@bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

@bt_uk we have an intermittent problem with our internet you sent an engineer to fix it, now we have no landline and no broadband which I need as a key worker who is shielded and working from home! Apparently it won’t be fixed until Friday surely you can do better than that

@bt_uk Isn’t there anything you can do? We’ve been without services all day. When I changed over to sky it was a simple switch over it didn’t take all day. Not the best start to our services with bt all. Wish we never bothered.
