    @bt_uk I’ve read the terms just a shocking way to treat customers who have been loyal for years and moving to an address with bt As I say great service

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    How on earth do you cancel @btsport online? You’d expect company’s to make it difficult to cancel but this seems an impossible task!

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    Hats off to @btsport for great customer service. With #lcfc out of Europe, I wanted to cancel my subscription. Had issues logging in. Sent a message via their website & a couple of days later I receive an email confirming that I've cancelled. No messing around - #howitshouldbe

    (9/9l @Ofcom please investigate this fraudulent practice by @bt_uk. I'm certain I am not the only one who has experienced this. Indeed the customer service representative I spoke to said I was the 2nd person that DAY who'd reported a similar incident. This fraud must stop.

    @MartinSLewis hello I have a query about being charged £360 by @bt_uk for switching back to @EE #broadband 1 day after due to inferior speed and lack of customer service. It has been so stressful as can't talk to anyone and my complaint quashed even though same company #BT

    @bt_uk You have a real problem with scammers abusing your text service. I have had three scam attempts (energy, mobile phone and general text retrieval) in the last 24 hours and have had to block your phone number. It really needs monitoring.

    @bt_uk Tomorrow. Problem is that we haven’t exchanged contracts on new house yet so no certainty at all. I can’t order a service on someone else’s house. Anyway, I’ll write off the £320 - put it down to BT inflexibility and find someone offering better customer service. #BTRipOff
