    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

    @bt_uk So done your test you say there is a problem then ask me if I want it FIXED…of course I do … then I spend a hour messing around sending texts to a bot. This is not a service BT …find a fault just get on and fix it!!!

    1of2 Even although the product is decent @bt_uk customer services never fails to amaze! “I’d like to upgrade pls” ( that is, give BT more money) “Sorry,no can do as you have one open order which will need to close” (which I never asked for) Revenue prevention at its very best

    @bt_uk Hi Paula, it is for my elderly grandma who has been treated so poorly by @TalkTalk I’m actually shocked - they are saying she not is allowed to cancel as she has forgot her password?

    @bt_uk The latest update is that we'll know more "on Monday morning". Not only did they cut her line off, but they also redirected her number to a neighbour, who is now getting all of my Nana's calls and none of their own. I'm at my wit's end here, NOBODY wants to help.

    Tuesday comes and goes, I phone on Thursday (11th Nov), I want to be gracious and just hope that something is delayed. @bt_uk - "hmm, this is very strange, this never happens, I'll personally fill out the offline form for the 4G hub" They can't give me more data to tether from

    @bt_uk It's a fault with the whole area according to your app. 2 days estimate as of yesterday for fixing it. So I don't think that calling will help.

    @bt_uk our internet was due to be set up on October 13th. Your engineers have come out 3 times, turning up unannounced - not great as a woman alone. No service STILL - only offered a more expensive package as a way out. Yet u continue to charge for a service you’re not providing.

    But, it's now been 10 days since I was first promised the 4G hub world be sent overnight to me (November 3rd) I phoned last Saturday to check on the status @bt_uk "Oh this never happens, let me sort this for you, it won't be until Tuesday now, but here's some data to tether"
