@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • robertd1981 Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reported

Morning @BTcare our landline isn't working and we've been given a date of 16th July (I assume this year) for it to be repaired. Is this just our landline or an EH5 problem? Any thoughts on how you can help us in the meantime. Thanks, Robert

  • croderick1982 Chris Roderick (@croderick1982) reported

@bt_uk Hi. Please investigate the declining standard of your BT Sport APP through smart TV, which keeps cutting out and giving error code VC526. Running a 63mb fibre connection, everything else works fine except for your app. Exceedingly poor.

  • nicolacm1979 nicola (@nicolacm1979) reported

@bt_uk my broadband seems to have gone off. Can you tell me if there’s an outage in my area please? Postcode is BN22. Thanks

  • nickylahughes Nicky (@nickylahughes) reported

@bt_uk No, but it requires a new connection. 2 visits by engineers. One by a surveyor (we think) no communication. Several broken appointments made. It’s just not good enough.

  • tonymcboatface old man chillum (@tonymcboatface) reported

@bt_uk We tried, but you said we are stuck in a contract, we also tried to cancel the football, but no, the only way is to pay upfront £190 to get out.

  • nickylahughes Nicky (@nickylahughes) reported

@bt_uk how many visits and missed appointments does a broadband installation take? Multiple in our case and still no closer. Poor service and even poorer communication. Disappointing, BT. Please get us connected!

  • GavJamDob Gavin James (@GavJamDob) reported

@bt_uk Again the internet is down for me, lost count of how many times 🙄. I've text the Fix plus number and it's come back saying no issues despite the connection constantly dropping and an orange light on the hub??

  • dmcropley Dave™ (@dmcropley) reported

Hey @bt_uk what's the best number to call to discuss leaving my current ISP and hooking up your Fibre to the premises service?
