  • hoohoowozza wozzaてらつつち (@hoohoowozza) reported

@PullUpSeatPod @btsport @virginmedia Never had the issue either, typical it had to be #NXTTakeOver was too tired to stay up! Thanks for reply.

  • strategistmag Chris Middleton (@strategistmag) reported

@bt_uk Ha no. But I will share another BT quote. “Broadband isn’t a utility and it never will be.” That came from the chairman’s office. Bye. Seriously: please don’t contact me. Ever. xx

  • callum96_ Callum (@callum96_) reported

@bt_uk Hey, since I renewed on the same package, my speed is real slow.. today it’s dropped under the minimum speed too...

  • lmwrapp Lee M (@lmwrapp) reported

Been on hold to @bt_uk for over an hour now, not bad for a communication company . #itsallabouttheshareholders #profitprofitprofit #sodthecustomer

  • Tonysmini Tony (@Tonysmini) reported

@PaulWooding3 @bt_uk Speak to the developer/builder first, they should have registered the new addresses with Openreach. Try updating your new address on the Royal Mail site (update address or missing drop down option), this will also help. BT can also request an address update/check to Openreach.

  • strategistmag Chris Middleton (@strategistmag) reported

@ChrisTheDJ @bt_uk I ended my BT contract when they kept phoning me in the evening on the LL even though I instructed them never to. Their response? I quote: “It’s our line, not yours, and we’ll phone it whenever we want to.” They are a truly appalling company.

  • BuddahsBrother 𝚆𝚒𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚆𝚊𝚡 (@BuddahsBrother) reported

@bt_uk Streaming on the PC isn't intermittent, but using the PS5 on demand gaming service which is basically a stream of a game that you can play, cuts the service and eventually disconnects the PS5. It seems to buckle under any intense load. If I watch YouTube on anything it's fine.

  • earlybirdjon Jon Stainton (@earlybirdjon) reported

@bt_uk Engineer appointment between 1-6 pm to install new landline and broadband. Apparently he called this morning whilst I was at work. New customer not very happy. I chose these times for a reason. @Bt_uk. Get in touch.

  • Anfieldexile Prof Colin Diamond CBE 💙 (@Anfieldexile) reported

@bt_uk Bullshit advert 💩 Been waiting for you to correct your own mistakes and complete the broadband switch after moving house. Booked in 11 March. Meant to happen 29 March. Engineer promised today. No show. Might be fixed 13th March. Who knows? Utterly appalling service 💩
