    @bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

  • davidtcfc David (@davidtcfc) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

  • UkJon jon wood (@UkJon) reported

    @bt_uk i see you have a deal where ee take over broadband if bt goes down … can you do it the other way … where we get EE as main supply but have BT as the back up … we only get 5-10mps and potentially double that on EE but we want your security

  • jacquep Pascal Jacquemain 🇫🇷in🇬🇧 #BloodyMigrant (@jacquep) reported

    @bt_uk is there #outage in #haywardsheath #lindfield?

  • David00993264 David (@David00993264) reported

    @bt_uk BT sent out openreach to fix my broadband that all working fine instead of a cube tv engineer, what a waste of time, this is ridiculous now, all I want is my subscription channels switched on ffs ?

  • berwickc77 Christopher (@berwickc77) reported

    @bt_uk We have no mobile signal and haven’t locally for a few days. Obviously due to the weather there are going to be issues, but your website and signal strength checker says there are no issues. The 3 users in this house (2 BT 1EE) all have the same issue so not the phones!?

  • JordanG78435789 Jordan Gardner (@JordanG78435789) reported

    @bt_uk Don’t go with BT if you want your internet to actually show up. They work with OpenReach who never send engineers when they apparently book them in. Most providers work with openreach other than Shell Energy. Wish I went with Shell as it’s two weeks past the installation date.

  • Pworboyes1995 Paddy Worboyes (@Pworboyes1995) reported
