phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

And then said that they were going to escalate it to the technical support department. But my internet is still down. And I’ve not heard anything back
