@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

@bt_uk Hi I have booked a engineer twice to come and replace my broadband switch and my telephone switch and twice he never came without even a message of why. You was going to charge me 130 pounds for this absolutely abysmal service. Can’t get hold of anyone on the phone.
