Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

Any Wi-Fi wiz kids able to help? Cant get fibre to our property yet. With @bt_uk and average less than 2mb download speed - not ideal for 2 people working from home. Last 7+ days our signal constantly drops and often can’t connect to apps. No fault on our line. Help?

@bt_uk Why? Because you don't guarantee a good connection. One of your engineers told me this week the 5 drop outs per day is acceptable. That's right people, BT consider it acceptable that your broadband can fail 5x per day

@MarcAllera @bt_uk I’ll tell you what’s occurring. Your ‘brilliant people’ have disconnected a phone line because sending an engineer to fix a fault cost money. A fault which took them 2 days to find but which I had proved in 2 minutes. As a BT shareholder I’m disgusted.
