@bt_uk Thanks Steph, appreciate that but I’ve spent hours with loyalty & billing and nothing can be done to reduce costs for a 30 year customer.

  • MikeGRT93 Mike Thompson (@MikeGRT93) reported

Another day, another @bt_uk **** up. 3 hours I’ve been on Live Chat now. After being double charged. Bit bored of this now.

  • lilmissdebs Debbie Johnston (@lilmissdebs) reported

incredible in this age of technology that @bt_uk customer service line can’t advise wait time, place in queue or have a call back facility. Currently on hold 43 mins, not great service at all!

  • topmarriner Joe Marriner (@topmarriner) reported

@bt_uk So anyone reading this in the High Wycombe near town and having issues, the street level equipment (junction box) was involved in a car accident hence we are offline, its only taken 2 phone calls and an online chat this very helpful tweet to get that info

  • GCAT1717 Greg (@GCAT1717) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Fantastic. And I’m sure SKY’s database can see what the problems are in High WYcombe and then SKY can update all their users on what’s happening, why it’s taking so long to fix, and why they aren’t helping their customers the way @bt_uk are? @SteveBakerHW

  • dicko888 dicko88 (@dicko888) reported

@bt_uk I dont know if you can help but really who do i complain to instead of having to call the same old number 0330 1234 150 on an existing order/complaint/issue - Had l known how much l have to do to sort out a BT issue i would have used another provider... Anyone else agree ???

  • dicko888 dicko88 (@dicko888) reported

@bt_uk I am wanting to know why I took the day off only to be told the engineer wasn’t coming, well after the event and this despite getting a text asking me how it was and whether it’s been fixed. 2 months and still counting for BT to sort this issue out. Sounds familiar to others ??

  • Childs4Shirley Shirley Childs (@Childs4Shirley) reported

@bt_uk Not happy that I had to hold on for 45 mins to talk to customer services about a fault on my dad's landline. When I got through I still couldn't get an update on the problem.

  • foxtonm Joyce (@foxtonm) reported

@bt_uk Still nearly £64 per month for broadband on that link! I’ve been a BT customer for 40 years so very disappointed that this is the best you can do.
