    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

    Yet another month that @bt_uk have taken more money than they should have. Now £230 and thats not counting expenses I had at start if year when they failed to provide a service they charged me for. Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Or tried to deal with.

    Let me get this straight @bt_uk… you increased the price of my broadband (just that, no extras) by almost a *75%* (Seventy five percent)? Is that your rate of inflation? Are your customer reps at lowest pay point getting a 75% increase? You find that reasonable @Ofcom ? #ripoff

    @bt_uk Hi, again. I took out fibre 2 which started on Monday but i only get the fibre 1 speeds of 50 down, 9 up. We've had sky and vodafone before who could give us 18 up.
