@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@bt_uk Hi Alannah. Looks like someone has tried to hack the account and it’s been locked due to many unsuccessful login tries. NOWTV will unlock it within 72 hours. If there’s an issue after that then I will be back in touch.

Another massive fail by @bt_uk - cancelling accounts and cutting me off. Luckily the people dealing with it are friendly but I’ve been cut off twice now. And you can’t reverse the cancellation you made for no reason! #badcustomerservice
