  • D1splayed Liam is (@D1splayed) reported

@bt_uk So my actual incoming Internet, is limited due to Facebook etc being down? Is that what you are saying? The fact that all devices in my house are seeing my Internet connection as not working is linked to that?

  • SpanWard Han Ward (@SpanWard) reported

@bt_uk @jillcruik68 @bt_uk why aren't you listening to your customers? This is NOT to do with the Facebook outage. We cannot connect our mobile devices to broadband as it says no Internet access, however TV's are working fine. Also affecting networks that use your lines such as Vodafone. Listen!!

  • pickles61068 pickles (@pickles61068) reported

@bt_uk I'm going round in circles here. You keep telling me text FIX. I've done that & SUPPORT & ADVISOR. Then I get told to text FIX again. I still have no access despite hub working. What is happening??

  • MikeBurgess87 Michael Burgess (@MikeBurgess87) reported

@bt_uk @_JonathanStreet Are you having 3G issues? Really struggled earlier!

  • GlensChels Marcos (@GlensChels) reported

@bt_uk The whole idea of the mini hub was to keep connected if you experience problems with your WiFi/broadband. This is a farce as the mini hub must be ‘activated’ at your end. It’s false advertising!

  • horoshied Edia (@horoshied) reported

@bt_uk, good evening. Big issues with your broadband services today it seems. WiFi is down. Did hard reset on router and openreach... No difference. Looks like a wide-spread issue. Anything being done to resolve this?
