  • AriffK_88
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@BTCare I already did and the guy said exactly the same things as everyone on this tweet chain. I asked for a fault to be raised and was told that upload speed isn't guaranteed and he found no issues with my downstream speed because it's above my minimum guaranteed speed.

  • AriffK_88
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@BTCare So, regardless of whether it's guaranteed or not, should you not be doing all you can to try and identify and resolve the issues, as per the T&C? Which btw don't say anything about upload not being guaranteed. Unless you can show me where it says so?

@BTCare All fine. Been like this for ages. Bt channel doesn't work. Then you try and stream the match using bt Wi-Fi and it buffers.

@BTCare do you throttle your mobile data service/ speeds? Was downloading something there at 140mb and then after 5 minutes capped to 25mb.

  • Rymo_18
Ryan Morrison (@Rymo_18) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@BTCare Is there some kind of problem with services in Belfast? My ping and speeds are going up and down almost by the second. The Curiosity Rover has a more stable connection than I do right now.

@BTCare I have to reset my router daily in order to get a decent Wi-Fi signal. Have followed all the online advice and it's just getting ridiculous. Online chat is useless btw. #SMH what else can I do?

We asked. We also asked what compensation we could get. They ignored us. They also removed our access to FON, presumably so we couldn’t go online and bother them/tell everyone how monumentally awful @BTCare are. 11/12

  • Sansanvi91
    Emily Zaadstra (@Sansanvi91) reported

@BTCare once again reorganised the installation, this time for 6th November and once again it was cancelled. So he called them again yesterday evening. They said the issue was that @Openreach didn’t know what kind of line they were putting in, and that 6/12

  • Sansanvi91

Installation had been cancelled. We rang to complain and reschedule. @BTCare said it was a problem with @OpenreachHelp and said they would ring to give us a new installation date. We gave them until Monday this week. They never rang. 3/12
