I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

It’s going to take another 2 weeks and cost me more than twice as much per month, yet if I place a new order online it will be the same price. Nothing you can do about it apparently, again I’ve got to place a new order and call back to cancel the old one???
