    @bt_uk how do i check my Internet speeds, they seem to be shockingly slow, so much so that I've had to use my 4g to compose this message......

    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @bt_uk Yes, full response in 30 days but I would have thought it was customer service to at least acknowledge receipt. I'm finding your customer service of late is more disservice.

    @bt_uk super frustrated with my connection here, constant drop outs and engineers being sent out who don't fix anything and give me excuses. Waited like 2 weeks for a "specialist" to come to my house on Tuesday and he changed my socket and fobbed me off so he could go home.

    @bt_uk Hi, my partner and I are trying to order on the live chat as we have a couple of queries but once virtual assistant is trying to transfer nothing happens doesn’t tell us a wait time please can you advise if there is an issue or do we just have to wait?

    @bt_uk for a media communications company you're terrible at informing your customers. My bband had been down a week and the only info I have is from contacting you last week. No contact at all since. Was told maybe fixed on the 26/08 but clearly not. Any update for London E4?
