  • jennifercribbes
Jennifer (@jennifercribbes) reported from Ashington, England

Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

  • wilko1999
Angela Wilkinson🍃💚🍃 (@wilko1999) reported from Whitburn, England

@bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

  • Sturrock85
Andrew Sturrock (@Sturrock85) reported from Whitley Bay, England

I presume the awful @btsport stream on @YouTube is a ploy to get people to subscribe. It's awful, despite what is usually a good connection.

  • Nicola_Johnston
Nic Johnston 🇺🇦🌻 (@Nicola_Johnston) reported from Mitford, England

@virginmedia come on. You just have a good idea from the outage earlier today how long this is going to take. I’m trying to WFH with Covid. @bt_uk how long does it take to switch providers?

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

  • master_debonair
Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btbusinesscare guess what? Promised a phone call 1 hour after I spoke to your team on the phone at 10am and they haven’t rang back. You are exceeding my expectations of being the worst service provider in the UK right now 👏

  • nooneatnowhere
    noone@nowhere (@nooneatnowhere) reported

@bt_uk correct number ported back. It worked for a month and then stopped receiving calls from Vodafone, 3, Lebara and others. Now nobody is able to sort it and they refuse to let us speak to a manager. Can you help??

  • jueandgaz
    Julie Chrimes (@jueandgaz) reported

@btbusinesscare I’m sick to death of trying to get my issue solved, 6 months and you still haven’t sorted it, shame on BT Business 😡

  • TheEmperorSon
    The Emperor Son (@TheEmperorSon) reported

Hay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

  • Walesguy2
    Mark (@Walesguy2) reported

@bt_uk Paying a bill should be easy. Automatic. Why do you make it so difficult for your customers? I’ve already spent an hour on this tonight. And your complaints page wouldn’t upload. Funny that. You think I have that time to spend on a **** company that can’t organise itself?

  • gilesshaxted
    Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported

@bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.

  • BithalSuraj
    Suraj Bithal (@BithalSuraj) reported

@bt_uk @EE 1 month into a new internet deal and now the 3rd time I have been disconnected due to your poor admin. Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .

  • JGMacColl
    Gari MacColl (@JGMacColl) reported

@bt_uk Hi. I'd like to not pay you over £70 a month for a copper wire broadband service and a landlines number. Can you tell me the best way to leave yourselves after 17 years?

  • keithdsmall
    Keith Small (@keithdsmall) reported

@uniteandserve @bt_uk @Ofcom Just get Starlink, and reduce your blood pressure. I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.

  • JGMacColl
    Gari MacColl (@JGMacColl) reported

@bt_uk I just feel paying £50 a month more than a new customer, shows a serious lack of customer service, loyalty goes both ways.
