    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    How on earth do you cancel @btsport online? You’d expect company’s to make it difficult to cancel but this seems an impossible task!

    @bt_uk I’ve read the terms just a shocking way to treat customers who have been loyal for years and moving to an address with bt As I say great service

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    Oh God, It gets better. @BTCare said my complaint had been handled, and two days later, send me an e-mail saying I have a new SIM card! And that I am paying for this service. So I can expect more of this! This is harrassment.

    @bt_uk Hello Steading TD9 7NP. Fastest halo. Every evening between 2000-2200 approx our Netflix and ITVX will not work, but do at other times. BBC i player suffers buffering interrupts. This looks like a problem out with our house as the TV has a full signal. Thoughts please.

    @btbusinesscare Fed up with people saying they can help, whether it be from BT or Openreach. The service is absolutely horrendous and is not fit for purpose. Promises Promises Promises but deliver nothing.

    Hi @bt_uk & @SkyUK from a customer service perspective how would you keep a customer who has had no internet connection for 14 days updated as to when the service they pay for will be back up and running? Just that @virginmedia don’t appear to do anything, just curious.

    @bt_uk An engineer came today to upgrade me to full fibre, it worked fine for hours but in the last hour it's stopped working. Orange light on the hub disc and red light on the white box on the wall. I work from home and can't miss any work tomorrow - please help!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Site survey Feb 2021 @OpenreachHelp new order with @BTCare Aug 2022... still no connection, no responsibility from either, Refusal to provide deadlock letter @Ofcom, basic negligence around Universal Service Obligation. Someone stand up & Help please. Farce of a process.
