I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

Eddie Crouch (@EddieCrouch) reportedAfter 30 years with @bt_uk I have switched to @SkyUK for my broadband phone and TV package . A £40 per month rise was the reason and an almost identical service for 50% less . Wonder how much I have lost by not switching sooner ?
