    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    Hi @bt_uk I reported a fault on the 26th Aug - only getting 0.2mb broadband!! The 61998 service said no fault detected. Reported again today as still only getting 0.2mb broadband but 61998 now agree with issue. Can you ensure this issue is resolved and backdated to 26th Aug?

    Truly terrific service from #BT. They contacted me to say my broadband was a bit slow. Engineer came. Problem I wasn't even aware of sorted. It may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Yes John, you do keep repeating yourself. And i'll repeat, I'll seek a contract for broadband elsewhere next May. You lot in customer service are like brainwashed robots repeating bt processes but no common sense. Certainly not giving customer satisfaction. 👋

    @btbusinesscare I already have 🤡Case Reference: IMP-107511522, Its been 91 days since the order and I'm still waiting for BT and Openreach to finish the installation. Its just a simple FTTP (and ALL the hardware is in place and works) but its beyond BT and Openreach to activate it-so poor

    Currently experiencing some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life with @bt_uk in regards to my broadband installation. Laughably bad. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at this rate.
