    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk This is the problem since they have no invoices. The church and hall would be a business account and, the presbytery would probably be residential.

    @Adam_Penning @BBCMoreOrLess @btsport I'd also suggest learned people wouldn't disagree with you, if you weren't spouting nonsense and trying to push your own agenda through using your undeserved platform. Such stupidity deserves challenging. Just accept kids wearing masks in school. Short term solution.

    @bt_uk Seriously? But you can’t sort out my problem, answer my emails or fix my broadband. Only on going since May 2020! 😡

    @btbusinesscare So today was the day (for the third time) that the issue with my broadband was due to be resolved. No surprise that the BT engineer did not show up, yet again.

    Another little gift from @bt_uk today - a price increase from March ... would be nice if they connected me to what I ordered first.. mistakes and mishaps since Feb 2020. I have a service but not the right one! Not exactly the speed guarantee promised on TV

    @btbusinesscare I need a contact that has some sort of clue. Account manager hasn't got one, support@bt hasn't replied, phone is pissin useless. Email of senior support? Don't tell me to phone. No one has time for that

    @bt_uk No. No-one is able to confirm if this order has been cancelled despite the letter addressed to me offering to do exactly that. We found out earlier that your customer has also caused a credit check to be run on our address. My husband is speaking with your Security Team today.

    @bt_uk I was considering enquiring about broadband but looking at all this poor service and price hike I think I’ll stay where I am!
