  @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

  @bt_uk I have, but its showing no issues which is a joke! Yet i get offers of new contracts for this?? The speeds i get upload wise are terrible and make streaming and content creating near impossible at times! 8mbps?? When i have 50mbps download? Its utterly shocking

  @BTCare @OpenreachHelp great BT has closed my case with no resolution and an admission that they can't fix the fault - #notfitforpurpose but they will still charge me the same amount
