    @btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

    Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

    @bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

    @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

    @bt_uk Yes and also via chat. Currently trying to sort a phone fault using your messaging service but it’s saying it’s fine - it’s not. My new Broadband was meant to start 16th, it hasn’t and my next bill should be 29.99 but is showing £67 😡

    @DreyfusJames @bt_uk I had a problem with my mobile reception, ie non in the house, they said they didn’t guarantee I could use it in my house, pointed out I couldn’t use it outside either and apparently that wasn’t guaranteed either

    @bt_uk Also had an email advising you have closed my complaint ref VOL013-727275237190. Why? I still have a valid complaint My internet is still not working. I can’t use Netflix, etc and at this rate this will be over Xmas. You enjoy yours. Ta

    @bt_uk How can I find out if I have a genuine but mistaken letter sent from you demanding money, or if it's a scam? It's addressed to someone who has never lived here and certainly not our account. For some reason it looks like a good fake.

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had no internet for 5 weeks. You’ve sent 4 engineers. 2 have shown up and both have been internal engineers that say it’s an external problem. This is my account number GB 2609 8469 please give me internet.

    @bt_uk why would you cut off my landline and broadband 3 days before checking that you could successfully fit full fibre? Now I am left with no broadband, no landline and because we have have no mobile reception we have no way of alerting emergency services.
