@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years,something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

@OpenreachHelp moved into a new build, been told we haven’t got the network cabling there, even though out next door neighbour had theirs wifi installed yesterday. Spoke to @bt_uk , they are saying it’s your problem. Ringing doesn’t seem to get anywhere. Can you help?!
