I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?
