    @btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

    @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

    @bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

    Hi @bt_uk, I moved in my new house two weeks today and I still have no internet and your doing nothing to fix it. I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

    @bt_uk your broadband service is dreadful pay lot money for next no service, complained and try to get this sorted out numerous times and nothing ever gets solved i quite frankly think it’s appalling that in this day and age the internet service provide is inadequate for use.

    @bt_uk Maybe. I think this is a general problem and you certainly need someone to look into it. At the moment I can add incoming calls to my Call Protect blacklist, but when I try to listen to junk voicemail messages, I get a few seconds of silence then it disconnects.

    Phoned up @btsport told them I was struggling to afford it so they put my bill down to stop me cancelling. Now they have shoved it back up with out telling me. Lovely service.

    @bt_uk morning seems we have been disconnected on DM before the problem was resolved, I’m not sure giving me a fix you think will work and then closing the problem down before I reply works? Or are you still trying to resolve the problem?

    @bt_uk The issue is the cabinet used to provide 70/20 after 3 years it was 50/10 and now so many people are on the cabinet it's 24/4. The engineer said the cabinet is full and BT really should be upgrading.
