@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk you have contractors working for you in the BT20 area (last couple of days). Internet is not working correctly and very intermittent or even being lost. Trying to work from home here and make a living during the current hiatus. Can you please update.

@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@btbusinesscare I need to change my business phone line to residential, but so far no one at BT has been able to help, redirected to someone in Scotland but he gave up. Don't give me a phone number as auto redirection doesn't work. I could change provider if that is easier.

@bt_uk fr having problems with your wifi again. this is like our 5th problem with you lot since this new house it's honestly kind of a joke. internets out i think in some of the area but some people have it working. ours is still showing LOS on solid red. tried everything
