay, EnglandFor me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?
-
Andrew Sturrock (@Sturrock85) reported from Whitley Bay, EnglandI presume the awful @btsport stream on @YouTube is a ploy to get people to subscribe. It's awful, despite what is usually a good connection.
-
Gerry1nnes (@gerrinnesmac) reported from Peterlee, England@bt_uk Tweets are nice but I don't understand how you're in business! I've tried 7 times over three days to call you and you never ever pick up! Just a constant recycled message about being busy! If you can't handle busy you shouldn't be in business.
-
Joseph Drane (@Hossy93) reported from Brandon, England@Gaz_House @btsport Or you could go down the night before. 😉
-

-
Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, EnglandA new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.
-
Dr Peter ***** ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England@bt_uk My @btsport picture quality often way worse than this - pixelated and unwatchable with broken up sound. When are you sending me my £100? (and more importantly providing me with a more reliable service? 🤔).

Steve Thatcher (@stevethatch77) reported@bt_uk Thanks for the advice but I am not wasting more time, trying to get hold of you. Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.
-
kernip ✌ (@Kernn_Dawg) reported@bt_uk you’re existing customer price promise is a scam, your customer service is a mess and you have 0 loyalty for your long term existing customer. Get in the bin. Moving to @skytv asap.
-
𝔅͛𝔯͛𝔦͛𝔞͛𝔫͛ ͛𝔚͛𝔥͛𝔢͛𝔩͛𝔱͛𝔬͛𝔫͛ (@brianwhelton) reported@R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.
-
Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported@bt_uk Your detection system says everything is ok, clearly it is not. Means I’m going to have to speak to your normally incompetent tech support since my open reach box was accidentally wired up to neighbours when development built. Literally had enough.
-
