@bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

@bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

@bt_uk Thank you for your reply. I think you are mistaken. I don’t think you can use your live chat for cancelling a contract with you. Am I wrong? 👀👀👀 If so, then it would be better if that was made clear as it would help all the people who struggle to make phone calls.

@bt_uk our entire streets broadband is out regardless of provider because of a downed wire. All I get (when i eventually speak to a human) Is you're aware of a major incident but the estimated fix has slipped from last night to tuesday! Been down since Friday lunchtime.

@bt_uk Just wondering why my Dad is being told he needs a power of attorney when he lives at the same address as his wife & is currently the one paying the bill! His wife has been in intensive care for 5 months! He really doesn’t need the stress of this!Shocking customer service.
