    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @bt_uk how do i check my Internet speeds, they seem to be shockingly slow, so much so that I've had to use my 4g to compose this message......

    What's more on my @BTCare complaint is that BT are blaming @OpenreachHelp as apparently it was they who failed to keep to yesterday's appointment. But it was BT who forget to tell us as the customer! Now they say it will be at least another week before the install :( #Annoyed

    @bt_uk Quick question to avoid waiting half-an-hour for phone support: we are transferring our BT broadband service to a new address—should we take the BT hub with us, or will you provide a new one at the new address?
