    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    How on earth do you cancel @btsport online? You’d expect company’s to make it difficult to cancel but this seems an impossible task!

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @defiaye @bt_uk BT service is a nightmare and they are more expensive as well. Oh and the say I switched to EE and plugged the EE router in, my speed doubled, because BT had slowed it down on purpose. I hope your fault gets fixed soon xx

    @bt_uk It was regarding not receiving at least the minimum speed for our broadband and the landline not working. Neither seem to have improved. I was under the impression that someone would visit the house as the operator mentioned that an adult had to be in the property.

    @bt_uk useless service. Internet due to be switched last Friday and they couldn't do it. Rescheduled for today and nobody has turned up - useless. Are you going to reimburse my partner and I for loss of earnings as we can't work from home without internet?!

    @aboyd91 @bt_uk Don't do it. It will be the worst mistake you make! We've had 3 months of problems with bt and they still can't get it right. We are leaving them if they cant do it this time

    I feel like @leoie here but... @bt_uk are the worst broadband provider. They are forcing me to sign a new 2 year contract after I moved flat in order to get a good connection.

    Hi @EE absolutely no comment from Apple as you can see. I am paying you for a service that doesn’t work. You told me the customer to contact Apple who supply you with these Apple TV devices. @bt_uk don’t reply either. Doesn’t customer service not exist?
