@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Appalling customer service from @BTCare who capped broadband for months on their ‘high speed’ deal and now refuse to compensate.

@meghezzi @daveivermee @sambuzz90 @Sam_I_Rees @RobertIvermee @Glenavon_FC Someone needs to make this top quality football more accessible to public, I’d say! Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

.@bt_uk not impressed that we’ve been without broadband for 4.5 days now - our timeline has said since Thurs that problem should be corrected by today, but no update and massive phone queues - what’s going on?

@bt_uk @GBNEWS: Are there any plans to put GBN on the new BTTV internet mode. It's a great new way of receiving television and GBN is the only channel I feel myself missing. Would be disappointing having to use the inferior service for the sake of one channel. Thanks in advance.

@bt_uk I think you have still misunderstood me. I have had many monthly rolling contracts elsewhere & simply want to know the mechanics of how to turn it off. Often there is a button. But if you don't know never mind...

@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Whilst its great that my area (BN1) will get full fibre by 2025, right now the bandwidth is so bad. I pay for the 'best' speeds I can get with BT (70mbs) but if > 1 person uses the internet, the speed drops alot. Is there a plan to improve this b4 2025?!

@bt_uk The problem is your attempts to make it better are making it worse @bt_uk. I appreciate the efforts but I suspect something is going colossally wrong in customer services. Would like this escalated and a single point of contact. This is awful and time consuming. Please sort! 😕

@bt_uk Broadband still not working and no fix date can be provided according to the service checker. This is just unacceptable. Have ran the tests via text service and it says estimated fix date was yesterday.
