@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@btbusinesscare 2nd router needs to be returned, 15 mins to arrange this online with your customer services. Considering your business is communication you ar y very good either communicating between depts and your subcontractors or indeed your customers. 🤔

@bt_uk I’ve been waiting 3 months for fibre installations and had nothing but failures from openreach and BT. I lodged a formal complaint and it seems to have moved things along more quickly. Hopefully it’s installed on Tuesday and everything is resolved but I won’t hold my breathe.

@bt_uk When are you putting out a firmware fix for your SmartHub2. I have already had to replace my hub once this year, and it needs a restart everyday as most devices lose connectivity. Channels are clashing!

@bt_uk Well you get a lot of complaints BT. If people say Sky is better than BT on broadband well you have serious problems... I'm so pleased I stuck with virgin media.. Though all these companies are a nightmare when you try to contact them..

@bt_uk Hi. I’m actually a Three mobile customer but hoped to switch to BT Mobile (I am a new BT HALO 3 User) I also own a series 6 Apple Watch purchased directly from Apple. I want to take advantage of it’s cellular option.
