  @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

  @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

  @bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.   @Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

  @bt_uk @bt_uk. I have phoned the number. I’ve got it on speed dial. You constantly lie saying you will fix the line but you do nothing. You really are appallingly bad. No care for elderly customers without broadband. Formal complaint coming. Not that you give a darn. Appalling.
