@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@meghezzi @daveivermee @sambuzz90 @Sam_I_Rees @RobertIvermee @Glenavon_FC Someone needs to make this top quality football more accessible to public, I’d say! Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

@bt_uk I shouldn’t need fibre to have half decent internet and you don’t do it for my area so I’m absolutely appalled that yous always just revert to throwing fibre at people instead of fix area faults you have give me a 10m/b guarantee and it doesn’t even hit 5 on a good day

@bt_uk Yes, it's in the system. I was told a fix by 1:23pm today (if it's 1:24 I'm going to be furious!). My neighbour was told probably tomorrow afternoon.

So after being a customer for 40 years for me and 60 years for my in-laws it’s goodbye @bt_uk. #loyalty counts for nothing more than a means of treating you as a cash cow

@bt_uk No - it's planned works that the entire street doesn't seem to have been informed about. Not an unexpected outage, I appreciate you can't control those.

@bt_uk Thank you, Janet - I’ve DM’d. Service status shows no fault in the area, but the fault is still open and her phone/broadband is still not working. Please let’s sort this!

@bt_uk No, but I find it bizarre that you can promise 'complete wifi' when your standard wifi still doesn't work in rural areas.
