    @bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    How on earth do you cancel @btsport online? You’d expect company’s to make it difficult to cancel but this seems an impossible task!

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk I’ve read the terms just a shocking way to treat customers who have been loyal for years and moving to an address with bt As I say great service

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk we are still offline and without landline since November 8th. Several dates for resolution later we are told the big day will be 18th December. Our business is being affected at a time we can ill afford for this to happen. Disabled parents cannot contact us. Come on BT!

    @bt_uk @ShellEnergyHome are still refusing to help me with retrieving my family's landline number that they gave away even with customer requesting to keep the 30+ year old number. Shell are continually stating it is the responsibility of BT to rectify this problem. Please advise?

    @bt_uk As I type - Yes. During today it was down from around 13:00 ish & glitchy when it appeared. Several neighbours are still w/out b/band & OpenReach ppl present don't know what the plan is to fully restore. We expect more disruption

    @BlokeOfWords @bt_uk It is absolutely awful. 112 minutes on hold to get call answered, and then another hour being bounced around. When I stated I wanted to make a formal complaint, he said I would need to ring back tomorrow, as that team was closed!!!

    @bt_uk No service since 1Dec-3 engineers- 3bt and modem replacements. About 29phone calls. No replies to my 3complaint letters. It’s beyond perplexed that a provider calling themselves British Telecom can be providing such diabolical services.

    @bt_uk my mother in law has spent about six hours on the phone to you trying to sort out her contract and has got absolutely nowhere. She’s paying nearly £30 a month more than me for a poorer service. What gives? Genuinely feels like she has been exploited.

    @bt_uk currently experiencing some of the poor BT customer service yet again, have been without Wi-Fi for 3 weeks, had promises of an engineer twice to no avail yet they still send the bill.. is there any hope left?
