@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

@PippaCrerar @bt_uk To be clear: BT does not provide this service; BT's *customers* provide this service - mostly unknowingly, I suspect. I for one wouldn't share my connection with anyone who walks past. If BT really wanted to help, they would have offered discounted dedicated connections.

@PippaCrerar @bt_uk So what’s the problem? The statement says they’ve previously decided and presumably implemented suitable schemes.

@bt_uk Hi Kelly, the issue is (as advised by every engineer that's ever visited) that we're too far away from the greenbox in town so FTTP is the only solution (short of a closer box installed) It's insanely slow.. now even moreso due to Lockdown

@PippaCrerar @bt_uk BT isn't 100% (no provider is) but it's pretty good. 3 of us WFH since March with minimum 6 devices & TV using it all the time. Few problems.
