@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk I have contacted plusnet and I know the problem is at their end. I’ve seen complaints regarding this going back as far as 8th April and nobody seems to have any idea when it will be sorted. Shocking they are still taking on new customers when they know they are unable to “port”!

@btsport really unhappy with your customer service. I mistakenly signed up for a months services on the app at £25 on Saturday as I thought that was where the Tyson fight was aired. Then realised my mistake and had to pay another £25 on bt box office..

@bt_uk ..without notice. Nobody can organise a simple installation. Honestly. I've lost too much money waiting for the worst firm to do as they have promised. After 2 missed slots an organised, respectful firm would have made us high priority. But no. Same **** service, different day

@bt_uk broadbands been down for nearly 4 weeks, keep having false promises of when it will be fixed. Terrible service and costing me time and money having to take time off work for an engineer that didn’t turn up. Daughters about to take exams and need a reliable service to study
