@bt_uk you have contractors working for you in the BT20 area (last couple of days). Internet is not working correctly and very intermittent or even being lost. Trying to work from home here and make a living during the current hiatus. Can you please update.

@bt_uk So apparently my whole area has no BT wifi. Not sure why BT are not telling us this. Some people had information in advance of this outage and some not. It’s not an issue in my gone it’s our area!

@bt_uk absolute shocking that you don’t have any support at all after 9pm all my channels have gone down. Can’t even log into the app. Happily take the money tho ay
