@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

@bt_uk waited 45 minutes to speak to someone. Finally got on the phone to a human who has then put me on hold to speak to someone else & now I’m in another bloody queue. It’s been over an hour. Seriously thinking of cancelling the whole service. This is ridiculous!
