@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

Why do @btsportfootball @btsport persist with the Peter Walton referee thing? It’s totally ridiculous, he was a very poor referee when he officiated and now all he does is back up the match referees decisions. Get him off. So glad @SkySportsPL don’t have a has-been ref on.

@bt_uk @btsport It's frustrating enough living in a pandemic and all the restrictions it brings, but BT have taken it to a whole new level. Months after being talked into getting fibre, I still don't have a proper service. My complaint has not been followed up, and I get no reply to texts.

@bt_uk I have to say, I feel let down by bt, you told me to phone which I did. I got told you could supply me with broadband. You send me the router on the 8th dec and today I get a email to say send the router back or be charged, no explanation no nothing
