@meghezzi @daveivermee @sambuzz90 @Sam_I_Rees @RobertIvermee @Glenavon_FC Someone needs to make this top quality football more accessible to public, I’d say! Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Update - @bt_uk now think it’s acceptable to put phone down on someone and “close a complaint” despite doing nothing to address that complaint. And two weeks on we still don’t have broadband. Do they care? Not really.

@bt_uk Sorry I am venting James but this is really disappointing. The service from some of the sales team is not true to the companies values, I have BT for my business too and was told utter lies by one of the team in a sad attempt to up sell, BT should be a brand people can trust!

@bt_uk James there is no point we don’t have the cables down here to provide faster broadband and we are paying for fibre broadband. I am fuming my husband was sold a 36 month contract and now we are stuck because the confirmation email was sent to my daughter so I couldn’t cancel!

@BTCare I've got an email saying my BT broadband and TV start tomorrow, but the engineer does not come until the 3rd Dec. I am not paying when I am not able to use the service - please advise? I also want to avoid the 1 hour telephone queue pls....

@bt_uk Thanks I will put in a complaint about the cooling off period being sent to the wrong person as it’s not the billing account and my husband may be let in from the garden at some point! He will never make this mistake again. The dog house is very cold at this time of year!

I'm sorry @bt_uk for causing one of your team at technical support to have a giggle fit today. While trying to sort out a technical issue, I had a tub of paint delivered that needed the 14 layers of bubble wrap attacking to get it out. Then there was 6 layers of cling film, too.
