@meghezzi @daveivermee @sambuzz90 @Sam_I_Rees @RobertIvermee @Glenavon_FC Someone needs to make this top quality football more accessible to public, I’d say! Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk After the engineer raised a call on Tuesday for an underground engineer to attend, someone at @bt_uk raised a new reqr for the original engineer to attend again. This deleted the call for the underground engineer. A new request has been put in, and I'm still without service.

@bt_uk the blue lights back nearly 2 hours, if these are planned outages would REALLY be nice to let me know before hand, and if not would be REALLY nice if the status page indicated a known issue, rather than "computer says no"

@bt_uk Also it's not broken, we moved house and it was supposed to be installed on 1 July but the order was cancelled without notifying us.

@bt_uk 15th September. Utterly disgraceful and no one had bothered to tell me, AND I was still receiving emails and texts yesterday telling me that my appointment was today. I am utterly disgusted by this service.

@bt_uk Literally had an engineer here for hours trying to sort it so there's no point. We were told by customer services to get a dongle. Unless you can speed the process up and get the order and installation quicker?

@btbusinesscare do you think that your “service” levels would improve beyond pathetic if there were suitable competition? Or maybe your are competing with Openreach to see who can mess your clients around the most. Seriously we just need a telephone, how hard can it be?

@bt_uk I did thank you Paddy but it didn't really help. The connection has been particularly poor for over 2 weeks.
