  • revphilipbenson Philip Benson (@revphilipbenson) reported from Knockcloghrim, Northern Ireland

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  • revphilipbenson Philip Benson (@revphilipbenson) reported from Oritor, Northern Ireland

Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

  • iRyanBall Ryan Ball (@iRyanBall) reported from Desertmartin, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

@bt_uk sw1x 8bd london internet down in several homes. Please fix.

  • jkerrlfc Jack (@jkerrlfc) reported

@bt_uk Whether ping not being guaranteed is the issue or not, why should I have to pay the money to not be able to use any of my technology at a stable standard?

  • G2NIX G2ULTRA (@G2NIX) reported

@bt_uk For an unbeatable super-slow connection. Time you started offering FTTP instead of dragging your feet because you want to rip everyone off with leased lines, especially since you took so much public money!

  • serpensalbus_wb Adam White-Bower (@serpensalbus_wb) reported

@bt_uk It's not 'unbreakable'. It's resilient. And even then, unless @bt_uk are claiming that neither side will fail then it is 'breakable'. Very misleading advertising.

  • ZH956 TTNeb (@ZH956) reported

Our @bt_uk home was flashing lilac when we out at lunch-time. Still flashing now we're home. No disco for us though. Any problems in Hellesdon, Norwich?

  • rogeroflocksley Roger of Locksley (@rogeroflocksley) reported

@bt_uk ever since our land line was moved from a copper wire connection to a wifi/fibre broadband connection, it hasn't worked called your fault-finding people (on my non-BT mobile), but a very thorough investigation showed all green lights on their screens it doesn't work

  • JorelJBond Jorel (@JorelJBond) reported

@bt_uk hey! Is there an issue in the OL9 area? Internet cuts off and has the flashing orange light on the hub for ages. Did a test when it worked about 10mins ago and I only got 10mb download as opposed to 50mb. Cheers!

  • paulvgolder Paul Golder (@paulvgolder) reported

@bt_uk can you help me with an order you've sent me details of which I didn't place?

  • co5design co5design (@co5design) reported

@bt_uk still can't get an answer, not a good service is it?

  • jamesgbrooke James Gordon Brooke (@jamesgbrooke) reported

Don't worry Aideen of @bt_uk because I haven't heard from you, despite your promises, I've gone direct to the Executive Level Complaints Team, whose direct line number thankfully I have. I've spoken to Dan. Hopefully he will be able to help. Time will tell.
