@bt_uk honestly hope all ur calls are recorded. going to ofcom , since i was told by the last person i spoke to, that no engineer will be brought out again, since nothing seems to be the problem on their side, yet 5 phones and nothing works this is what @bt_uk want me to pay for

@bt_uk I've been through all this, I send to spam & block but there is hardly ever anything in my spam box because it's all always in my inbox. It used to be the best email service & then some **** thought he'd upgrade it and now it's rubbish, and what's more, i have to pay for it!
