    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk £205 phone line extension planned for today changed at last minute until April! 40 minutes on the phone to customer services who could give no answer. Appalling dismal service. Never again.

    @bt_uk Having a phone line installed should have been easy..? As an ex BT customer over 20 years ago I defected to Virgin Media, however our new house is only served by BT. I suspect VM may be here by the time BT decide how to string a bit of wire across the road..

    @bt_uk Fibre ONT box has gone in LL14, red light on it, any known outages? I fear someone might have damaged the fibre network but hopefully it’s short lived.

    @bt_uk Internet and landline has been down in the GU23 area since last night. Haven't been able to teach my students remotely today. No ETA for repair completion and no sign of progress. When will this outage be fixed? Getting desperate!

    Hey @OpenreachHelp I’d love to say thanks to David and sorry I can’t remember the other guys name who came to try and fix my internet on Friday. They were legendary, respectful and replaced all they could after a couple of engineer visits! Now it’s up to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Hi Lisa, I won't know until March time as we're not moving in properly until then. But we just noticed this today. In your opinion is this a pretty poor condition (old) wire that does need an update? Regards Matt
