Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reportediโm trying and failing to report a broadband problem to @bt_uk - online is an endless loop to linecheck (fault found), chat message wonโt open, phone sends to txt not a person, txt is a very long wait on a charged-for line. How does anyone ever contact BT?
-
Simon Smith (@Simoncitizen) reported@Rainmaker1973 This is how it used to be. Honestly we are going backwards. The #digital age is #buckling. I have a problem with my landline. The digital service on #X can not solve it so I have to write a snail mail letter to @bt_uk
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? Itโs disproportionate for a simple task.
