@bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

@bt_uk you’re customer care is so poor. Had a billing issue unresolved for over 2 weeks and no closer to a resolution. I continue to be charged too much for my broadband and despite this being acknowledged, it hasn’t been fixed. Please assist.

@bt_uk My complaint reference is: VOL013-507498454242. Someone called "Tasha" is the latest in a long line of people dealing with it but all I get is periodic SMS's/calls saying she still hasn't been able to sort it. Its like this has fallen into a black hole & this is not a priority
