@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk Thank Goodness for Tim in Connections at Accrington for hopefully finally sorting our issue. The only BT person out of 5 spoken with this week who has been helpful and stayed with us on the phone to sort it. The rest need retraining in Customer Service.

@bt_uk I get over 100mb on cat 6 cable to my tv and your btsport app always buffers and no other app does, nowt to do with wifi just something dubious about your app not working well with other BB suppliers.

@bt_uk @bt_uk yes you answer calls well done 👏👏👏👏but you don’t actually sort out customers issues and leave them waiting with no resolution other than to wait, even though I have already waited, phones down many times, but again the same response computer says NO

@bt_uk So BT you well & truly messed up. So you can cancel the wrong land line immediately leaving and elderly lady alone without her lifeline but it's going to take a few days "you think" to get it up and running again, leaving her vulnerable!! FFS BT!! 😡🤬

@bt_uk I have had the worst service I have ever received and I’m not even connected yet! Engineers not turning up, been lied to, order cancelled, order reinstated but more a month, another 2 weeks wait, with no broadband. @bt_uk

@bt_uk Yet you can easily leave an elderly lady without her lifeline by cancelling the wrong number!! How does it take seconds to cancel and a few days, maybe, you think, to get things back to the way they should be!! Not good enough!! 😡🤬
