    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

    Appalling customer service from @BTCare who capped broadband for months on their ‘high speed’ deal and now refuse to compensate.

    Shocking service @bt_uk 2 hour call to cancel my contract and after getting passed around advisers I get cut off and try to call again and message says can’t be connected and I get cut off again !! Calling is the only option you give to cancel so what do I do ?

    @staplenick @bt_uk @JohnStapletonTV Email the CEO Philip Jansen about BT’s Breech of Contract as they are charging you for a service that they are not providing. I received a phone call same evening from their executive team and they sorted the issue straight away (after months of asking)
