    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @_502JoJo @bt_uk Here in the UK you can do it after 8 weeks, and I've done that and my case is under investigation still. BT wanted to settle but I said no because I'm still dealing with the same issue.

    @bt_uk signed up for BTsport for £15 per month on the 19th September, why am I being charged £19. I was told by your customer service the price wouldn’t go up since I signed up after the 1st of September ( yes I have the conversation saved) this is mis selling.

    @bt_uk What is the best way to raise a complaint? Ordered an internet upgrade months ago and have been given 4 dates when Open Reach/Kelly group were going to come. Not turned up once and not a call to say they won’t be coming. I can’t keep taking days off work for a laugh! 😡🤬

    @bt_uk Hi James - I did actually look at this before contacting you. The document tells me to contact my service provider to make a complaint. That’s BT.

    Annnnd the @bt_uk @BTGroup comedy show continues. Promises if callbacks from exec customer team that don't happen. Then to top it all off. I'm charged for the services that they have not delivered. I might have to use BT as a case study on how NOT to do customer service.

    @bt_uk @BTGroup Its only coming up to a total of 6 hours of phonecalls and live chat. All started with wanting to upgrade a simple service. Its not like its their primary service or anything is it....oh wait....🤔

    @btsportmotogp very sad it’s the last weekend but one thing I will NOT miss is the tediously awful repetitive advertising on @btsport it’s just dross
