WJBBrown (@WarrenBedeBrown) reported@btbusinesscare Disappointing to hear you are penalising loyal customers for paying slightly late. Most of the Country, especially small businesses are struggling and yet if you are late with your bill payment, you charge loyal customers £40. Hidden in your T&C's. Terrible.....
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Please listen to what I’m saying and pass my deep concerns to the people making these stupid decisions.
-
Marc Harris (@Marcharris1687) reported@bt_uk you are actually useless phones are down in our area when we rung you to tell you you were already aware but can't do anything or update you because the team are off until Thursday what sort of bullshit is that you only got one team to deal with issues
-
arthurbikemad (@arthurbikemad) reported@btbusinesscare Still not resolved and I've had to pay a bill for a service that does not work.
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
AP Rhondda (@ae_parry) reported@btbusinesscare @ofcom The real bad thing is even if I wait the usual hour. I will have to do the same thing next week because the issue never gets resolved.
