  • VinPetr14731040 Vin Petrol (@VinPetr14731040) reported

@harri_krishna @bt_uk No problem at all, Yes totally agree, it’s only as I know he actually cares, so perhaps it takes someone like him to kick start it, he would be a legend forever, statues and streets named after him, the one who saved so many instead of just adding another zero to bank balance.

  • fuzzyhamstermuf bob-omb (@fuzzyhamstermuf) reported

@bt_uk trying to upgrade some services, however when it goes through to check my account it states the postcode on my account is different to where the services are installed. I've been on hold for over an hour and not spoken to anybody. Any help?

  • lesley219 Lesley (@lesley219) reported

Does your internet service provider fight for your to have good broadband? If they do your lucky. @bt_uk don’t. They just threaten to cut you off.

  • J_Smyth7 jordan (@J_Smyth7) reported

@bt_uk my network speed has been less than 1mb all day despite it usually being 40mb. Is there something wrong with the service in the Hertfordshire area? The BT status page says no current known issues. I texted the help number my landline and it said there was no known account

  • gbrennan Greg Brennan (@gbrennan) reported

@bt_uk is there a problem with BT Tv at the moment?

  • lesley219 Lesley (@lesley219) reported

@bt_uk No they’re not. They read scripts and brush us off. We get a lousy service from our isp, nothing like we’ve had before and they think it’s service. BT need to up their game for their customers otherwise we’ll have to look into other routes to get back what we had before.

  • AndyMc259 AndyMcLaughlin (@AndyMc259) reported

@bt_uk WS17AZA drove like a idiot overtaking me along a 30 limit in the city centre of Southampton. he shouldn't have a licence. 1500 today, dual carriage way outside Central train station.

  • twitta_charlie Charlotte (@twitta_charlie) reported

@bt_uk They knew what they were coming here for and everyone knows what time it gets dark. If they weren’t going to turn up in time to do the job before it got dark then that’s poor planning. I am not rearranging the appointment, I have cancelled my contract as it’s not been activated.

  • NeilYtheprinter Neil Young (@NeilYtheprinter) reported

@bt_uk @Ofcom been waiting over a week for a call back from BT to resolve a complaint. Promised 48 hours didn’t happen and then last Tuesday a call today that has not happened. How do I make them actually assist a customer? #terrible

  • Northlander74 𝔖𝔱𝔢𝔭𝔥𝔢𝔫 𝔍. 𝔍𝔞𝔠𝔮𝔲𝔢𝔰 (@Northlander74) reported

@bt_uk To reiterate, I'm looking to renew my SIM only contract (I've been out of the original deal for years) and as I'm planning on upgrading my phone to a 5G handset in December, figured I'd take a look at what SIM only deals you have. I found one that suits but when I sign in to my
