    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

    @bt_uk worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Week 7, still no line working, 4 engineers, 3 credit checks and 30 false promises to get back in touch. But hey, your still charging me for this.

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

    @btbusinesscare guess what? Promised a phone call 1 hour after I spoke to your team on the phone at 10am and they haven’t rang back. You are exceeding my expectations of being the worst service provider in the UK right now 👏

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @bt_uk today I purchased some emergency hot spot Wi-fi as I was low on data! Sadly where I live the hot spot I need is so weak it is just about 1 bar and cannot use it! Please could I have a refund??? I am gutted and I don’t have a lot of money to waste!!

    @btbusinesscare COMPLAINT: IMP-107222345 Business Support: 210528-000498 NO ACTION OR INSTALLATION DATE. Openreach L2C confirm FTTP available and no survey as overhead; also appointment dated 14 June for 30 June cancelled by BT & currently no fluid orders with Openreach. PLEASE RE-ESCALATE

    @bt_uk my 92 year old grandmother's phone line has been down since last Thursday. It's the only way we have to contact her. Many, many made calls to you emphasising the urgency and still no one seems able/willing to help?

    @R_Lufc_c @TalkTalk @bt_uk hi richard. I had the same problem, in late 2020 with openreach customers eg talk-talk trying to take my line off me. Bt info'd me & I rang them and got them to stop my line being taken over. However it kept happening again & again, 4 times in all before 1/
