    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @bt_uk 2/ They are elderly and have serious health conditions and it is frankly dangerous for them to be in a house with no means of communication to the emergency services and others. Why the delay?

    @bt_uk They can’t and we’ve known this from the 14th of December. You are giving me conflicting information because your phone support just said it’s up to them. You’ve broken many clauses within my contract. I will be cancelling and referring to ofcom/financial ombudsman

    @bt_uk Hi I’m a BT Halo customer, no internet connection since Monday but haven’t been offered a mini hub as yet - how do I arrange to get one please, so that we can make some attempt at home schooling and working?

    @bt_uk I was with BT for over 20 years. Always had poor speed so decided to cancel my contract and got 4G broadband. Never been happier and wish had done it years ago. I get download speeds of up to 80 mbps (12 with BT). And I am paying less!

    @bt_uk that’s not true, i have reliable 300mbs broadband everywhere and it’s not BT. i had BT, it was never more than 2mbs, it was bad for years, service was terrible and customer service non existent and it was very expensive. i’ve got a proper supplier now, and cheaper

    @MetroUK Took redundancy in April, signed in January. Company (@bt_uk ) refused to furlough me back in. Trying to start a business and get a job, no one interested. Working three jobs but still facing homelessness in April. There really is no help.

    @bt_uk That’s why I have a Vodafone gigacube! BT don’t serve rural Wales well enough, my capacity went from .5gb or 0gb to 35gb constant in one afternoon. From March to July 14 engineers from Openreach didn’t fix the fault!
