    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @bt_uk hey, I can't login to my account on the website. No matter the browser, mobile or computer it always tells me to update my browser (using multiple browsers, all current versions) What can I do?

    @bt_uk how do i check my Internet speeds, they seem to be shockingly slow, so much so that I've had to use my 4g to compose this message......

    @bt_uk I also spoke to your billing department today, who agreed to drop the tv charges which I had proof would not be charged, plus the bill for the month after I stopped being a customer. But they wouldn't honour the original cancellation cost, leaving me paying substantially more.

    So despite @virginmedia staff dishonesty telling me I would not be able to get @bt_uk installed before April because “we are in a national lockdown” - the @WeAreOpenreach engineer attended yesterday - professional, polite and helpful and we are all up and running. Great service.

    @courtz_arsenal @bt_uk i feel for you brother, i have around the same 5/6mb and it’s god awful especially when you’re trying to stream,game etc, my dad’s house never drops below 70mb and it’s so soul destroying leaving his house and coming back to stoneage wifi, it should be law that its 20mb minimum

    Anybody else in Durham with contract for broadband with @bt_uk having significant issues with speed and connection stability since the beginning of the year? Finding impossible to work. Wondering if it’s a zone issue 😢

    So @TalkTalk 'fix' our clapped -out Internet 😤.Tonight, we have practically NO service 😡..They convince us to take a fibre service by lying abt the terms.AND order @bt_uk to cut off our phone line @tristiaharrison What kind of company are you running?

    @BTCare you put my broadband installation back by a month. RIDICULOUS. There is already an active bt broadband service there All you are doing is delivering a router. I have a router - why is it going to take 8 weeks to activate?!

    @bt_uk been without Wi-fi or phone line since yesterday (Sunday) morning...but despite paying through the nose on a monthly basis, apparently we don’t have the ‘right account’ to qualify for a mini hub to help. Appalling service!
