Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Not sure the best time to try and sell additional products Is when there has been issues with what should be a simple change of address…. Still no closer to fixing the problem. Anyone used @Hyperoptic are they any good?

@bt_uk Seriously, you are my provider no? Or not for much longer! I could put an FOI into openreach to get the same info and wouldn't need to provide any details. No matter, I will call and add this to the already long list of a complaint I have open. 🤬

@bt_uk we had an openreach van outside the house yesterday and was told that the telegraph pole over the road will be replaced 'in a couple of weeks'. Can you confirm the exact date and time please? Already have enough line issues without you disruptingfurther. Postcode CW84BS

@bt_uk I'm not available Monday. Call me asap to resolve this issue. @bt_uk & @WeAreOpenreach have not covered yourselves in glory so I think you need to take a far more customer-centric, proactive approach. You 'pride yourselves in excellent customer service' after all...

Thank you @bt_uk for leaving my 88yr old grandmother with no form of contact in the middle of a life-threatening heatwave, because you switched her plan without written notice. She can't even contact emergency services. Your disregard for the elderly continues to be sickening.

@btbusinesscare fixed within a few days, as were our neighbours (the cause was a severed cable outside). For Plusnet, we pay around £16 a month. For BT Business it's over £50 a month. And yet my connection hasn't been fixed. What is going on? When will someone bother to fix my connection?

@btbusinesscare I have had a fault with my BT Business line since 22 June. Last week the line dropped to around 5Mbps. Supposedly they've been working to fix the problem but it's still just as bad. Our home connection with Plusnet was fixed within a few days and on that we get 30Mbps and it was
