Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk 6:05pm it’s not a good one is it BT!!!absolutely no response. Mr Jansen, one should really look into the failings of your company in keeping a health centre without an incoming line now for 3 days of all which trying to help those who phone in or in our case can not currently!.
