Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

Genuinely wish I didn’t renew my @bt_uk contract! The internet speed was fine before Working from home but now it’s unworkable! But they want £400+ to terminate my contract

@btsport mcmanaman says one of the plus points of no crowds is being able to hear what the managers are shouting. Well Steve it would be if you and this Scottish idiot didn’t guffaw over the top of it

@bt_uk I haven’t heard today & we are on our forth day of working from home with no internet & minimal phone signal. Who do I contact to lodge a complaint at BT’s incompetence? I assume we will be reimbursed for all the work we are losing? Let me assure you it is a lot more than £5/day

@btsport can you tell your commentators talking about the stats in the first 10 minutes don't mean ****. Your commentators only ever favour big clubs all the time why is that

@bt_uk my internet has been ‘down’ due to a ‘local’ problem in the area, for the second day in a row. Any idea when this will be fixed? Working for home is hard enough but even harder when I am trying to set remote learning for my class!! (Local area being London)

Lavendar Luke (@ChumpanZeee) reported
Hi @bt_uk If you were planning to take down a telegraph pole and drop phone and internet connection to a load of houses... wouldn’t it be polite to give us some kind of warning rather than just do it and leave us wondering what’s happened.

@Jacqui0771 @jowhiley @bt_uk Oh I see! Mobile not home phone issue. Gotcha 👍🏼
