@bt_uk honestly hope all ur calls are recorded. going to ofcom , since i was told by the last person i spoke to, that no engineer will be brought out again, since nothing seems to be the problem on their side, yet 5 phones and nothing works this is what @bt_uk want me to pay for

@bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

It's mad how bad Sky Go's streaming service is compared to @btsport's; no 4K support, tonnes of vertical screen tearing & low FPS. Watching a BT sport Ultimate steam for the United game and it's miles ahead of Sky.
