Read the replies (this is simply awful) shameful response. Just the £7 Billion in their coffers. #talktalk and #BTSport also awful with their responses.

  • StripeyMiata Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@A1GOY @bt_uk I remember looking at a bill as a favour for elderly neighbours, they where paying £81 a month for stuff they never used as they were in their 70's. Got it down to £29 a month.

  • mattgarciablitz Matias Garcia-Constantino (@mattgarciablitz) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

  • sevenofdays Corey Davis (@sevenofdays) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

  • No1Ghirl DefCon5 (@No1Ghirl) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

  • AriffK_88 Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Jordan on your customer service team needs a pay rise after having to deal with customers like me 😂😂 Great guy

    @KezRandle @btsport Damn !

  • PaddyMUA paddy mcgurgan (@PaddyMUA) reported from Drumbeg, Northern Ireland

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • hodgemeister_71 Darren Hodgson DBCI MSc (@hodgemeister_71) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk you have contractors working for you in the BT20 area (last couple of days). Internet is not working correctly and very intermittent or even being lost. Trying to work from home here and make a living during the current hiatus. Can you please update.

  • sevenofdays Corey Davis (@sevenofdays) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

  • scullionoflarne Andrew Scullion (@scullionoflarne) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@tiff_tv @OfficialWRC @btsport The WRC commentary is usually pretty poor too. They never seem to know what's going on.

  • McGuinnessKevin Kevin McGuinness 💭 (@McGuinnessKevin) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@BTCare As they are due to shut down anyhow soon so looking for a new vocation of scamming BT customers! Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

  • Colm1984 Colm Gordon (@Colm1984) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk I've just turned once of your engineers away as they've arrived 45 miles from where they should be. They should be attending my parents fault 45 miles away. I've never reported a fault on my line........Cheeky Elf

  • PhilPatterson2 Phil Patterson (@PhilPatterson2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

To make matters worse I’ve just received a call intended from @bt_uk for “Mr Ray Moreland” commiserating with me on my divorce and credit problems, but asking me for £86. Consistent lies and incompetence, now a GDPR breach. P.S Sorry to hear Ray 👍

  • tonysmyth23 Tony Smyth (@tonysmyth23) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Is @SkyUK @bt_uk and all other TV going to give their customer anything that have to stay at home at this bad time 💷💷💷💷💰💰💰

  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years, something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported

(1/3) A few weeks ago I spoke to @bt_uk asking why I have to pay for a phone I never use. I was told it was because they have to maintain the network and our phone service runs on old cables. We have a purely FTTP broadband. Now BT have emailed to say they're moving us to...

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported

@bt_uk Hi Alannah, thanks for a speedy reply but you can help but taking off from my bill the cost of phone services which I have told you for years we don't use. Now you've taken maintenance of the old network out of the equation, I shouldn't be charged.

  • dazmc24 Darren mcneil (@dazmc24) reported

@bt_uk Yeah after 2 previous engineer visits to fix the exact same problem within 2 weeks!! Furious doesn’t cut!! You call centre advisor refused to open a complaint and would discuss anything further until an engineer had visited!!! JOKE COMPANY!!!

  • mummychin WithaKandanA (@mummychin) reported

Broadband broadly working now. Openreach reported rodent nest at base of telephone pole and cable had been chewed. Openreach part was very efficient, about 24 hours. @bt_uk part less so. 3.5 days for them to get a home tech expert out, who then confirmed that problem was outside
