  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • BobbyEarley Bobby 🇾🇪 (@BobbyEarley) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

  • tonysmyth23 Tony Smyth (@tonysmyth23) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Is @SkyUK @bt_uk and all other TV going to give their customer anything that have to stay at home at this bad time 💷💷💷💷💰💰💰

  • McGuinnessKevin Kevin McGuinness 💭 (@McGuinnessKevin) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@BTCare As they are due to shut down anyhow soon so looking for a new vocation of scamming BT customers! Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

  • MickyToland Micky Toland 🔰 B.A.F.C (@MickyToland) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@btsport bloody brutal defending from @ManUtd always expect the worst!!

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Read the replies (this is simply awful) shameful response. Just the £7 Billion in their coffers. #talktalk and #BTSport also awful with their responses.

  • StripeyMiata Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@A1GOY @bt_uk I remember looking at a bill as a favour for elderly neighbours, they where paying £81 a month for stuff they never used as they were in their 70's. Got it down to £29 a month.

  • No1Ghirl DefCon5 (@No1Ghirl) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

  • scullionoflarne Andrew Scullion (@scullionoflarne) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@NEWSKIN2018 @btsport Can't think of a worse combination than Dempsey and McManaman. Awful.

  • PaddyMUA paddy mcgurgan (@PaddyMUA) reported from Drumbeg, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk The biggest issue is your team not knowing why my order has an issue and 4 service agents not calling me back when they promised to investigate & clarify

  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years, something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

  • AriffK_88 Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

  • sevenofdays Corey Davis (@sevenofdays) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

  • scullionoflarne Andrew Scullion (@scullionoflarne) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@tiff_tv @OfficialWRC @btsport The WRC commentary is usually pretty poor too. They never seem to know what's going on.

  • Colm1984 Colm Gordon (@Colm1984) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk I've just turned once of your engineers away as they've arrived 45 miles from where they should be. They should be attending my parents fault 45 miles away. I've never reported a fault on my line........Cheeky Elf

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • hodgemeister_71 Darren Hodgson DBCI MSc (@hodgemeister_71) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk you have contractors working for you in the BT20 area (last couple of days). Internet is not working correctly and very intermittent or even being lost. Trying to work from home here and make a living during the current hiatus. Can you please update.

  • mattgarciablitz Matias Garcia-Constantino (@mattgarciablitz) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

  • Andrew_Frankel Andrew Frankel (@Andrew_Frankel) reported

@RawlyP @bt_uk That’s because it never happens. Ever. Oxymoronic tautology entirely intended.

  • AshKnight Ashley Knight (@AshKnight) reported

@bt_uk Yep - despite following your advice I’m still unable to login to the BT WiFi app, it says my username/password doesn’t exist. Can I DM you my details and then you can check, or provide me with another account to sign in with? Thanks

  • cgpwhite83 Chris White (@cgpwhite83) reported

That first hour of #WWERaw was so much better without ads! The @btsport app is really poor for fast-forwarding!

  • JoAnneNadler Jo-Anne Nadler (@JoAnneNadler) reported

@bt_uk So go on - put me out of my misery. How the heck do you register a fault on someone else’s line? Not at all obvious via your ludicrously customer repelling website. You’re leaving a nonogenarian relative without service so how do I alert you?

  • Dota_basketball Stuart Barclay (@Dota_basketball) reported

@cricollie The last ashes, when BTsport started us with enforced Aus coverage I legit ended up watching it muted. It's just incredible how bad they are.

  • RachelHi1l Rachel Hill (@RachelHi1l) reported

@bt_uk my 91 year old Grandmother’s landline has not been working since Thursday and she is still waiting for it to be fixed. She has a emergency alarm which does not work without the landline. She is at high risk of falls and lives alone. Surely this should be a priority?

  • matttheflamingo the friendly flamingo (@matttheflamingo) reported

Hi @bt_uk, it’s nearly our one-month anniversary of my internet being broken and you doing nothing to fix it. If we’re exchanging gifts, perhaps you could restore my internet and in return I won’t switch to another provider? Thanks ✨

  • wilsopw pete wilson (@wilsopw) reported

@Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk I can’t think of one customer centric company that doesn’t have the same kind of disregard for customers. Broadband, Car insurance and banks the worst offenders. However retailers catching up fast!!!

  • Vicky_Water_ Vicky (@Vicky_Water_) reported

@bt_uk Was told that my line/b'band was being 'slammed' on 17/10/22 - contacted you, was reassured... happened numerous times. Then got cut off 08/11/22 - been a fight ever since to get it sorted. Feel very much that there is no customer care. No-one contacted me... always me.
