Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues
-
Matias Garcia-Constantino (@mattgarciablitz) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland@bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.
-
paddy mcgurgan (@PaddyMUA) reported from Drumbeg, Northern Ireland@bt_uk The biggest issue is your team not knowing why my order has an issue and 4 service agents not calling me back when they promised to investigate & clarify

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
David O'Neill (@DavieONeill) reported@JhaideSung @alrussx @bt_uk Call your support team today and get passed through to a woman who basically says ‘tough’ and starts saying it’s our insulation affecting signal!? Trying to flog us £100 discs and a package for an extra £20 p/m. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time
-
alex (@alrussx) reported@bt_uk Options are £20 extra on our bill or a £100 disc??? Why should we have to pay extra for a poor service you are offering us. Bad service, even worse customer service. If only we’d gone with another supplier.
-
David O'Neill (@DavieONeill) reported@JhaideSung @alrussx @bt_uk People trying to work from home in an epidemic & you’re guaranteeing speeds that you can’t deliver on. Rather than try to fleece people out of more money, how about you fix the issue and offer people the tools they need to access your half-arsed service? Staff couldn’t care less
-
jonathan rule #FBPE (@beanrulechester) reported@anabelish @bt_uk I tried to cancel my Dads contract with them once. They quoted £1.5k., because he renewed it in Oct that year. I asked if the contract had rolled over (which was cancellable) or by signature. "By signature sir". When? "October sir". Me - "Funny. He died in August".
-
Micky Sheehan (@mickysheehan) reported@bt_uk Ive cancelled mine today. Awful
-
Carlene Lyn 🇬🇧 🏳️🌈 love is love 💞🐾😊 (@TheLynch) reported@bt_uk I'm absolutely fuming, I'm a new customer and I have been left without broadband. My service started with you on the 12th of Jan 2021, an engineer was supposed to come out and complete the work, that didn't happen according to notes on your system someone called me on the
-
Andrew Pole (@Mrpolea) reported@gazw1lko @bt_uk Fraid not.. I tried it the other day and still doing the same. @bt_uk are now saying that PS5 is not supported yet.. so although you can watch with no issues. There’s no fix for why it stops after an hour 🤨 so annoying as it did it to me on penalty shootout!
-
Sue (@Wandering_Sue) reported@bt_uk Sorry but I can't pay a company with this level of bias for my service. I am off to alternative supplier of both mobile and LL.
-
Ian Elliot (@IanRElliot) reportedPeople struggling to get online for schooling ect. Can't big providers like @SkyHelpTeam and @bt_uk help? Surely they can have a basic package a small monthly fee eg £2 a month and you get access to school related websites and that's it. Provider's and schools should communicate
-
sumanth kadambi (@sumanth_kn) reported@bt_uk highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the broadband service, min speed guarantee is a trap, customer care answer the call only when line work fine, no resolution absolutely
