@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

Cut my father in laws phone off entirely - he has dementia so big issue - we only asked to cancel the Sport. Thats the latest in many, many examples. Im with vodaphone now
