    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

    @bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

    @bt_uk I've just turned once of your engineers away as they've arrived 45 miles from where they should be. They should be attending my parents fault 45 miles away. I've never reported a fault on my line........Cheeky Elf

    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    How on earth do you cancel @btsport online? You’d expect company’s to make it difficult to cancel but this seems an impossible task!

    @bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

    I don’t mind @btsport but ever since it’s inception, their inability to find a co-commentator for football has been awful. From Owen to Jenas and McManaman in between, they have never had a @GNev2 or @Carra23 to call upon #TOTMCI

    @bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? It’s disproportionate for a simple task.

    @bt_uk why do you not effectively deal with complaints? I made a complaint on 10th May, on 11th May it was closed with no resolution. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??

    @bt_uk for 6 days my 86 yr old mum has no landline/internet My brother has tried to resolve this with a BT engineer visit spending hrs on the phone. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.

    I recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help
