  • bliprogers Matt Rogers (@bliprogers) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Just been updated that Openreach have not even looked at this and will get back to BT with a response by the 8th just for a response, not even a fix, at which point that will be 30 days without any services!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY & SERVICE @Ofcom

  • sianfw Sian Freestone-Walke (@sianfw) reported

@OpenreachHelp seriously concerned about the lack of concern for my elderly, vulnerable and shielding parents. They’ve been without any method of contact since before Christmas. This is recorded as a welfare case with @bt_uk. Is this the level of service you provide?
