    @BTCare Hi Aisling thanks for getting back to me. Nah, the problems extend to wired too. I'll get my laptop plugged into it as soon as I can and post back the results but my PC is run through a powerline straight to the router and it's exactly the same problems. ;_;

    @BTCare I already did and the guy said exactly the same things as everyone on this tweet chain. I asked for a fault to be raised and was told that upload speed isn't guaranteed and he found no issues with my downstream speed because it's above my minimum guaranteed speed.

    @BTCare So, regardless of whether it's guaranteed or not, should you not be doing all you can to try and identify and resolve the issues, as per the T&C? Which btw don't say anything about upload not being guaranteed. Unless you can show me where it says so?

    @BTCare All fine. Been like this for ages. Bt channel doesn't work. Then you try and stream the match using bt Wi-Fi and it buffers.

    @BTCare Honestly I don't know all I know was it was escalated to the management or executive team who never called back which is why it had to be cancelled because they couldn't provide service & I thought my details would be deleted after account closure under GDPR?

    @BTCare We aren't but it's ridiculous that we haven't been offered one and no we haven't been told anything we just keep being told it's going to take longer to fix and getting texts to say we'll be updated on whatever date and now it's been pushed to the 30th

    @BTCare clearly do not have the capability to even explain bill cost ... so the line just goes dead (or they hang up 3 times) I have no issue with outsourcing customer service center but doesn’t anyone working at BT in the UK use the BT service and actually had to call customers

    @BTCare in way other than just saying BT b) clarify in short why they are calling Eg we calling to discus an outstanding payment with the holder of the account c) realize that if a “customer” states on numerous occasions that they do not want to give their DOB , this may be causing

    @BTCare BT Agreed you have to validate the account, surely there is more than one way to validate, eg post code , last bill cost , last phone call to who... You could argue that BT customers representatives calling should, a) validate to the customer they are calling, who they are
