    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @bt_uk hey, I can't login to my account on the website. No matter the browser, mobile or computer it always tells me to update my browser (using multiple browsers, all current versions) What can I do?

    @btbusinesscare I’ve been on to your company this morning. ‘We’ll raise a complaint’ -I’ve been told this before, nothing changes. I can’t use the offer of EE hotspot-which wasn’t sorted from last time either.

    Shocked by how poor the service is with @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare - I just want to order full fibre as per their website, and they change me to a more expensive deal without my approval and even then nothing works. Can’t even track my order because their website just errors 🤬

    @btbusinesscare why is the website for businesses so poor. no easy way to find my account number or subscription details, all my dashboard shows is 'group 1' which is entirely useless, phone activity log not available within my account, customer service non existent.

    @BTCare @bt_uk unique form of customer service - if you have a difficult problem the person dealing with it puts you back in the queue, 4 hours trying to sort charging me twice for the same line via a business and residential account. neither dept. can speak to the other one.
