    @bt_uk hey, I can't login to my account on the website. No matter the browser, mobile or computer it always tells me to update my browser (using multiple browsers, all current versions) What can I do?

    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    Appalling (lack of) service from @bt_uk Be wary of renewing contracts over the phone. Agreed discount has not been applied to account for BT Sport. Have told them call time so they can listen but just useless. Waiting on hold for ages and never receive the promised call back.

    @bt_uk hey - zero internet for 72 hours now and website now just says "Estimated fix time: Sorry we can't provide a fix date at the moment. Please check again later." - originally fix by Sat 6pm, then today lunch, then this again. What's happening?

    @bt_uk My issue is that this specific HUB problem is well known to BT and I was sent an engineer to sort it out. They sent the wrong sort of engineer who couldn’t. And as it WASN’T a problem with Apple then BT should have sorted it.
