@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk Complete WiFi is not available for me. Only option I get is to pay £18 extra a month for extra 50mbps. My issue is with wifi, which wouldn’t be guaranteed) :(

@bt_uk I will stay with Virgin, BT itself before and today's Sky failed to give us service, and nobody has fixed the problem with the line, I am a remote worker my job depends on the internet, utterly useless and unfair that only Virgin can provide a stable and suitable service

@bt_uk No one has called me since the fault was first reported on 23/4. I’m doing all the phoning/chasing and just getting a load of broken promises from your advisors. My custom does not appear appreciated or valued!

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply Janet, but it seems management must clock off early on a Friday, or they are trying my home number, which being digital voice has also been offline for 2 weeks! 🙈 I’ve called and sorted another appointment but waiting for a manager to call re my complaint

@bt_uk The engineer who was supposed to come today has let me know that other engineer had came yesterday, there is a bigger issue that have to be resolved by another team and he doesn’t know when that would be done. Please may I have an update on when this problem can be resolved?

@bt_uk over a week since ‘activation day’ and still no broadband. Still no reply to the lodged complaint. Reported faults are marked as ‘fixed’. They are not. And today I’ve been billed for a service you are not providing. Unacceptable
