    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    Appalling customer service from @BTCare who capped broadband for months on their ‘high speed’ deal and now refuse to compensate.

    @bt_uk Sorry I must be getting mixed up about Superfibre and Infinity did not know the difference BT told me last night I was on the list for infinity- could you Confirm that sorry to be a pain that’s me finished thanks again for your help Gavan caldwell

Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

    @bt_uk is there an issue in the Brentwood area? Have a flashing purple light on hub which apparently means there is a cable not connected, but all cables are connected?? Don’t normally have problem.

    @kellismithx @bt_uk BT are 100% the worst company I've had to deal with in 20 years of business! If you need fast and reliable internet, see if @Hyperoptic cover your postcode. I have their 1gb service and the only time it's been down is for about 1 hour in the night and they gave me advanced notice

    @bt_uk Can i have a statement pls. is it true that anyone owing more than 20 pounds cant get debt help until thats paid what Theresa told me today even tho the debt is your fault? for disability rights were hitting cost of living crisis so how do u justify this refusing plans?

    @Cocky1903 @bt_uk try 9hrs since monday on phone to have it slammed down on u by very rude complaints person. i cant sleep because of stress 2nd night and cant get thru to crisis.scared going to get lifeline cut off when bedridden.horrific service from biling and complaints mon tues.

    @kellismithx @bt_uk Standard FTTC has a SLA of 2 days and that doesn't mean they have to fix it, that'll be the same with any provider as the SLA's are set by openreach who manage the network. If FTTP is available that's better otherwise a lease line is the way if you need guaranteed internet.
