@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

@bt_uk We are a business in Bristol who has had our phones down now for 9 days!! This is apparently due to a problem at the 'exchange'. We are getting no joy (via our third-party support) from your ISDN30 and TSO support teams. This is getting beyond a joke now!

The customer service rep i spoke to at @bt_uk response when i explained my grandmother is 84 and reliant on her landline was 'Go to Tesco and buy her a pay as you go phone'. Not sure how they justify the stupidly high bill if that's their response to their faults.

Worst company @bt_uk firstly charged for 2 accounts. Then when informed they seized my account in error costing me £1000s then charged me £400 in disconnection fee. Still waiting for refund and still waiting for a call back regarding loss of earnings.
