    @bt_uk hey, I can't login to my account on the website. No matter the browser, mobile or computer it always tells me to update my browser (using multiple browsers, all current versions) What can I do?

    @bt_uk how do i check my Internet speeds, they seem to be shockingly slow, so much so that I've had to use my 4g to compose this message......

    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @bt_uk do you know why or can fix the mobile data signal in the EX5 (devon) area pls. Its so poor no 4g/3g an i am still meant to pay for a service that is poor quality

    @bt_uk Done that 3 times thus far. Twice it failed to reinstall. If it’s working via webmail I’m guessing that something is wrong with phone servers. Thanks for your help today. 👍

    @bt_uk I joined #bt_uk in May & quickly found my wifi signal was weak especially on the mobile. I am now told to improve this by taking out a new account with EE, which costs more. Is this good business?

    Hi @bt_uk ... I have just gone on to your digital voice service with two wifi digital phones ...if I now make outgoing calls will I be charged extra now as I'm paying for the Internet and the phones use the Internet? Thanks
