I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me
