@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@kernowimmigrant @bt_uk I'm having the exact same problems and broadband is working otherwise fine, just to back up the story of Neil here. Zoom and my employer's website aren't working, and I'm getting the same timeout problems.
