Absolutely shocking customer service from @bt_uk this morning. Glad I was already calling to cancel but being ranted at, demanded to re-consider and called crazy just put the nail in the coffin.

@bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

@bt_uk Hi @bt_uk are you able to confirm that the largest broadband provider in the UK is incapable of fixing its own error faster than 1 week, especially when there is the safety of a disabled child in question? Or is it just that you don’t care and don’t want to fix the error.
-
Tim Bentley

@bt_uk It’s the mobile signal. Since the new mast went up the BT mobile signal has gone from full 4G around town and at home to 3G and EDGE. Ironic considering the new mast was supposed to pave the way for 5G.
