    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @bt_uk Sorry I must be getting mixed up about Superfibre and Infinity did not know the difference BT told me last night I was on the list for infinity- could you Confirm that sorry to be a pain that’s me finished thanks again for your help Gavan caldwell

    @bt_uk Thank you Aled. I’ve done that with ‘Fault’ to that number and the bot claims there’s nothing wrong with the line. There really is something wrong with the line and it’s not a problem in our house. It’s tiresome having to go through this every few months.

    Ring @bt_uk to cancel a product - no answer after 30 mins. Select the option to add to my deal and they answer inside 45 secs! Tell them I want to cancel something from my contract and theres a £94 cancellation fee BUT I can add to my contract no problem - absolute mercenaries!

    @bt_uk Wireless. It’s absolutely terrible. It affect my ability to generally search things on the internet, the stream football, music and do Zoom/teams meetings.

    @bt_uk Only if you’re able to expedite a fix. Quite a few homes in my local area are impacted by these problems. With so much now of life being managed online, having no internet for days is a major problem for some.

    @BTCare my services are due to disconnect tomorrow - of course it’s too late to cancel the cancellation because the lines are closed - how does one reactivate without needing new equipment?
