When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?
