    @bt_uk he was of no help. you ppl never are. will be going to the ombudsman. i want my loss of wages. how do you ppl expect me to feed so many kids without a wage? we are in the middle of a living crisis! not acceptable at all

    @bt_uk ABSOLUTELY DONE WITH F’KING bt! how is a manager going to call me and then say she will call me back in 5-10 mins with a solution, and i dont hear from her? btw, flipping internet im paying for STILL not working! since 28th september, NO BROADBAND #BT #BTaredisgusting

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    How on earth do you cancel @btsport online? You’d expect company’s to make it difficult to cancel but this seems an impossible task!

    @bt_uk honestly hope all ur calls are recorded. going to ofcom , since i was told by the last person i spoke to, that no engineer will be brought out again, since nothing seems to be the problem on their side, yet 5 phones and nothing works this is what @bt_uk want me to pay for

    @bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk im getting no internet whatsoever on my broadband, but this man wants to tell me it is working and asking me what i think the problem is? lmao do i look like engineer?

    @bt_uk Hi James yes I reported it but it coincided with a neighbours new installation and myself having four Openreach visits to my location as there was documentation issues as to which street cabinet served my location for the broadband service. I will report it again fingers crossed

    @bt_uk @OfficialIrishFA As soon as my contract is up I'm gunna leave you guys and go @skytv broadband where they offer more mb for my money and hopefully less issues wirh getting coverage in certain parts of my house, need 3 discs with you lot, it's like I own a hotel not a 4 bed new build

    .@bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp never fail to amaze me with their ineptitude. Been waiting since feb 23 for my phone line to be moved. Another day, another engineer not turned up yet the job is ‘complete’ The monopoly on providing home phone lines really does nothing for service 🤬#rant

    @bt_uk What a complete and utter joke! I reported a fault last October and no-one has fixed it yet! Not only that - I've had to pay over £30 a month all that time whilst achieving speeds of between 0.4 and ,0.7. Absolute garbage!
