Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk hey, I can't login to my account on the website. No matter the browser, mobile or computer it always tells me to update my browser (using multiple browsers, all current versions) What can I do?

So booked FTTP Fiber install with @bt_uk for 30th April (today). They changed the date to the 6th May for install but not service activation, meaning I'd be out of internet for a week. I phone up, they change the date of both to the 14th May... and then today, change the...

Huh? @bt_uk have decided to enable Web Protect without asking me.. and now stuff doesn't work, presumably due to some wacky routing. And get this, you can't turn it off on their website or app as the off switch does precisely nothing when you click it.
