@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Hello @bt_uk - when moving home, we ordered your 900MBit Halo 3+ broadband to our new home, being promised that it is "available". We are both relying on internet for our work. Now you want to take "a few weeks" before you send an engineer. Not acceptable, is it? We need help.

@bt_uk 2of2 she is at her wits end with you and you haven’t fixed the problem, feel sorry for whoever picks up the phone when my brother calls you later as we are fuming and she is crying - great way to treat a vulnerable customer - suggest you step up and do something

@bt_uk It was a new service which was due to commence last week. I have the equipment but I do not have the signal. I have called customer services at least 6 times. What exactly am I paying for. So many broken promises so far
