@bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

@BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

@BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@bt_uk I signed up with that last summer when they were running the fibre lines. Currently just says VDSL available. Just curious why 3 streets are left out of the rollout and it’s impossible to get any further details with Openreach as an end customer.

Day 6 with total loss of service from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Fiber is totally dead so no access to internet or phone calls. Can't even dial 999 on it in an emergency. Luckily I get occasional mobile phone coverage (not from BT) so I'll use that if I need an ambulance.

@bt_uk Your forum moderator suggested a fix by end of Feb. We are past that with no fix. This is becoming ridiculous. Remember we pay for this and it is a part of the BT Broadband proposition

@bt_uk When is Open Reach / fibre optic broadband reaching some areas of zone 1 in London? I've registered my interest but looks like it could be a long time coming as in years?! I may as well move to the countryside. The quality of MS Teams calls whilst wfh are shocking. Send help!
