  Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk shocking customer service internet was meant to be switched over three days ago now saying not even an attempt at connection till 5th of jan earliest what a shambles !!!!

  .@bt_uk just gets better - the fault that’s fixed apparently needs us to book an engineer to fix it!! I called them at 9:45am to be told by robot the office doesn’t open till 9:00am & they have our BT supplied home tel. number wrong … just gotta love ‘em - service at its best

  @bt_uk I seem to be having problems with band width/quality of connection again, I noticed there was a reduction in quality streaming Amazon Prime (direct via Ethernet cable) and my kids are complaining about choppy online gaming. Thanks Mark.

  @bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

  The trouble with huge companies, such as @bt_uk is they can't solve problems as the staff and departments are too huge and disparate. My mother has been on the phone for two hours this afternoon because they couldn't accept that our landline existed because they never processed
