@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

Has to be said that @btsport online coverage is very poor indeed. Pausing, stuttering, random fast forwarding and won’t work on my smart tv, it’s totally amateurish. And Steve McManaman is god awful!!
