@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk ....because our router is in the hallway. Our daughter watches a lot of stuff streamed from the internet and experiences the same issue. We’ve had full fibre fitted in the last 6 months and the issues we used to have are still present...it’s just rubbish

Had appalling internet service from @EE for about two months. Despite new router and engineer visit - absolutely useless. Switched to @BTGroup @bt_uk yesterday and game changer. Congratulations to BT and shame on EE.

Thanks to an error on the part of @bt_uk I’ve just lost my dream house as an issue they told me was sorted and not to worry about left me with 6months of arrears on my credit file 🙃🙃🙃🙃 just had a good sob and they’ve hung up on me 3 times so far I haven’t even spoke to anyone

We are still waiting for a landline of @bt_uk. That was ordered 6 weeks ago. Our postcode is Tr19 6LZ. Our neighbours at Trengothal farm with the same post code are now 4 months without broadband. We have not been offered a dongle or any help. Just revised dates that never happen
