    @bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @BTCare As they are due to shut down anyhow soon so looking for a new vocation of scamming BT customers! Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

    @bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

    @going4golds @BritishTelecom A couple weeks ago, long awaited, pre booked BT engineer simply didn’t bother to turn up (to install the service!!). No response to texts or calls. Didn’t even try to call me. None of the @bt_uk staff could deal with the complete issue.

    @bt_uk Switched to BT Fttp one day ago and already regret it. My speeds were faster with the ***** old copper cable from the router and won't connect to @Sonos so £600 of speakers bricked. It is 14 days to cancel isn't it? @SkyHelpTeam I might be back soon!
