    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Nothing but delayed dates and false promises. Simply unacceptable. "Sorry" doesnt solve our problems. Especially when @bt_uk are at fault

    @OpenreachHelp BT have said the earliest is 22nd march but this has cause my family so much problem. Without a connection since march 3rd. Old service cut off and its @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp fault. My kids cant do home schooling. Wife cant log on even though she is key worker&I'm losing income

    @bt_uk are there any WiFi problems going on in Malmesbury, Wiltshire? Our wifi has been pretty awful since midday yesterday and we have no idea why, we’ve tried restarting it and everything

    @bt_uk when I joined your advisor told me you are a premium service thats why it's worth paying a little more. Couldn't be more wrong wish I had stayed with previous provider as they could provide a strong signal thru the whole house. Disappointed
