Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk what is the point of sending me a mini hub (the next day) to help with my internet connection, only for me to have to return it back to you when my internet is up and running. Why can’t I keep the hub so I don’t have to be without internet for a day?

@bt_uk That link states "there is no problem" but running the troubleshooter states "we're working in your area you MIGHT have a problem". But Texting yeilds "it's down, eta xx:xx" So is it working or not? each method tells me something different down for 15hrs so far...

@bt_uk Yes, I checked but there is no data on what is exactly wrong. Is only there is an issue but nothing on what sort of issue is that and when possible with be sorted. As first notification was about 4 pm and now it looks like that will take until 11:00. But what exactly happens?
