    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

    @bt_uk Hi, waited 3 weeks for broadband after home move. Engineer came 22nd Dec, internet is NOT connected and you have turned mini hub off. I need to work. No online support or calls answered. Can you urgently assist please.

    @bt_uk send my 86 year old grandad (who's been a BT customer for years) a new box & tell him that an engineer will fit it today Engineer turns up, with a 'can't be bothered' attitude. Installs box but doesn't explain anything to him & when he asks how he can watch films (1/2)

    @bt_uk complaint open for 20 day no member of staff wishing to take responsibility to help a customer resolve and too happy to pass the buck. Thank I am going to @SkyUK soon. Nothing but trouble since Oct and poor poor customer service and service
