    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

    @bt_uk I have now spoke with customer services and put in a massive complaint. They have labeled it as urgent, so hopefully, will hear something in the next 24-48 hours. But 77 days of BT lies and promises, I’m allowed to be a little skeptical.

    @richiet1892 @btbusinesscare @BTCare Three weeks! Hours of every day on the phone. This isn’t just me being able to watch Netflix, it’s my work. Valuable work with vulnerable children. Despite numerous times of telling BT I’m not a business they still give me this Terrible account- two now it would seem! 😭😭😭

    @bt_uk so I've been promised Internet service by the end of the day for 2 days now after YOU cut me off by mistake. Still nothing, do you lie purposely to fob off your new customers?

    @bt_uk It is still a problem. I loose connection between 1-15 times a day. I pay for fibre optic. It’s not cool.

    @ctjones @BTCare Hope you got suitable connectivity after all that.. ..you should try dealing with TalkTalk!! Most contact, whether by phone or chat, sees a computer at the other end.. sadly, the few staff follow the same routine as the programmed computer automated support.. Lose all hope..

    @bt_uk I just held on for nearly an hour to speak to your contact centre and then your agent put me through to EE in error who couldn’t help or transfer me either. Online chat isn’t currently working. Welcome to the dystopian world of BT 😡
