@meghezzi @daveivermee @sambuzz90 @Sam_I_Rees @RobertIvermee @Glenavon_FC Someone needs to make this top quality football more accessible to public, I’d say! Remain much-miffed @btsport have never broadcast a game from Northern Ireland. I might write to Guy Verhofstadt - should be another facet of the backstop for me. Am #DanskeBankPrem

@bt_uk Just been on hold for ages, told I can have a "free" new tv box, but that I have to pay for a TWO year contract which I don't want costing £240. I've been a customer for nearly 30 years and just want a new box. Then the "loyalty" department cut me off. Nice.

  • sadietrent_92 SadieTrent_92 🇺🇦 #studentsdeservebetter (@sadietrent_92) reported

@bt_uk a goodwill gesture was given and to add insult to injury I asked to pay 2 bills together, was only given a 2 week extension as it was claimed there would be a late charge, never happened before when ive asked

  • Paultheref Paul Greaves (@Paultheref) reported

How much are everyone paying for @skytv ? Read on some #Facebook page that some are paying £140 for everything including phoneline except @btsport . That's ludicrous, my suggestion is get a @NOWTV box. Cancel your sky subscription and only pay for what yiu want to watch #tvtime

  • realgingerjonny Jonny (@realgingerjonny) reported

@bt_uk worst customer service today and now leaving. Will be taking my £90 per month to a company with better customer service. Bye

  • rockgod1970 Sir Goggle Dave (@rockgod1970) reported

@bt_uk Cheers - I'll look to cancel my Sky this week and order as soon as I have cancellation confirmation. Would I be able to defer the contract start date so I'm not paying for both services if they overlap?
