David Mellstrom (@davidmellstrom) reported from Whitley Bay, England@btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.
