Matias Garcia-Constantino (@mattgarciablitz) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland@bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)

Here in Feltham mine has oranged lighted random times for 1 week since last Friday and did it into this Friday and on to this Sunday

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
