@meghezzi @daveivermee @sambuzz90 @Sam_I_Rees @RobertIvermee @Glenavon_FC Someone needs to make this top quality football more accessible to public, I’d say! Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

@bt_uk But it clearly wasn't fixed last time even though the engineer replaced a part. It's fine, you don't really care we will jut go on having issues every couple of months which means my wife can't work. We lose money but why would that bother you.

@bt_uk The #BT guy has run the tests from your end, but the fault lies with the entire network for this area. Everyone is down, so the fault isn't the customer!

@McDermottQC @bt_uk Such 'negotiations' seem par for the course these days. When I recently tried to renew my 'all in one' Virgin contract, it took several attempts before they offered a deal which I was happy with. I suspect such business models rely heavily on customer inertia.
