    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    Appalling customer service from @BTCare who capped broadband for months on their ‘high speed’ deal and now refuse to compensate.

    @bt_uk I've got it reported now and have a Halo on order for delivery tomorrow. Just putting up with a shared 4G MiFi for today. Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

    @samhoulden @bt_uk @bt_uk really are the worst. I've had two orders mysteriously cancelled without contact or explanation. The second after a formal complaint and being appointed a special contact who promised he'd keep me informed and be in regular contact.

    @bt_uk Hi Michaela I've tried this, however we keep getting a red light above the signal indicator (which is what the issue was previously) does this mean there is no signal available for it to work? I've tried the hub around the house

    Such poor customer support for a long term customer from @bt_uk @BTCare tried to upgrade my sons mobile contract with yourselves after I’ve taken the full tv & broadband package and the price I was given last week has now gone up £10 a month !!! Shocking

    @bt_uk Information sent, any explanation would be useful, we are currently having to take leave/ pass duties to relief colleagues, and BT insist on either emailing or relying on us having to drive to somewhere to get signal to ring to get fobbed off.
