@bt_uk I pay for Fibre 2 broadband, which is meant to have a minimum guaranteed speed of 55mbps, but I only ever seem to get 35mbps. Its rubbish, signal drops out constantly on my devices and it's unreliable. Can't justify spending this amount on crap WiFi.

  • MrPeterBlackman Peter Blackman (@MrPeterBlackman) reported

@bt_uk hi, my broadband is done. Your text said check progress on fix in app and there is no obvious functionality to do so? I’ve just been sent back to full time WFH so this is a major issue.

  • snowlingc Caroline (@snowlingc) reported

@bt_uk Thank you but I don’t have a digital handset and there is very little information on using ordinary phones. I have the adapter but feel that I may have to buy new phones for less of a service - just a very unhappy customer
