A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another ยฃ80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?

Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
