@bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years, something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

@bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

Hey @bt_uk, can you explain why I am paying £43 a month, but I cannot play my Xbox on WiFi in my house because the connection is so poor? Feels like my "guaranteed 500mb" download speed was all just a marketing ploy #worsethansky
