    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    How on earth do you cancel @btsport online? You’d expect company’s to make it difficult to cancel but this seems an impossible task!

    @bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk really disappointed. Needed to have a line moved in our house which I thought would be fairly straightforward. 6 calls later totalling around 4 hours, having 2 accounts created unbeknown to me and having to pay for two entire packages per month @£160. Poor.

    @bt_uk I’m so annoyed been on a chat all day with BT. Problem not resolved. Sent an email with a phone number at 2pm. Phoned the number and had to start again. At 3 I got the internet again having lost a days business. I was assured it’s all fixed and wouldn’t be an issue again.

    The @bt_uk way...in my experience 1. Promise the world to get you to sign a new contract. 2. Provide nothing/blame open reach for the issues. 3. Charge you double what they should for the privilege of this frustrating situation which appears to have no end. 4. Ignore your comms

    @bt_uk @bt_uk Martin thanks for responding. Service has been moved now. Still awaiting a refund though which was expected over 2 weeks ago. Have just spoken to another advisor so hopefully this will now be progressed. 3rd time lucky.

    Dear @bt_uk. I’m tired. So very tired. I’m also unhappy. And I’m extremely cross. Please make me happy by getting me in touch with the most senior customer service person you can. Perhaps someone like Mike Gauterin. I wait in anticipation, but I’m not going to hold my breath.

    @bt_uk I couldn't via Web login (on 2 different devices). I received message saying login or PW or both was wrong. (Which wasn't true). No idea if now fixed. Away from office now, but without copy of doc which had been emailed to me, and I was unable to access.

    @btsport Hope when things shakes out with tnt, you see fit to launch a racing channel. motogp, wsbk, bsb and motoamerica all in one place, i'd pay for that. Currently watch motogp videopass much cheaper as i'm not paying for ball sports i'll never watch
