  • DMlacovsk Denisa Mlacovská (@DMlacovsk) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I am having a problem with internet for three days. I had an appointment for today between 1-6pm. The lady from BT left note that I can do it only at 17:30. Today engineer called me at 2:44 that he js there. I call to BT and they tell me that is not possible after 5?

  • thejohnsmith John Smith (@thejohnsmith) reported

Tech pals. Question for you: @bt_uk won't let me split my Wi-Fi signal between 2.4 & 5 GHz - I have a smart hub 2 and it's made working from my studio really difficult - is there a workaround box or dongle that would allow me to choose 5GHz? Thank you.

  • 1bethanyjoy Bethany Joy (@1bethanyjoy) reported

Booked an engineer, no one came. Complained on the phone, got another engineer booked, also didn’t turn up, shock. Thankfully got a call back which allowed me to confirm that i had been let down for a second time, another booked for tomorrow. Third time lucky eh @bt_uk?

Hi @bt_uk - my broadband is still not working. You were supposed to call us back last night, but you didn't. Any chance it's being looked into? Thanks, Claire

  • markjwt Mark Taylor (@markjwt) reported

@AnnaGra65143872 @bt_uk Section 14, paragraph B in their terms of service outlines the compensation you are entitled to (£8.06 a day after the first 2 days). Check it out! You can also Google the CEO's email address to escalate things (I'm not posting it here on this forum, for obvious reasons!)

  • JeffCMRT Jeff Carroll (@JeffCMRT) reported

@bt_uk are there some connection issues with BT email pls? Can access webmail but Outlook 365 hasn't worked since yesterday and another account on same program works fine. Thx

  • one_animals Joss Moore (@one_animals) reported

@bt_uk You reached out to ask if there was anything you could do to help and I clearly explained what you could do. I am curious: Exactly what help might you have been able to offer ClaireC?

  • RobertS45261451 Robert Smith (@RobertS45261451) reported

@bt_uk @JeSuisTinkerbel Probably not relevant, but why are providers allowed to put their prices up mid contract? It makes a mockery of the word. Who would agree to a contract in which the provider can charge whatever they like while the customer is locked in for 18 months or whatever?

  • ScouseViking91 jon mcganity (@ScouseViking91) reported

Debating whether joining @bt_uk was a good move, joined on the 29th activation date on the 13th today after calling I've a 2 day delay not even had Internet yet and already problems 🤔
