@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk well its our first 2 weeks of the contract so I know its going to be inconsistent but we are even at the best of times getting 15 down and 9 up, which is useable yes but its certainly not close to 70 and no, my phone is ancient so I don't have any apps unfortunately

@bt_uk Honestly think its the Wi-Fi adapter for my computer, just tested the speeds on my tablet and its so much better, got an ethernet cable arriving today anyway so if its still super slow i will text, thanks very much for the advice :)

@WestminsterWAG @SkyUK I sympathise. @BT_uk my signal is dropping in and out every few minutes this evening. It's driving me nuts. Have switched TV off now. Nothing has been changed with cables, aerial etc. Hopefully a transmitter issue.

@bt_uk I don’t know, I so rarely watch live tv, but it’s Xmas, I have retuned cos freeview reception is so bad, I now have 41 tv aerial channels, all rubbish reception, 141 subscription channels,most I don’t recognise. Four news channels. No HD channels WTF am I paying for?

@bt_uk Hi Clare. I'm still having issues. Four times tonight it has crashed. This has never happened until this week. Nnot good so close to Christmas!!
