Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

Shocking service and communication from @bt_uk @Ofcom.Order placed for connection at new property 17th Nov and had same order cancelled twice without knowing. Still no install.Shame CEO #phillipjansen not on Twitter.If anyone @virginmedia wants to give me a call,will jump over.

@bt_uk shocking service by this company. Waited over a month for new phones. Apparently attempted to send them 3 times.... complaint now outstanding for almost a month and NO contact or explanation. Avoid them like the plague and use another provider.

@bt_uk Lol, even worse is the BTSport App! Unless you can stream 1080p then it buffers. So along with my shitty WiFi I also have a frozen picture during sports. SkySports app lowers the quality so atleast you don't miss moments and can still hear what's happening. Fix your ****
