    @A1GOY @bt_uk I remember looking at a bill as a favour for elderly neighbours, they where paying £81 a month for stuff they never used as they were in their 70's. Got it down to £29 a month.

    @bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @bt_uk I’ve read the terms just a shocking way to treat customers who have been loyal for years and moving to an address with bt As I say great service

    @bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years,something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

    @bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk Hi, I'm trying to find out why I've been without broadband for 2 days now. I want to speak to someone, but keep being told I can only receive texts. The latest one informs me that the estimated fix date is now 2 Feb. (Yesterday it was telling me it would be fixed by 18.00)

    @MoneySavingExp what advice would you give to a recently widowed woman who is considered vulnerable who has been upgraded an insane amount on her tariff with @bt_uk without consent and with no sympathy, no good outcome under consumer duty or treating the customer fairly.

    Groundhog Day here @bt_uk After just over a month of unbroken service we have no internet no phone again and one engineer no show already. Meaningless automated promises. Todays Friday. My moneys on another no show today complaint number VOL013-745253345246.
