    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

    @mobile_mag @EE @bt_uk We had Fibre installed by BT to the poles on our lane in 2017. It was never connected, such a a waste of money. Now being replaced but stopping at the property before us 300m away. Infuriating. Stuck on 4G broadband but signal is appalling even with cantenna.

    @dsorbs @bt_uk They put a new socket in and it improved for a couple of months and has gone rubbish again customer service were no help

    Just want to ask…what is the actual point of a landline @bt_uk ? Sat working from home today and phone has rang a few times but just either ‘spam’ or ‘phishing’ calls, why do we need to pay for a service that we don’t actually use? Oh it’s for the internet? That’s also rubbish

    Given recent experience, trying to run @sky #SkyQ on a @bt_uk #fullfibretothepremises network - has to be the worst technological combination out there. It can’t go 1 hour without losing the network, getting lost, breaking up - why can’t 2 premium products actually work together?

    @bt_uk Good Morning, I just wanted to say earlier I spoke with one of your staff via your chat portal. I didn’t catch their name but they resolved my issue immediately without excuse. They took ownership and dealt with the issue straightaway. Most importantly they were polite. 🙏
