    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk you have contractors working for you in the BT20 area (last couple of days). Internet is not working correctly and very intermittent or even being lost. Trying to work from home here and make a living during the current hiatus. Can you please update.

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

    @bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

    It only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.

    @btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.

    @bt_uk Sorry but you really don't give a sh*t. You fekk up at every contact. Hopeless 'guides', rude, dismissive, unwilling to take ownership, never advise calls are recorded on call backs and now trying to charge me for a temporary fix!!! PATHETIC.

    @bt_uk I do call - every Monday, get told order failed they will re-issue told to wait 3-5 days . I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL
