@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk how do i check my Internet speeds, they seem to be shockingly slow, so much so that I've had to use my 4g to compose this message......

So begins another week with poor internet from @bt_uk. Over the weekend I learned that many of our neighbours have a similar problem - despite some being with different providers such as @TalkTalk and @SkyHelpTeam. This is Day 5.

@bt_uk No it didn't... there seems to be another issue ... my son reckoned it is something to do with the WiFi extenders... ill leave it for him to sort with BT... I'm not convinced that's the issue

@bt_uk Only if you’re able to expedite a fix. Quite a few homes in my local area are impacted by these problems. With so much now of life being managed online, having no internet for days is a major problem for some.
