@bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

  • mattgarciablitz Matias Garcia-Constantino (@mattgarciablitz) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years, something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

Appalling customer service from @bt_uk who capped broadband for months on their ‘high speed’ deal and now refuse to compensate.

  • No1Ghirl DefCon5 (@No1Ghirl) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

  • sevenofdays Corey Davis (@sevenofdays) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

  • McGuinnessKevin Kevin McGuinness 💭 (@McGuinnessKevin) reported from Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

@BTCare As they are due to shut down anyhow soon so looking for a new vocation of scamming BT customers! Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

  • StripeyMiata Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@A1GOY @bt_uk I remember looking at a bill as a favour for elderly neighbours, they where paying £81 a month for stuff they never used as they were in their 70's. Got it down to £29 a month.

  • PhilPatterson2 Phil Patterson (@PhilPatterson2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

To make matters worse I’ve just received a call intended from @bt_uk for “Mr Ray Moreland” commiserating with me on my divorce and credit problems, but asking me for £86. Consistent lies and incompetence, now a GDPR breach. P.S Sorry to hear Ray 👍

Read the replies (this is simply awful) shameful response. Just the £7 Billion in their coffers. #talktalk and #BTSport also awful with their responses.

@bt_uk Hello! How do I obtain either my access line ID or UPRN now I’ve moved to a no phone line service for checking status and services etc? I always used to use my phone number. Many Thanks :)

  • frankensteirer yoo hoo (@frankensteirer) reported

@bt_uk Why are we stopping far behind other countries anyway? We've got the odd few bragging about being on 1gb down a pathetic 100mb up yet other countries are above 10gb in some areas!

  • djbhorner djbhorner (@djbhorner) reported

Looking for #broadband options in #UK ? Don’t fall in the same trap I did with @bt_uk . Not only has the service been extremely slow (especially on upload speeds) and inconsistent but they make it very near impossible to rectify and back out of contract! @WhichUK @UKConsumerRight

  • W3SG Stephen (@W3SG) reported

@bt_uk So I need to cancel my contract and then rejoin as a new customer.

  • RupertGarrett Rupert Garrett (@RupertGarrett) reported

@bt_uk HELP please! I have an old debt to BT (which I have actually paid back in 2019) still appearing on my Experian credit report. Experian are saying that only BT can authorise them to amend anything so please can I speak to somebody about this?

  • BigAlHiggs Alexander Higgins (@BigAlHiggs) reported

@bt_uk still having problems with my account, but have to say your customer service is the best I have encountered in years. Credit where credit is due, they are a delight to deal with. Wish I could nominate Michelle for an award.

  • _rob_p_ Robin 💛💙 (@_rob_p_) reported

@bt_uk After an hour on the phone I’ve got agreement that whilst your systems won’t allow things to progress and won’t cancel the delivery of this new equipment (why?!) that the effective cancellation date won’t be affected. Such a bad situation.

  • scfc_finlay finlay 🦢🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@scfc_finlay) reported

@bt_uk Hello mate Your WiFi is very bad and it is costing me 14 wins in champs. I go in the game and then get disconnected and if I'm losing at the time I lose. If I'm winning I get nothing. Bullshit system from @EAHelp but I get why it's like that Cheers Scfc_finlay

  • W3SG Stephen (@W3SG) reported

@bt_uk You never said that advice was only if I am in contract. I am not in contract. I asked if I can down. You said no. So did your colleague yesterday. OFFCOM need to know the advice is wrong and misleading

  • LyndaSinclair36 Lynda Sinclair (@LyndaSinclair36) reported
