  • scullionoflarne Andrew Scullion (@scullionoflarne) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@tiff_tv @OfficialWRC @btsport The WRC commentary is usually pretty poor too. They never seem to know what's going on.

  • mattgarciablitz Matias Garcia-Constantino (@mattgarciablitz) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

  • scullionoflarne Andrew Scullion (@scullionoflarne) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@NEWSKIN2018 @btsport Can't think of a worse combination than Dempsey and McManaman. Awful.

  • PaddyMUA paddy mcgurgan (@PaddyMUA) reported from Drumbeg, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk The biggest issue is your team not knowing why my order has an issue and 4 service agents not calling me back when they promised to investigate & clarify

  • sevenofdays Corey Davis (@sevenofdays) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

  • McGuinnessKevin Kevin McGuinness 💭 (@McGuinnessKevin) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@BTCare As they are due to shut down anyhow soon so looking for a new vocation of scamming BT customers! Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

  • BobbyEarley Bobby 🇾🇪 (@BobbyEarley) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@BTCare hi my btsport app on Xbox one isn't loading, shows the by icon then goes black screen, tried uninstalling but still not working

  • StripeyMiata Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@A1GOY @bt_uk I remember looking at a bill as a favour for elderly neighbours, they where paying £81 a month for stuff they never used as they were in their 70's. Got it down to £29 a month.

  • No1Ghirl DefCon5 (@No1Ghirl) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

  • PhilPatterson2 Phil Patterson (@PhilPatterson2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

To make matters worse I’ve just received a call intended from @bt_uk for “Mr Ray Moreland” commiserating with me on my divorce and credit problems, but asking me for £86. Consistent lies and incompetence, now a GDPR breach. P.S Sorry to hear Ray 👍

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Read the replies (this is simply awful) shameful response. Just the £7 Billion in their coffers. #talktalk and #BTSport also awful with their responses.

  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Jordan on your customer service team needs a pay rise after having to deal with customers like me 😂😂 Great guy

  • hodgemeister_71 Darren Hodgson DBCI MSc (@hodgemeister_71) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk you have contractors working for you in the BT20 area (last couple of days). Internet is not working correctly and very intermittent or even being lost. Trying to work from home here and make a living during the current hiatus. Can you please update.

  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years, something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

  • Colm1984 Colm Gordon (@Colm1984) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk I've just turned once of your engineers away as they've arrived 45 miles from where they should be. They should be attending my parents fault 45 miles away. I've never reported a fault on my line........Cheeky Elf

  • sevenofdays Corey Davis (@sevenofdays) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

  • tonysmyth23 Tony Smyth (@tonysmyth23) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Is @SkyUK @bt_uk and all other TV going to give their customer anything that have to stay at home at this bad time 💷💷💷💷💰💰💰

  • AriffK_88 Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

When you listen to @SkySports @btsport ******* the self proclaimed big six maybe then fking off wasn’t a bad thing Mcmanaman 🤮🤮🤯

  • KAJ5555 JACKSON (@KAJ5555) reported

@mrjakehumphrey Hi Jake just loved your plea to not forget the issues thrown up by super league. Money is ruining the game, agree. So as soon as the game is over today I’m cancelling my BT subscription. @btsport @btsportfootball Cheers for pointing the way. #europesuperleague

  • LuvFB_HateFifa Cletus Van Damme (@LuvFB_HateFifa) reported

A good example in #LIVNEW why always delaying the offside decision doesn't work. The L'pool player is clearly offside, shoots but doesn't score. It deflects out for a corner. Because the player doesn't score, its not reviewed. L'pool get a corner that shouldn't have been #btsport

  • TCripes The Anti-Cripes (Legacy Fan) (@TCripes) reported

Listening to the garbage analysis from BT is taxing. The high line has consistently caught them offside and allowed us to push them back and isolate their forwards whilst at the same time breaking on them high up the pitch. Hence our chances. Do these cretins get paid? @btsport

  • Darkzyy5 Darkzyy (@Darkzyy5) reported

@btsport using by sport on my firestick and it says can't connect outside of the UK when I'm clearly in the UK 🥴 how do I fix this?

  • chemoboy001 David Barber (@chemoboy001) reported

@bt_uk our switchover was supposed to be yesterday but nothing has happened and now we've no broadband. Your advisors have been no help. Couldn't help yesterday. Been on hold for nearly an hour today

  • ElenaKale Elena Kale (@ElenaKale) reported

@bt_uk It may be worth you putting out some form of publicity about it because I get a ton of calls claiming they're from BT, all outside the UK and I'm sure I'm not alone. If this isn't your practice then by publicising it, it may help reduce the scams a bit. Thanks for the quick reply

  • Pedrofish13 Pedro miller (@Pedrofish13) reported

@mrjakehumphrey He’s right Jake, every needs to calm down. ESL was born out of Spanish/Italians need to bale themselves out financially, UEFA response was anger as they’d be missing out on money, same as pundits who seem to pop up on BBC, BTSport, Sky etc..it’s all about ££ now, let’s be honest

  • prof_pugwash Prof Pugwash ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💙 (@prof_pugwash) reported

@btsportfootball @btsport you talk about ESL but corrupt organisation UEFA is wanting to get a bigger slice of the pie with their CL changes, and if the owners go who would be able to buy the club - more foreign owners wanting more money!! FSG and ESL are symptoms not the problem

  • Very_Nobody Very Nobody (@Very_Nobody) reported

@kejamieson_ @bt_uk Probably left over from an old phone line and would never get removed
