@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk @BTCare have the most appalling customer service. After a total 14 hours on phone trying to resolve issue it’s now worse! Openreach relying on a system which Bt admits doesn’t work. No-one prepared to help. A lot of recorded calls for offcom to go through!

@bt_uk #bt ARE BLACKMAILERS! They make errors, over charge customers, make mistakes when giving refunds and compensation. Then cut you off as they claim there's a debt on the account. Managers never ring back on time. Bt closes complaints without dealing. INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS!

@openreach & @bt_uk customer service is having me on. Trying to run an online business for two weeks without internet is impossible. Our leased business line is laying in a farmers field with a snapped in half pole. Can’t even get an update on when it will be fixed 🫠🫠🫠
