@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

3 of 5 The Charities contact BT @bt_uk again and asked why their Broadband was cut off. BT say because Ms X cancelled it the tenant in the flat. The charities reply but this is our phone line and Broadband and that the tenant does not have the authority to cancel.

@bt_uk @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@bt_uk Tried all of the above. I had left my e-mail and all was well, then when I went back in, they had gone. I tried on my phone and also went in via the internet sign in. It’s all gone. Checked spam and trash and it’s not there.
