    Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @iamonabeach @LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk Haven’t a clue but when we had the big gale about 15 years ago radio transmitters for telephones television and radio collapsed, leaving only landlines. In an emergency communications are vital, and people on the mainland had more information about our situation than we had.

    @bt_uk A week and a half later and my broadband is still not fixed properly. Router down again. Paying sky for UHD tv which doesn’t work without broadband 😡😡

    @wpduk @bt_uk Thanks Steve. A 30 sec power outage lead to a 12 min BT hub reboot. Not the first time that’s happened. Outages are one thing but no idea why some of the tech reboots so slowly.

    @tinamreynolds @bt_uk Apparently, in response to massive resistance and feedback, they've realised they've cocked up and are no delaying this for vulnerable folk. They have no suitable solution.

    @bt_uk are you aware of any issues with bt yahoo email? Mine is telling me login failed on an app but when i input my password again it still says failed. Can login on mobile browser but no emails since yesterday.

    @bt_uk Thanks. The outage is well reported in my area (although BT site says there are no issues!), it happened without warning and there is no resolution time which is v frustrating
