The fact the club owes ~£145m to MASH is down to Ashley and no matter what the club makes as profit he doesn’t reduce the debt. So, where has the money gone?

The neglect of the facilities is shameful, spurs spent £250m in 10 years on theirs, Newcastle spent £10m in same time.

    @BTCare Terrible customer service I have now had both my telephone line and broadband shut off even though I pay my bills and BT have made the mistakes. I have not even had a case manager call me despite several reminders to them. To top it all off I am offered a £40 credit joke

    @BTCare clearly do not have the capability to even explain bill cost ... so the line just goes dead (or they hang up 3 times) I have no issue with outsourcing customer service center but doesn’t anyone working at BT in the UK use the BT service and actually had to call customers
