  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk I’ve just got through after almost 1.5 hours, to be told that I’ve called the wrong number! This colleague was rude & dismissive. I’m now talking to a more helpful colleague, but the situation is not resolved! I’m raising a formal complaint! What a joke!

  @bt_uk Hi - I chatted with your helpdesk on an issue on Oct 14th, and was assured that the issue was being raised as a high priority and would be fixed within the week. I was of course sceptical, and as it turns out, I was right to be... 1/2

  @bt_uk so frustrated with your fault repair service. 3 appointments not kept. Now 4 weeks since problems started - broadband drops out constantly and your pure card doesn’t activate! What am I paying for?

  I’ve spent hours on the phone to @bt_uk for five days trying to cancel my soon to end contract before having to eventually give up. Imagine how happy I felt to today to get an email from @bt_uk telling me my monthly cost would increase by about 25% if I don’t cancel or renew.
