Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

@bt_uk day7 (+10months) with no internet. fibre to the prem installed for previous occupant, but no one could turn it on, 10+ engineers & countless on the phone. last engineer found fault in 45min, but no where near the 900 mbps I am contracted for & now down again #btuk #btfibre

@bt_uk i cannot describe how poor your internet service is. Playing on my xbox and it just keeps dropping out. Im even on a wired set up. Had issues nonstop since january. Engineers have been out, new hub been sent. It just isn't good enough. Cannot wait for my contract to be up!

@bt_uk Still awaiting for my contract to be cancelled as promised by the engineer who advised your customer service team that the connection was poor due to the location of the broadband outlet.

@bt_uk Spoken to them numerous times. They informed me that if an engineer comes out and agrees that the connection is poor then the contract will be cancelled. Engineer came out, reported to the loyalty team that the issue can’t be rectified yet still haven’t cancelled contract.

@bt_uk My broadband was so bad that I left and went else where ! BT had to let me go, they had to dissolve the contract as it was BT who couldn’t give the service promised! I left this week.

@bt_uk 2/2 why is it that I pay for a service that I can’t actually use ! For over two weeks now I can’t make or receive calls yet I’ve paid for the line . I’m so sick of this HISTORICAL & ANNUAL issue I’m going to take it further . Check my records you’ll see how often it occurs 😡
