    @bt_uk how do i check my Internet speeds, they seem to be shockingly slow, so much so that I've had to use my 4g to compose this message......

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk time I go to my phone and someone with a withheld number has left a message and yet I didn't hear the call when they rang. Before I asked you I went all over the internet trying to solve this issue (not for the first time either) but nothing seems to work.

    @bt_uk Hi thank for checking. Still no hub and looks like it won’t arrive until tomorrow. Have been unable to do anything productive for work today. Not really the service I was expecting for a simple upgrade to Full Fibre.

    @bt_uk No, I can access the planner, & move up & down the channels but I can't select any & there are no programmes listed (everything is blank) It's been stuck on ITVbe since your broadband engineer visited on Tuesday. Apparently he isn't qualified to do anything with the TV

    @bt_uk Thank you. I am still having problems. I am asked to put in a PIN code. I don't HAVE a PIN code. WHERE in the instructions is the SIMPLE message which tells me EXACTLY how to stop there being no ringing tone when people with withheld numbers ring me. Time after time after
