They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Just come off a call from them this morning and they have an engineer booked for TUESDAY, assuming the turn up this time and fix the fault, that’s 20 days you’ve left a know vulnerable

Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

Faye Carter (@FayeLcarter) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk you've now sent me a text to say complaint closed with no way of even finding how to reply to the initial complaint YOU raised. I now have a WiFi extender, upgraded fibre broadband with instructions for a Smart Hub 3. Do I have a smart hub 3? Nope.
