@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years,something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

@bt_uk I had my Wi-Fi installed 3 days ago and it has never worked, after waiting since April for the work to be completed. Engineer said there was a bigger issue elsewhere but had no other details and I was told to phone BT on the 8th of AUGUST if my WiFi hadn't started working

@Lisawoody30 @bt_uk @virginmedia Yeah I’ve just discovered that. I’m moving to IOW in a few weeks and will be stuck with Sky. It’s still worth easing a complaint with them, make a big a fuss as possible. They won’t want it to go to the ombudsman.

Three day outage (at least) from @bt_uk expected. Nearly 10% of a month. No compensation for loss of service. But in that time I also can’t use ANY paid internet based services like Netflix, Prime Video or parts of my Sky subscription. These days internet is a core service.
