Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

  • JanRadovic Jan Radović 💙 (@JanRadovic) reported

@bt_uk I have read it, and you are still not addressing the issue that homes must have broadband to use Digital Voice. Your customer's wishes clearly don't matter.

  • SURFERDUDEBURT CHRIS BURTON (@SURFERDUDEBURT) reported

@bt_uk I’m on the fault help line now …….if you care talk to me ….. stop ignoring customers ofcom contacted

  • BixWeetabecke Bix Weetabecke (@BixWeetabecke) reported

@northwaleslive Disgusting. Shame on @bt_uk. Perhaps if they hadn't been such greedy scum, and spunked all their money on Champions League coverage, they'd not put vulnerable pensioners at risk. As for Jan Shortt, who's going to tell her that the landline also goes down if there's a power cut?

  • Mattbrewsbeer Matt Priaulx (@Mattbrewsbeer) reported

@bt_uk Great job canceling my temporary wi-if hub mid graduate lecture. Waited over a month for fibre install to my flat, have had had to use open-air signal because nobody b/t you and @WeAreOpenreach can seem to decide what needs to happen to access the offsite pole. Furious.

  • Tonysmini Tony (@Tonysmini) reported

@MelissaJadeex @bt_uk What’s the white box doing? Is your hub dropping connection or is it a Wi-Fi issue?

  • Mattbrewsbeer Matt Priaulx (@Mattbrewsbeer) reported

@bt_uk Unless this is an @WeAreOpenreach thing? I don’t know. Either way, I’ve had three techs out, and none have been able to install the service because of access issues. There’s clearly a missing line of communication, and it’s resulted in nothing but headaches for me.

  • _elishabennett Elisha Bennett (@_elishabennett) reported

@bt_uk Fault with the service. Only been with you a month and multiple problems.

  • TimothyDRCarr Tim Carr (@TimothyDRCarr) reported

@Dredz06 @bt_uk They know of lots of issues but deny them until you show them in black and white. Then they go oh yeah we are working on a future firmware release. When I got mine I couldn’t even see devices on different bands until a firmware upgrade was pushed out to me

  • TimothyDRCarr Tim Carr (@TimothyDRCarr) reported

@Dredz06 @bt_uk Another bug was if you enable guest network it slows everything down to some silly slow speed no matter how you’re connected. Another fix coming. This is why they done publish what the firmware fixes like every other manufacture out there.

  • sharpy010 Sharpy (@sharpy010) reported

@bt_uk Fibre500 ordered end of September. Was assured openreach survey had shown no issues. Imagine my suprise when engineer arrives today to say the install cant be processed as further ducting is required. Possible further few week delay with no internet at my new home!
