Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another ยฃ80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
