    @BTCare I already did and the guy said exactly the same things as everyone on this tweet chain. I asked for a fault to be raised and was told that upload speed isn't guaranteed and he found no issues with my downstream speed because it's above my minimum guaranteed speed.

    @BTCare So, regardless of whether it's guaranteed or not, should you not be doing all you can to try and identify and resolve the issues, as per the T&C? Which btw don't say anything about upload not being guaranteed. Unless you can show me where it says so?

    @BTCare Has there been any ongoing issues with service in my area the last few weeks as our connection drops off an restarts itself quite frequent, if I were to ring every time I'd never be of phone to you.

    @BTCare All fine. Been like this for ages. Bt channel doesn't work. Then you try and stream the match using bt Wi-Fi and it buffers.

    @BTCare fed up with service stopping intermediate over last few weeks now router went off at 00.01 and is still off, rang help desk theyr working on fixing problem, and you are now putting price up!!! rip off!!!

    @BTCare Honestly I don't know all I know was it was escalated to the management or executive team who never called back which is why it had to be cancelled because they couldn't provide service & I thought my details would be deleted after account closure under GDPR?

    @BTCare Well the 14th has come and gone and still no broadband. @BTCare @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp you’re all as bad as each other. It’s just a shame @virginmedia can’t install until 29th. @itvMLshow my suggestion would be don’t move at all!😡

    @BTCare I’ve left BT. Only so much BS I can handle. Inability to resolve problems, and staff not even attempting to resolve a problem for 5 days until I rung up to find out what’s happening. Then when I say I’m leaving problem is miraculously looked in to and resolved. Too late

    @BTCare @BT - over a month from order to get phone line and fibre installed! Fibre delay understandable but not the phone line which just needs activating! Disgraceful level of service and no other option as BT have a monopoly due to rural location 😡 #poorservice #notagreatstart

    @BTCare But 2 weeks to fix something is appalling and even then you could tell me I have to wait another week. I suggest you change suppliers @OpenreachHelp it certainly doesn't take 2 weeks to fix some cable.
