@bt_uk What a pathetic operation. How can someone contact you with a query, without wasting so much time waiting for you to answer the phone? No chat service available. Could write a letter of complaint; which may or may not be answered in 28 days. Is this not the 21st century?

  • joolsmcgools jools (@joolsmcgools) reported

@bt_uk hi, after 3 days and several hours on hold I’m still waiting for the issue with my internet to be rectified I was told it would be on in 4 hours… it’s not…

  • JackoCasts Jacko (@JackoCasts) reported

  • cwu_southwales CWU South Wales Branch (@cwu_southwales) reported

@bt_uk Our BT business emails have not been working for several days. SMTP authentication errors across multiple devices, users and locations whilst webmail / app works fine. No changes our end. Any chance of a fix instead of just testing the line and closing the fault?
