@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

  • MoBoDrums Maurice Brown (@MoBoDrums) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@JungleLion_ @chris_sutton73 @btsport Or is it done to try and show up the celtic support? Ie kris boyd WILL get called an ‘orange bastard’ at these games but they dont want the rangers fans to be heard screaming ‘******’ and the rest. They are a club for all after all 😝

  • andrewpearseuk Andrew Pearse (@andrewpearseuk) reported

@btsport was Ben Kay aware of the fact that there were 2 teams playing at the Rev yesterday? Anyone would have thought that Bath won and the non-Bath team were anonymous. We have had to tolerate Kay’s poor one-eyed commentating for too long. Time to move on.

  • calgas21 Marc Sewell (@calgas21) reported

@btsport @btsportcricket why on earth would go for an ad break with one ball left of the over, only to return and miss the last ball? Why not just show the ads after the over? Terrible coverage! You’d never see that from Sky.

  • inkedcaribbean inkedup_britishjamaican (@inkedcaribbean) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk 5) my anger and frustration is not that there is a problem, its that your customer service teams and systems are I'll equipped, poorly managed and unable to offer basic communication as to the issues. It's ammatuer and as soon as this contract is up I'm done with the lot of you

  • Tomge TomGeorge (@Tomge) reported

@bt_uk are tbe worst company I've ever had to deal with. Over 7 hours on the phone since 23rd August, constantly lied to over charged. Failed to contact me when promised and cancelled appointments without letting us know.

  • flexiturb Arjun Singh (@flexiturb) reported

@btsport is the absolute worst cricket broadcaster I’ve ever seen. Glitchy graphics and 3/4 of the screen blocked out on replays, presumably because of a rights/contractual issue. Let the BBC have it again, they care more.

  • AlanMacleod14 Alan Macleod (@AlanMacleod14) reported

Day 67 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT
