    @bt_uk It's more the point we were given no notice. We have teachers and doctors working from home here who have been left in the lurch. Very poor service.

    @bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

    @bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

    @bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

    Oh dear @bt_uk… Offered a new contract twice, but my acceptance has been ignored then was supposed to be transferred on a call today but the transfers are broken so was given a direct number…. for the wrong department, who are now panicking because they’re getting random calls

    @bt_uk are the most incompetent company. I’m only a month into my contract and I want to cancel already. Terrible customer service, they just pass you to another dept and then your back to the start. I’ve never rang a company so much to get something sorted. #terrible

    @bt_uk Queried business bills, however, billing team are unwilling to discuss/explain the issues raised. Service has now been suspended and billing team refusing to engage without payment being made. This is nothing short of blackmail! @MoneyTelegraph @TimesBusiness

    @bt_uk hello, I've had an ongoing broadband instability issue for around 6 months - frequently when I'm using IP voice applications the service is disrupted - I've tried to raise a fault on this a number of times - help!!

    @CCriadoPerez @McAfee_Help @bt_uk Although I have never encountered any virus/mail ware problem for any Mac, you should be able to delete MacAfee files from the Library and Preference Folder.

    @bt_uk @BTCare I have been a loyal customer of yours for about 2 years now but intend to change now. Having changed my address a year ago, i am now told that i had a new contract last year as soon as i moved in to the new address. This is unethical on so many different levels.

    @btbusinesscare This is terrible service, appointments were cancelled to ensure your engineers would be able to access the property and not only did no one turn up, no one had the decent to even let us know. I’m cancelling our DD, I’m sure someone will be in contact when our bill is unpaid

    @btbusinesscare hi there Iv got a standard hub in my place and had some WiFi switches fitted but won’t connected to the hub. The electrician thinks it’s because it’s dual GHz and the switches are only 2.4ghz, is there anyway to turn off the 5ghz to try? Or direct me who can help?

    @btbusinesscare I am having the most awful experience, please can you help! Our internet hasn’t worked properly since August & now our landline won’t work either. I’ve been on call for over an hour and we’re still no further on!
