    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk I’ve read the terms just a shocking way to treat customers who have been loyal for years and moving to an address with bt As I say great service

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    So the @OpenreachHelp fibre modem in a newbuild retirement cottage has a fault light showing, meaning the smart hub won’t connect and the SMS help from BT says “go online” for help. Not impressed with that @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Phonline outage in Easingwold.. you say you are working on it but Service Status says no problem.. cannot both be correct. and if not back on until 25 July it must be a major fault.. please TELL US!

    @bt_uk Appalling service and huge failing from BT. Disconnected my service with no warning in error, looking at weeks to reconnect and apparently no managers available to speak to until 3pm. Left unable to work and issue not being taken seriously. Absolutely not good enough!

    @bt_uk They’ll get back to me tomorrow to see what they can do. I did explain it was a very difficult time and how reliant I am on the broadband. I would appreciate it if you could help.

    @bt_uk It’s not signal Clare, it worked in situ until BT remotely deactivated it yesterday morning. I’m expecting a call sometime this morning from someone at BT. The whole episode has been woeful.
