@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • gavlew Gavin Lewis🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🔰 (@gavlew) reported

@bt_uk I have and they've said no. I'm not happy and I have now raised an official complaint. I would've been more than happy to have recontract for another 24 months as well which would mean BT would have my custom for at least an extra 7 months and more than likely many years after.

  • oufcfan85 Richard L (@oufcfan85) reported

@btbusinesscare Did that. But wouldn’t let me book a date for an engineer. So rang up the next day. They arranged an engineer for 8-1 today.they didn’t turn up.rang up again,to be told that despite a text confirming the visit, one was never booked. Thanks for wasting my day

  • Sofaflyer Mike Rogers (@Sofaflyer) reported

@Jacqui_Hurst @BTCare It's not BT it's scammers. Ignore them and put the phone down.

  • 2SlicesofJam Simon Farrell (@2SlicesofJam) reported

@bt_uk Apparently they were going to ring me today (within 24hrs of my complaint call). I will send over my details...

  • Charlotte_Fleur Charlotte Hankin 💙 (@Charlotte_Fleur) reported

@bt_uk any reason why I can’t get through to your customer services to speak to someone? Neither my broadband or landline are working and I would really like to finish some urgent work before Easter.

  • NthSthArdenTMO North & South Arden TMO (@NthSthArdenTMO) reported

  • WHITTERSTWLTTER Haych (@WHITTERSTWLTTER) reported

@bt_uk your service isn't working, WiFi or BT, can you respond?!
