Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Shame, there's been no update & no information beyond your brief DM to me. You have now left a man with Alzheimers for more than a week with no ability to receive care or phonecalls...or ability to make emergency calls should he need to. This is atrocious! #poorcustomerservice

@bt_uk They did give me an account number your help desk are deleting the bill accrued, but I’d still like to know who and how someone was allowed to order services / products using my details when I don’t and never have had a BT account

@bt_uk my broadband connectivity in the evening is absolutely rubbish. This is the 4th time I have complained in the past month. Why the hell am I paying for a service I can not use. It is an absolute disgrace.

@bt_uk You have cancelled my phone contract with no warning at all. There was meant to be a transition period which we negotiated. I am now left stranded with a phone that only works on wifi. I need this fixing within an hour before I leave. Please help!!
