    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk My broadband has been down for days. It is the same for the whole block of flats (ie not an issue with my router). Your team are sending an engineer to my flat but it’s clearly an external problem. When will it be fixed!!?! This is ridiculous now. N4 area.

    @bt_uk Been through all this on Wednesday.. engineers have visited neighbours and identified a problem with the lines about 3 miles away yet still no fix… you should send me a dongle or something as it seems like a big issue that is going to be prolonged

    @bt_uk Is there anyway to contact online to talk about changing our package? Live chat keeps saying I can only phone you but that's really difficult for me to do. Not happy that my offers in my account that say "lower than a new customer price " are not lower at all.
