    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk 3 months waiting for my internet order to be completed? Finally in and not working! No return call to help resolve whatever is wrong/reason for not working, as was promised? Disgusting way to treat any customer, never mind a new one 😔

    3/3 landline number has never been given out to anyone aside from parents, these are autodials or BT have provided us with a **** number that someone else owned, we are registered with TPS, I can't wait to get out of contract & ditch @bt_uk
