    @BTCare As they are due to shut down anyhow soon so looking for a new vocation of scamming BT customers! Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

    @bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @bt_uk you have contractors working for you in the BT20 area (last couple of days). Internet is not working correctly and very intermittent or even being lost. Trying to work from home here and make a living during the current hiatus. Can you please update.

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

    @bt_uk diabolical service trying to get into online account. Exeter team confirmed your call centre closed the original fault ticket without resolution probably because their long time failure to resolve would impact their response stats. Yet you have the cheek inc prices 15%

    @bt_uk I've never been able to access it. If I log in via the my bt app. It shows my account number, the my products page works, but billing and usage has never worked for me.

    @bt_uk can BT fix the broadband issues,tall claims but frequent drops in speed and disconnect are yet to be resolved. If you are listening pls fix without any ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’. Total rip off of money

    @bt_uk You made me place a new package order today because you cancelled my current one in error. You are asking me to return my Smart Hub 2 so that you can send me a Smart Hub 2, which makes no sense. I have called your agents for help but they did not listen. I need assistance

    @wrenching_wench @bt_uk They've got a speed guarantee Katie. So if it's crap on the @bt_uk speedcheck, you can use it to get out of contract if it's persistently bad Is ther no fibre in your area? They dug up all the roads round here last year for Cityfibre (Vodafone, virgin etc).

    @bt_uk The TV’s app. 02100 and 01119 are the errors, also saw 01114 a few times. Apple TV is as bad as it is for other users, Netflix appears to be ok, just iplayer that’s not working.
