    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

    @bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

    @BTCare As they are due to shut down anyhow soon so looking for a new vocation of scamming BT customers! Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

    @bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years,something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

    @bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

    @A1GOY @bt_uk I remember looking at a bill as a favour for elderly neighbours, they where paying £81 a month for stuff they never used as they were in their 70's. Got it down to £29 a month.

    @bt_uk They did yes but sadly the problem is not resolved. A second night now with no landline and intermittent broadband. I had a text to say the problem’s not fixed and they will return but, no further details when that’ll be

    @CallyJones47 @BathBytes @btsport Because it is another loss. The management decided to send these lambs to the slaughter. Because Hooper and Hatley decided to take a back seat and leave this week to junior coaches. Because the same problems are still there - poor defence, poor skills, poor senior players.

Not a story about race/hair as there are plenty, were just looking for representation. To date in my search I haven’t found anything.

    @bt_uk no internet since I got home from work. Service status says everything is ok which it clearly isn't. Ran diagnostics and turns out there IS an issue and an engineer is coming tomorrow. Not happy with your service at all.

    @bt_uk i’m having continued BT Wi-fi issues. i’m getting a disc, but the problem is with my devices connecting- they drop out all the time, but the hub stays blue. I’ve been advised to do a factory reset, which I have, currently my phone won’t connect. Please can someone help?
