Leanne Smith (@LeanneSmith29) reported@bt_uk I’m due a manager to call me regarding a complaint but I’m still waiting for someone to ring, can you look into this please?!
-
Nigel Bullock (@BullockNigel) reported@JudeDockray @bt_uk Sadly, I've found the only way get @bt_uk to remove thumbs from bums is to email the CEO directly. I had major problems a while ago to restore essential internet connections - they were sorted within the hour by a direct email ...
-
Oliver Brett (@Oliver___Brett) reported@btsport @btsportcricket Once again, your digital video highlights service from the cricket is lamentable. When are you going to have an on-demand link available of day five from Sydney? A decent 30-minute wrap-up, say? Subscriptions are expensive and we need value for money!
-
Emma (@DrChemistryEmz) reportedAbsolutely awful service from @BTCare Full Fibre install today, poor Openreach engineer has just called me to tell me they’re not doing internal work and you should have told me. This has been known over a week, and you’ve not told any customers even though you should have.
-
Telford Mon (@telfordmon) reported@bt_uk Double the speed online which is obviously wrong. The correct result is in the bt app. These speeds are after i factory reset the hub. Should this solve my broadband issues?
-
soph v. 6.8 (@sophb66) reported@bt_uk @s4ddique Real shame that the customer gets no feedback. I was once spoken to appallingly by someone at Anglian Water over the phone. And within 5 mins of the call ending the persons manager phoned me and 3 days later a huge bunch of flowers arrived in my doorstep to say sorry.
-
Gem (@GemLou686) reported@bt_uk I did that ages ago and nothing has been done. The school down the road where my daughter attends are really struggling due to the broadband also! It needs sorting even if just for them.
-
anna (@anna55806428) reported@Portal_Queen @bt_uk It’s frustrating and made worse by the fact that you still have to pay the service providers the full cost for a poor service. There should be some discount at the very least. Hope you get sorted soon.
-
PolkawNHS (@PolkawNHS) reported@bt_uk Hi . To be honest @virginmedia picked up the phone first so we have now booked in the service with them. Let’s see how this one will go...

Sid (@s4ddique) reported@bt_uk When do I get a response as the customer who received the poor treatment/ service? What has the decision/ outcome been? What action has been taken by the manager? What about recompense for the way I have treated? I have been a BT custumer all my life, and this is what I get?
