@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

  • taylersant Tayler (@taylersant) reported from Newburn, England

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter Hoare ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

  • FrenzyFX_ Frenzy (@FrenzyFX_) reported

@bt_uk can suck my **** as disrespectfully as possible and choke on that ****! Service was supposed to be activated today after paying hundreds too get the service on, today service still isn’t on and now being told to pay an extra £50 deposit for the service, please **** off

  • Brad_Carson1998 Bradley Carson (@Brad_Carson1998) reported

@bt_uk Hi, you were to cancel the contract as per conversation with one of your employees at the door. On the phone and I quote with your colleague “we’ve ****** up, without sugar coating it”. You’ve offered a 6 month refund so why would they go to sky?

  • warthoghk Stewart Connell (@warthoghk) reported

@bt_uk I would strongly advise anyone buying Fibre to not bother unless you buy the upgraded package. Does not work. Told by engineer I need two discs minimum to get a signal in my 3 bed semi!

  • DJGTidwell Dave Tidwell (@DJGTidwell) reported

@bt_uk An update, the PON light flashed green for 1.5 hours, then reconnected to the network. I cancelled the booked engineer appointment. If fibre cable was damaged the FON would be flashing red, PON flashing green meant exchange connection was good, but service was deactivated there

  • ClareMWilkins Clare Wilkins (@ClareMWilkins) reported

On one day alone I received 7 emails. 3 helpfully telling me I needed an engineer. A waste of everyone’s time and not customer service. @bt_uk Say sorry and mean it. Turn up when you say you are going to. Want my continuing custom. Try harder. Be a whole lot better

  • DJGTidwell Dave Tidwell (@DJGTidwell) reported

@bt_uk @bt_uk - hmm, all that excitement about the #FTTP service, but within a few days its dead in the water. Connection to exchange is good, but PON light flashing green, meaning BT has removed my circuit from the service. Why?

  • ClareMWilkins Clare Wilkins (@ClareMWilkins) reported

@bt_uk The last we heard was they would now come tomorrow morning. Not sure if I believe them There is never a reason given for them not turning up which is just plain rude. I’m not sure if it is openreaches fault or BTs but the end result is the same

  • Sandanista Bob P @BobPitman@toot.community (@Sandanista) reported

@bt_uk No, had replacement hub abt yr ago I think. Last 3 or 4 mth seem to have lot of little glitchy mins & then it would be OK for while but the last month & bit have found restarting hub has cleared connection issues- or sometimes just soft device disconnect from hub & reconnect wifi

  • AlistairTodd10 Alistair Todd (@AlistairTodd10) reported

@bt_uk Useless customer support and install! Live chat clearly want rid of you rather than sort problems. Two lots of broken routers, two months of no internet, exposed wires on install, cables left in back garden.... Just as well I have kept my virgin connection 🤬

  • Kyleajoi Kyle (@Kyleajoi) reported

@bt_uk Internet has dropped in my location in Wirral, Merseyside. Checked online via landline number and it is showing no issues. But internet is down and the hub is orange light. Tried restarting. Is there any issues in my area ?
