    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

    @bt_uk No point having Good WiFi signal throughout a property when your broadband speeds are so dire (3Mb/s). Your infrastructure in rural areas is a joke.

    @skytv I have a Sky Q box and ever since I changed to @bt_uk broadband my connection to the Sky Box continually drops. My Broadband works fine just the connection to the sky box is the only thing affected. Any ideas how to fix?

    . @bt_uk spitefully exploit that, for many people, there's no alternative service provider. We're over a barrel and they can provide poor service, or none, as they please. No comeback.

    @bt_uk Alex....test after test after test have been carried out...all show nothing... This is absolutely shocking service... we've had nothing but trouble since we started 11yrs ago... But recently it's worse than ever¡

    @bt_uk please can you explain why I am still without broadband after moving house 3 weeks ago?Customer service team constantly telling me they can’t do anything without openreach contacting them.I have been able to directly contacted Openreach, so not sure why BT aren’t able to?

    @ViewsFromTheBar @plusnethelp We have had issues with @bt_uk and were promised 23rd Dec... now looking like 21st Jan! Also lost our phone number in the process 🙄

    @btbusinesscare All very well but I'm dealing with the same person who after 4 months has not got a result. Apparently there is an open job that until it is cleared, my issue cannot move forward. Very poor service.
